With the gradual deepening of marine economic development and the continuous prominent requirement of national sea rights maintenance strategy in China, the requirement on a marine distributed energy base is already shown. The offshore small-scale reactor nuclear power station becomes the first choice for meeting the offshore energy demand due to the characteristics of high power density, low fuel supply demand, safety, economy, multiple purposes, cleanness, no pollution and the like. However, due to the characteristics of limited space, shaking, inclination and the like of the offshore floating platform, the requirements of safety, simplicity, convenience, easy maintenance, high reliability, strong adaptability, compact structure size and the like are provided for pump equipment used on the offshore floating platform.

The pump adopts an integral core-pulling structure. The support of rotor adopts the classic support mode of vertical pump, and the drive end is provided with thrust angular contact ball bearing, balanced residual axial force, adopts grease lubrication cooling, and the bearing box is equipped with water-cooling chamber, safe and reliable. Compared with domestic similar pumps, the pump has reliable forms of bearing selection, arrangement and installation, lubrication and cooling. The non-driving end is provided with a water guide bearing, water is guided from the first-stage impeller to wash and lubricate the first-stage impeller, and residual radial force is balanced.

The pump is connected with a motor above through a diaphragm type coupler, the coupler can be set to be different in length according to the use place and the requirements of disassembly, assembly and maintenance, the coupler is provided with two types of double foundations and a single foundation, and a shield is arranged outside the coupler.

When the pump works, the motor drives the pump shaft 7 to rotate at a high speed, the pump shaft 7 drives each stage of impeller to rotate and apply work to water flow, and the water flow enters from the pump inlet 13 at the lower side of the pump body 4 and flows out from the pump outlet 11 at the upper side after being pressurized by each stage of impeller. The pump water flows through the heat exchanger and flushes the mechanical seal 3.

The invention meets the performance requirement of the pump, simultaneously, the structure of the pump is designed to be more compact in the axial direction and the radial direction, the requirement of the limited space of the offshore pile platform can be completely met, and simultaneously, the whole unit has stable operation, low noise and good anti-inclination, anti-swing and anti-seismic performance.
