Background

Along with the increase of the pace of life, the demand of consumers for quick cooking is higher and higher, the cooking speed of the electric cooker and the heating power are in a positive relationship, and the heating power can be increased in order to increase the cooking speed; the heating power and the steam channel are in a positive relationship, namely the higher the power is, the larger the steam channel is needed to avoid overflowing (such as opening the cover for boiling) in the cooking process.

The existing steam valve is complex in adjusting structure, so that the sealing performance of the valve seat is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a steam valve and an electric cooker, which aim to solve the problem of low sealing property of a valve seat.

In order to realize the purpose, the specific technical scheme of the steam valve and the electric cooker is as follows:

a steam valve comprises a valve seat, wherein a main cavity is formed in the valve seat and is provided with a valve port and an exhaust hole; a valve core is arranged in the valve seat, a driving mechanism is arranged outside the valve seat, and the driving mechanism conducts force through a magnetic field so as to drive the valve core to slide along the main cavity; when the valve core is abutted against the valve port, the valve port is closed; when the valve core is far away from the valve port, the valve port is opened, and the valve seat exhausts air through the exhaust hole.

Furthermore, the driving mechanism comprises an electromagnet, and the valve core is fixedly connected with a permanent magnet and drives the valve core to move.

Detailed Description

In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, a steam valve and an electric cooker of the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figure 1, the electric cooker of the invention as shown in figure 1 comprises a steam valve, wherein the size of a steam outlet is controlled by the steam valve so as to adjust the flow rate of steam.

The steam valve comprises a valve seat 1, wherein a main cavity is formed in the valve seat 1 and is provided with a valve port 11 and an exhaust hole 12; a valve core 2 is arranged in the valve seat 1, a driving mechanism is arranged outside the valve seat 1, and the driving mechanism transmits force through a magnetic field so as to drive the valve core 2 to slide along the main cavity; when the valve core 2 is abutted on the valve port 11, the valve port 11 is closed; when the valve core 2 is far away from the valve port 11, the valve port 11 is opened, and the valve seat 1 exhausts air through the exhaust hole 12.

Specifically, the driving mechanism comprises an electromagnet 3, a permanent magnet 4 is fixedly connected to the valve core 2, and the electromagnet 3 switches magnetic poles, so that the permanent magnet 4 is adsorbed or repelled to drive the valve core 2 to move; or the valve core 2 is driven to move through repulsion, and the valve core 2 is reset through self weight.

And the inner wall of the valve seat 1 is provided with a sleeve 5, and the valve core 2 is sleeved on the sleeve 5 and slides along the sleeve 5. The exhaust holes 12 are circumferentially arrayed around the sleeve 5 on the end face of the valve seat 1. The valve seat 1 is provided with an air inlet 13 at one end of the sleeve 5 far away from the exhaust hole 12, the diameter of the air inlet 13 is larger than that of the valve seat 1, and the valve port 11 is positioned between the air inlet 13 and the sleeve 5. The valve seat 1 has a bottom plate 6 formed at one end of the inlet port 13 adjacent to the sleeve 5, and the valve element 2 abuts against the bottom plate 6 when the valve element 2 closes the valve port 11. And the electromagnet 3 is arranged outside the bottom plate 6.

The valve seat 1 is provided with a through hole 14 at the center of the exhaust hole 12, and the through hole 14 is communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve 5 so as to ensure the basic steam discharge amount.

The valve core 2 comprises a main body 21 sleeved on the sleeve 5, and a convex edge 22 is formed on the inner edge of the main body 21 to ensure that the convex edge 22 is attached to the sleeve. The sleeve 5 outside cover is equipped with spacing muscle 7, and when valve core 2 kept away from valve port 11, spacing muscle 7 and main part 21 butt to prevent that valve core 2 breaks away from the magnetic field of electro-magnet 3. And the bead 22 is inserted into the groove of the stopper rib 7 and the sleeve 5.
