Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of beneficiation of lead-zinc sulfide ores, relates to a combined inhibitor for flotation separation of lead-zinc sulfide ores and application thereof, and particularly relates to application of zinc sulfate and iminodisuccinic acid serving as zinc blende inhibitors in the flotation separation process of lead-zinc sulfide ores.

Background

Lead and zinc are important non-ferrous metals that occupy a significant position in the development of national economy. At present, the extraction of lead metal and zinc metal mainly comes from lead-zinc sulfide ore, galena and sphalerite which are main carrier minerals of lead and zinc metal. However, lead and zinc have common mineralization reasons and similar electronic structures, have the same hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties to a great extent, and lead and zinc are close to each other and difficult to completely dissociate, so that lead and zinc are difficult to separate. Besides, the crystal lattice defects of the minerals and the influence of inevitable ions in the ore pulp are also main reasons of difficulty in separating lead and zinc. Therefore, a specific regulator needs to be added in the flotation process of lead-zinc sulfide ores, so that the flotability of lead sulfide ores and the difference of zinc blende are increased, and separation is further generated. In the flotation process, the inhibitor and the collector have the same important significance, and have an important effect on realizing the effective separation of minerals.

In the current zinc sulfide mineral flotation, zinc sulfate is the most commonly used inhibitor, sodium sulfide, sodium sulfite, sodium carbonate and sodium thioglycolate are also commonly used inhibitors, and the agents are used in combination with zinc sulfate and are also commonly used inorganic combination agents. However, the above drug systems generally have the disadvantages of large dosage of drug, high cost, etc. The organic inhibitor is just a supplement to the deficiency of the inorganic combined inhibitor, has the characteristics of wide source, low price, small dosage, strong inhibiting effect and easy degradation, and becomes a hotspot for the development of beneficiation reagents. The exploration of the zinc sulfide ore organic inhibitor with good selectivity has great significance for improving the lead-zinc separation reagent system, improving the lead-zinc separation concentrate indexes, reducing the dosage of traditional reagents such as zinc sulfate and the like, reducing the beneficiation cost and protecting the environment.

The invention is characterized in that: the combined inhibitor comprises zinc sulfate and iminodisuccinic acid, and the invention mainly utilizes the synergistic inhibition effect of the zinc sulfate and the iminodisuccinic acid. Zinc sulfate is used as a traditional zinc blende inhibitor, and the action mechanism of the zinc sulfate is that the zinc sulfate is hydrolyzed in an alkaline ore pulp environment to generate zinc hydroxide colloid which is adsorbed on the surface of minerals, so that the hydrophilicity of the surface of the zinc blende is enhanced, and the zinc blende is inhibited. The amino disuccinic acid has nitrogen-containing group and carboxyl group in its molecular structure, has strong chelating ability with metal ion, can quickly generate water-soluble complex with inevitable ion in ore pulp, and can also complex with zinc ion on the surface of zinc blende, and simultaneously expose hydrophilic group carboxyl group in aqueous solution to make the surface of mineral hydrophilic, so that the zinc blende is inhibited.
