Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of heat treatment processing of aluminum alloy strips, in particular to a curvature-adjustable flattening roll.

Background

In the heat treatment processing production line of the aluminum alloy strip, the surface of the strip is often bent and uneven for some reasons, a flattening roller is often needed to stretch and flatten the strip, and the good flatness ensures the processing quality of the strip in the subsequent processing procedures.

However, the flatness and the curvature of most of the strips are different, so that the flatness of the strips cannot be guaranteed by most of the existing flattening rollers with single bending amount, and the adjusting mechanisms of a few adjustable flattening rollers are complex and have low reliability.

Therefore, how to provide a roll with adjustable bending degree to adjust the bending degree of the roll and have a simple structure is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a roll with adjustable bow, so as to adjust the bow of the roll and have a simple structure.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a second connecting hole is formed in the second connecting block, a second extending plate is arranged on one side of the second connecting block and fixedly connected with the divided lowest layer of the roller core,

the connecting bolt penetrates through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole to fixedly connect the first connecting block and the second connecting block;

the bearing set comprises a plurality of bearings, the inner sleeve set comprises a plurality of inner sleeves, the outer sleeve set comprises a plurality of outer sleeves,

the inner sleeve and the bearing are arranged in the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve and the bearing are sleeved on the shaft core, and the inner sleeve is arranged on two sides of the bearing;

the first fixing device is an axial rotating device, the top end of the shaft core is arranged on the first fixing device,

According to the roll with adjustable bending degree, the roll core 15 is divided into a plurality of layers on one diameter from the top end of the roll core along the axial direction, the roll core is not completely divided into a plurality of layers, a distance is reserved between the division end point and the tail end of the roll core 15, namely, most of the roll core 15 is divided into a plurality of layers, and the rest part of the roll core is still an integral cylinder.
