(11) And comparing with the established standard format, checking whether the periodical to be checked is converted and page-connected, and if so, checking whether the serial numbers of the converted page and the page-connected page are correct.

(9) Comparing with the established standard format, and checking whether the bibliographic sequence numbers of the reference documents in the journal single article to be checked are consistent or not, and whether the bibliographic sequence numbers are continuous or not is determined; checking whether the name of a researcher related to the introductory part of the article text is consistent with the name of an author of a corresponding reference which is recorded later; and checking the reference documents, and checking whether all elements of different types of reference document formats are complete and whether the body examples are consistent with the specifications.

(10) Comparing with the established standard format, and checking whether the number of the authors, the work units and the number of the keywords of the Chinese abstract and the English abstract of the periodical to be checked are consistent; checking whether the pinyin of the Chinese and English authors is consistent; checking whether the arrangement sequence of Chinese and English abstract authors and the arrangement sequence of keywords are consistent.

(11) And comparing with the established standard format, checking whether the periodical to be checked is converted and page-connected, and if so, checking whether the serial numbers of the converted page and the page-connected page are correct. And finally, outputting results of all the inspection items, so that responsibility editing or proofreading personnel can conveniently check, inspect and correct.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages and effects:

(1) the invention emphasizes the detection and proofreading of the aspect of the fixed format of the journal paper, but not the proofreading of the aspect of the knowledge errors such as words, sentences and the like of the journal paper, thereby further making up the defects of the existing proofreading software and realizing the advantage complementation of the two.

(2) The method can be carried out from a plurality of angles such as comparison of Chinese and English information of chapter titles, authors, work units, abstracts and keywords in a single article, comparison between Chinese and English item pages, comparison between the Chinese and English item pages and title, authors and page number information of corresponding articles, comparison between CIP data pages and front cover back print ridges and the like, the problem of fixed format of the scientific and technological journal to be detected is reduced as much as possible, and the accuracy of proofreading is improved.

(3) Compared with manual proofreading, the method has the advantages of rapid and efficient detection capability, reduction of repeated manual proofreading in the periodical publishing process, great reduction of workload of the editing and proofreading personnel, improvement of working efficiency, shortening of publishing period and improvement of periodical editing and proofreading quality.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawing, but the invention is not limited thereto.

Example (c): method for detecting fixed format of 'XXXX X school newspaper' by computer technology

(1) Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, a standard format of "xxx x bulletin" is established.

Whether the bibliographic serial numbers of the reference documents in a single article are consistent or not is determined; checking whether the name of a researcher related to the introductory part of the article text is consistent with the name of an author of a corresponding reference which is recorded later; and checking the reference documents, and checking whether all elements of different types of reference document formats are complete and whether the body examples are consistent with the specifications. Checking whether the number of Chinese and English abstract authors, work units and the number of keywords are consistent; checking whether the pinyin of the Chinese and English authors is consistent; checking whether the author sequence and the keyword sequence of the Chinese and English abstracts are consistent.
