Background

Pressure Steam Sterilization indicating Ink (Steam-Sterilization Chemical Indicator Ink) is a Chemical indicating Ink for Sterilization applications for rapidly checking the progress and effectiveness of Sterilization and disinfection, and hospitals, medical facilities, and equipment manufacturers are required to perform Sterilization continuously. It is crucial to ensure that the goods are ready and free of safety hazards, and is a key component of medical sterilization packaging. Variable inks are a key component of products used by many organizations worldwide for quick visual inspection to ensure that the equipment is ready for use. The pressure steam sterilization indicating ink which is mature in the market at present is almost solvent-based ink, and the color change is a two-color indicating product which uses metal and sulfur simple substance at high temperature and has a color change mechanism, so that the product is easy to interpret the result of sterilization failure, and uncertain potential safety hazards are brought to medical products.

The water-based ink replaces the solvent with water, can reduce the discharge of VOC to a great extent, saves petroleum resources, reduces the hidden danger of fire and improves the operating environment, and becomes a research hotspot of various inks.
