Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a nip roll 6 rotatably connected with a rinsing tank 51 is arranged at the upper end of the upper rinsing roll 54, a squeezing gap is reserved between the nip roll 6 and the upper rinsing roll 54, a squeezing motor 65 for driving the nip roll to rotate is arranged on one side of the rinsing tank 51 far away from the nip roll 6, and the output shaft of the squeezing motor 65 is coaxial with the nip roll 6. The squeezing motor 65 is started, the output shaft of the squeezing motor 65 rotates to drive the nip roll 6 to rotate, then the nip roll 6 and the upper rinsing roll 54 are matched to squeeze out the rinsing water in the blanket, and the rinsing water is repeatedly squeezed out and the blanket is repeatedly rinsed, so that the residual quantity of the detergent in the blanket can be further reduced. The end of the rinsing roller 53 far away from the guiding roller 52 is provided with a discharging roller 66 which is rotatably connected with the rinsing roller 53, and the rinsed blanket can be discharged under the guidance of the discharging roller 66.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the water circulation mechanism 7 includes a drain pipe 74, a filter tank 77, a water outlet pipe 8, a water storage tank 86 and a water guide pipe 87, the drain pipe 74 is communicated with the lower end of the rinsing tank 51, the drain pipe 74 is provided with a drain valve 75 and a water pump 76, and one end of the drain pipe 74 away from the rinsing tank 51 is communicated with the upper end of the filter tank 77.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a horizontal screen 78 is provided in the filter box 77. When the drain valve 75 is opened and the water pump 76 is started to drain the rinsing water from the rinsing tank 51, the rinsing water is drained into the filter tank 77, and the filter mesh 78 in the filter tank 77 filters out the fibers and impurities in the rinsing water.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the water outlet pipe 8 is communicated between the filter tank 77 and the water storage tank 86, the water outlet pipe 8 is provided with a centrifugal pump 85, the centrifugal pump 85 is started, the centrifugal pump 85 can pump the rinsing water pump 76 after the filtration of the filter tank 77 into the water storage tank 86, and the rinsing water can be temporarily stored in the water storage tank 86. The water guide pipe 87 is communicated between the water storage tank 86 and the cleaning tank 11, the water guide pipe 87 is communicated with the lower end of the water storage tank 86, the water guide pipe 87 is provided with a drainage pump 88, the water guide pipe 87 is provided with a water outlet valve 89, when cleaning water needs to be drained into the cleaning tank 11, the drainage pump 88 can be started and the water outlet valve 89 is opened, the drainage pump 88 can enable the filtered rinsing water pump 76 in the water storage tank 86 to enter the cleaning tank 11, and therefore the rinsing water can be reused. The upper end of the water storage tank 86 is communicated with an air pressure balancing pipe, and when water is fed into and discharged from the water storage tank 86, the air pressure balancing pipe can balance the air pressure in the water storage tank 86, so that water can be conveniently fed and discharged.

The implementation principle of the felt preparation equipment and the preparation process provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the blanket needs to be cleaned, the blanket can be placed between the brush roller 2 and the feeding roller 13, the feeding motor 14 is started, the feeding motor 14 can drive the feeding roller 13 to rotate to feed the blanket, after the blanket enters the cleaning tank 11 and is cleaned under the guidance of the cleaning roller 3, the cleaning water in the blanket can be extruded under the extrusion of the upper extrusion roller 44 and the lower extrusion roller 43, the blanket continues to be rinsed under the guidance of the guide roller 52 and then in the rinsing tank 51, and the blanket after being rinsed can be discharged under the guidance of the discharging roller 66, so that the cleaning of the blanket is realized.

The embodiment of the application discloses a carpet preparation process.

A carpet preparation process comprises the following steps:

s1: dyeing the wool to obtain dyed wool;

s2: drying the dyed wool to obtain dyed and dried wool;

s3: combining the dried wools, mixing the mixed wools together, and combing the mixed wools to obtain strip-shaped wools;

s4: drawing the strip-shaped woollen materials, and combining the strip-shaped woollen materials together to obtain the woollen materials after drawing;

s5: spinning the woollen which is finished with drawing, and spinning the woollen into yarn;

s6: weaving the yarns, and weaving the yarns into a blanket;

s7: fluffing the blanket, and cleaning the blanket after fluffing;

s8: and (4) milling the cleaned blanket, and drying the blanket after milling is finished to obtain a finished blanket.
