(6) placing soybean oil in an iron pan, refining to be thick, adding Plumbum preparatium, stirring until the materials are completely melted, continuously adding the safflower extract, the microtia florea root extract, the radix angelicae pubescentis extract, the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract and the paniculate swallowwort root extract, wherein the mass ratio of the Plumbum preparatium, the soybean oil, the safflower extract, the microtia florea root extract, the radix angelicae pubescentis extract, the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract and the paniculate swallowwort root extract is 100:55:0.085:0.04:0.018:0.11:0.025, decocting with slow fire until water drops form beads, subsequently removing the fire, cooling at 35 ℃, melting with slow fire, and spreading on cloth to obtain the plaster capable of treating and improving rheumatism.

Example 5

(1) Adding Carthami flos into deionized water, heating to 100 deg.C, extracting for 2 hr, filtering, collecting extractive solution, separating and purifying by column chromatography at flow rate of 1mL/min and column temperature of 40 deg.C, and drying to obtain Carthami flos extract;

(2) adding dried microtus floridus root into ethanol, heating to 80 ℃, performing ultrasonic extraction for 50min, repeatedly extracting for 6 times, distilling the extracting solution under reduced pressure to recover ethanol, dispersing the obtained extract into deionized water, extracting with ethyl acetate, separating the water phase by macroporous resin, repeatedly washing the product with deionized water and ethanol, and drying to obtain microtus floridus root extract for later use;

(3) adding radix Angelicae Pubescentis into ball mill, grinding to particle size of 120 mesh, dissolving with ethanol, transferring to ultrasonic processor for extraction at 40 deg.C for 40min at 300W, centrifuging, and drying to obtain radix Angelicae Pubescentis extract;

(4) adding rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong coarse powder into ethanol, heating to 70 deg.C, extracting for 3 hr, repeatedly extracting for 4 times, filtering to remove residue, mixing filtrates, vacuum distilling and concentrating, dissolving the obtained extract with deionized water, vacuum filtering, transferring the filtrate to macroporous adsorbent resin column, eluting with water and ethanol, vacuum distilling to remove ethanol, and drying to obtain rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract;

(5) adding radix Cynanchi Paniculati coarse powder into 40% ethanol, sealing and soaking for 60min, transferring into a microwave reactor for extraction, setting microwave power at 420W, temperature at 70 deg.C and time at 10 mm, filtering and drying to obtain radix Cynanchi Paniculati extract;

(6) placing soybean oil in an iron pan, refining to be thick, adding Plumbum preparatium, stirring until the materials are completely melted, continuously adding the safflower extract, the microtia florea root extract, the radix angelicae pubescentis extract, the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract and the paniculate swallowwort root extract, wherein the mass ratio of the Plumbum preparatium, the soybean oil, the safflower extract, the microtia florea root extract, the radix angelicae pubescentis extract, the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract and the paniculate swallowwort root extract is 100:60:0.1:0.05:0.02:0.12:0.03, decocting with slow fire until the water drops form beads, then removing the fire, cooling at 40 ℃, melting with slow fire, and spreading on cloth to obtain the plaster capable of treating and improving rheumatism.
