Embodiment referring to fig. 2, the shaft seal combination structure for a hydraulic pump motor provided by the embodiment includes a shaft seal seat 4 and a seal ring; the shaft seal seat 4 is a hollow cylinder; the sealing rings are respectively arranged on the inner wall and the outer wall of the shaft seal seat 4; and pressure equalizing grooves are formed in the inner wall and the outer wall of the shaft seal seat.

The sealing ring comprises an outer sealing ring 2 and an inner sealing ring 6; the outer sealing ring 2 is arranged on the outer wall of the shaft seal seat 4; the inner sealing ring 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the shaft sealing seat 4.
