Background

In the process of manufacturing the microfiber synthetic leather, microfiber base cloth is fed into a multi-groove dipping groove containing toluene, and low-density polyethylene (sea phase) in sea-island fibers is dissolved out through repeated soaking and rolling in each groove, which is a process of extracting the polyethylene from the toluene. Repeated rolling is required because of the long process time for the dissolution of polyethylene in toluene. The conventional toluene extractor, as shown in FIG. 1, employs three pairs of steel rolls with a diameter of 300MM, which are pressed above the liquid level, immersed below the liquid level, and then pressed and immersed again. Generally, 7 extractors are needed, the number of rolled steel rollers needs more than 20 pairs, the soaked toluene needs 12 cubic meters of toluene soaking amount, 12 cubic meters of fresh toluene supplement amount is needed in each hour, and the efficiency is low.

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel toluene extractor for microfiber base fabric, which achieves the effect that many devices are needed to achieve originally with a small number of devices, and improves the production efficiency.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the invention can obtain good drawing effect by continuous repeated extrusion of the large extrusion roller and the small steel roller and frequent impact extrusion.

2) The invention improves the efficiency, reduces the toluene consumption and saves the cost by continuous step-by-step extrusion.

3) The large extrusion roller is provided with the slots, so that the extruded PE solution can be temporarily stored, and the PE solution is convenient to discharge.

As shown in fig. 2, a novel toluene extractor for microfiber base cloth comprises a tank body 2, a tightening frame 3, large extrusion rollers 6, a heating pipe 7 and small steel rollers 9, wherein the upper part of the tank body 2 is provided with a tank body inlet 4 and a tank body outlet 11, two large extrusion rollers 6 are arranged in the tank body 2, five small steel rollers 9 are respectively arranged at the periphery of each large extrusion roller 6, a plurality of small steel rollers 9 and one tightening frame 3 are additionally arranged between the two large extrusion rollers 6, the microfiber base cloth 1 sequentially passes through the five steel rollers 9, one large extrusion roller 6 and the tightening frame 3 through the tank body inlet 4, then sequentially passes through the one large extrusion roller 6 and the five small steel rollers 9, is extruded step by step, and extends out of the tank body outlet 11; the lower part of the tank body 2 is provided with a heating pipe 7 for heating toluene in the tank body 2, the two sides of the tank body 2 are respectively provided with a toluene inlet 5 and a toluene outlet 8, and the toluene inlet 5 and the toluene outlet 8 are arranged at positions higher than the large squeeze roller 6, so that the soaking liquid level of the placed toluene can submerge the large squeeze roller 6.

As shown in fig. 3, the surface of the large squeeze roll 6 is provided with the open groove 10 to ensure that the PE solution generated during the squeezing process can be temporarily stored in the open groove 10 and conveniently and quickly discharged, and the PE solution is temporarily stored in the open groove 10 and then discharged from the slit of the open groove 10 through the center of the large squeeze roll 6.

In the actual operation process, the soaking amount of the methylbenzene can be reduced to 7 cubic meters, only 7 cubic fresh methylbenzene supplement amount is needed in each hour, a novel methylbenzene extractor is adopted, two groups of large extrusion rollers are arranged in the novel methylbenzene extractor, 10 small steel rollers are arranged, and the methylbenzene extracting capacity of the novel methylbenzene extractor is equivalent to 5 times of that of a traditional extractor.
