the working mode of the air exhaust mechanism is that the second air pump 27 is opened, the second air pump 27 pumps the air in the water collecting bin 25 through the second air pipe 28 at the top of the second air pump 27 and exhausts the air to the outside through the second air pipe 28 at the right side of the second air pump 27, the water collecting bin 25 pumps the air in the outer box body 1 through the air guide channel 26, thereby discharging the water vapor in the outer box body 1, meanwhile, the water gathered at the bottom of the outer box body 1 can flow into the water accumulating bin 25 through the air guide channel 26, when the water at the bottom of the outer box 1 is more, the water accumulating bin 25 can quickly pump out the water at the bottom of the outer box 1 through the air guide channel 26 and store the water in the water accumulating bin 25, thereby improving the discharge speed of the water in the outer box body 1, when the water stored in the water accumulation bin 25 reaches a specified value, the water valve 30 is opened, the water in the water accumulation bin 25 can be discharged to an external collecting device through the water discharge pipe 29, thereby realizing the purpose that the water collecting bin 25 simultaneously extracts water and vapor in the outer box body 1; through setting up the water pressure gauge 31, can conveniently carry out real-time detection to the memory space of ponding 25 interior water, improve practicality and reliability.

According to the food drying device, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the food drying device can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the food drying device can be achieved; the heating ring 20 and the water pressure gauge 31 are commercially available.
