One end 341 of the conveying pipeline 34 is connected with an air source, the middle part of the conveying pipeline is connected with the feeding pipe 33, the other end 341 is connected with a feeding pipe opening 53 of the refining degassing pipeline 51 through a hose, the conveying pipeline 34 is fed into the aluminum liquid from the discharging pipe opening 52 through the refining agent introduced by the feeding pipe 333 through the refining degassing pipeline 51 by air pressure, and refining degassing of the aluminum liquid is realized.

The storage tank 32 comprises a storage tank 321, the storage tank 321 is supported on the mobile platform 1 by a support base 322, a discharge pipe 323 is connected to a discharge end of the storage tank 321, a lower end of the discharge pipe 323 is connected to a metering distributor 332 of the metering device 33, and the metering distributor 332 is connected to the conveying pipeline 34 through a feed pipe 333.

In the implementation, an automatic aluminum liquid refining and degassing device is arranged on a track at the door of a 20-ton aluminum liquid smelting furnace of a company, and is connected with an air source and added with a refining agent according to the requirements of aluminum liquid smelting, transverse movement is set to be 1m/min, the longitudinal running speed of a refining pipe is set to be 0.4m/min, the running height of the refining pipe is set to be 0.6m, the fan-shaped angle of the refining pipe is 0-150 degrees, and the speed of blowing the refining agent is set to be 0.5 kg/min.

After the device is started, the automatic operation is realized according to the set requirements, and the manual aluminum liquid refining and degassing are replaced. The refining pipe adopts a servo control system, so that the influence on the quality of the aluminum liquid caused by uncertain factors of manual operation is avoided, the refining effect of the aluminum liquid is improved, and the stability of the quality of the aluminum liquid is ensured.
