12. A method of displaying module separation, comprising:

the separating telescopic cylinder and the driving motor respectively adjust the positions of the separating parts in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction so as to match the size of the operated display module;

placing a panel of the display module downwards in a corresponding area of the adsorption platform, and simultaneously opening the positioner and moving the positioner to a preset position to assist the display module in positioning;

after the display module is positioned, the adsorption platform adsorbs and fixes the display module;

the adsorption platform is lowered to a preset separation position, and the separation lifting cylinder retracts to drive the separation component to descend until the separation component and the side edge of the backlight module are at the same height;

the separation telescopic cylinder adjusts the position of the separation component in the transverse direction, so that the separation component just clamps the side edge of the backlight module, and the separation lifting cylinder extends out and drives the backlight module to move in the direction away from the panel;

the panel and the backlight module are successfully separated, the adsorption platform and the separation part are stopped, the panel and the backlight module are taken out, and the equipment is reset and is ready to separate the next display module.

Technical Field

Background

The display module comprises a panel (or called as a panel module) and a backlight module, wherein the panel comprises a display layer and a protective layer, and a frame of the backlight module is adhered with the protective layer through glue. In addition, in this application the display module is different with general display module structure, specifically: (1) the bonding positions of the panel and the backlight module are not in the same plane; (2) the thickness (gap) of the glue layer at the bonding part of the panel or the panel module and the backlight module is as follows: 0.1mm plus or minus 0.05 mm; (3) the distance between the joint of the panel and the backlight module and the ink layer is very close, and the sensors are distributed on the ink layer.

Before separating, generally can carry out the preliminary treatment to the display module assembly and make the viscidity of gluing reduce, the display module assembly of disassembling among the prior art, its used glue viscidity after freezing weakens the effect and is better than after the heating, therefore the preliminary treatment of prior art generally is freezing the display module assembly. In summary, when the display module is abnormal and needs to be repaired, the panel and the backlight module need to be separated intact for performing the subsequent steps. However, the prior art cannot realize the separation in a state without any damage to the display module, and the method and the device for separating the display module in the prior art are as follows.

In summary, in the field of display module separation, there is a need for a device and a method for display module separation, which can disassemble a display panel conveniently and quickly, have high disassembling efficiency, reduce disassembling breakage rate, and have wider application scenarios.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, an apparatus for display module separation is provided, including an adsorption platform for fixing a panel; a plurality of separating members for clamping side edges of the backlight module; the upper surface of the adsorption platform is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the separation part, the separation part is fixed on a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for enabling the backlight module to move towards the direction far away from the panel when the separation part just clamps the side edge of the backlight module.

In a possible implementation manner, the separation lifting cylinder is taken as a symmetry axis, and at least two separation cylinders are symmetrically arranged below the separation arm, and the separation cylinders are used for assisting the separation arm to drive the separation part to pull up the backlight module when the force of the separation lifting cylinder is not enough to drive the separation part to pull up the backlight module.

In a possible embodiment, the transverse position of the separating component is adjustable, so that the separating component can adapt to display modules with more sizes.

In a possible embodiment, the device further comprises a drive motor for driving the separating member and the positioner in a longitudinal direction.

In a second aspect, a method for displaying module separation is provided, comprising:

the separating telescopic cylinder and the driving motor respectively adjust the positions of the separating parts in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction so as to match the size of the operated display module; placing a panel of the display module downwards in a corresponding area of the adsorption platform, and simultaneously opening the positioner and moving the positioner to a preset position to assist the display module in positioning; after the display module is positioned, the adsorption platform adsorbs and fixes the display module; the adsorption platform is lowered to a preset separation position, and the separation lifting cylinder retracts to drive the separation component to descend until the separation component and the side edge of the backlight module are at the same height; the separation telescopic cylinder adjusts the position of the separation component in the transverse direction, so that the separation component just clamps the side edge of the backlight module, and the separation lifting cylinder extends out and drives the backlight module to move in the direction away from the panel; the panel and the backlight module are successfully separated, the adsorption platform and the separation part are stopped, the panel and the backlight module are taken out, and the equipment is reset and is ready to separate the next display module.

The panel is fixed by the adsorption platform, the side edge or the clamping groove is clamped by the separation part, and then the lifting mechanism drives the separation part and the backlight module to move towards the direction far away from the panel, so that the panel and the backlight module are separated. Description of the main elements

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, principles, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not limitation, as defined in the context of the present invention.

The display module includes a panel 101 (or referred to as "panel module") and a backlight module, the panel 101 includes a display layer and a protective layer, and a frame 1021 of the backlight module and the protective layer are bonded together by a glue 1013. When the display module is abnormal and needs to be repaired, the panel 101 and the backlight module need to be separated first to perform the subsequent steps, so the invention separates the protective layer in the panel 101 from the glue 1013 at the frame 1021 of the backlight module, rather than the glue between the display layer and the protective layer.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a separation apparatus 20 for a display module, comprising: an adsorption stage 302 for fixing the panel 101; a plurality of separating members 2026 for clamping the side edges of the backlight module; the upper surface of the adsorption platform 302 is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the separation component 2026, the longitudinal axis is not longitudinal, but the central axis of the separation component 2026 in the vertical direction; the separating component 2026 is fixed on a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for moving the backlight module in a direction away from the panel 101 when the separating component 2026 just clamps the side edge of the backlight module. For example, the separating component clamps four corners of the backlight module or evenly clamps the periphery of the backlight module or adopts a diagonal clamping manner, and the display module is not easily damaged when the separating component 2026 keeps the backlight module and the display module in a balanced state.

The side edge of the backlight module comprises two conditions, one condition is that the side edge is provided with a preset clamping groove, when the display module is installed with the back shell, the display module can be fixed through screws and can also be clamped and fixed with the back shell through the clamping groove, the separating parts 2026 are separators matched with the clamping groove on the side edge of the backlight module in size, and the separating parts 2026 can clamp the clamping groove to clamp the backlight module, as shown in fig. 3, the structures of the clamping groove and the L-shaped separator are only one embodiment and are not limited to the form shown in fig. 3. In another embodiment, the separating component 2026 includes a separating claw and a fixing column, and the fixing column is used for preventing the backlight module from being displaced; and meanwhile, a groove matched with the fixing column is formed in the side edge of the backlight module, specifically, the separation claw is inserted into the clamping groove to clamp the backlight module, the fixing column is clamped into the matched groove, and when the separation claw clamps the backlight module, the fixing column plays a role in preventing the backlight module from shifting. In another case, the side edge of the backlight module does not have a predetermined slot, the separating unit 2026 clamps the side edge of the backlight module by increasing the clamping force, or the separating unit 2026 and the side edge of the backlight module are provided with an anti-slip member.

In an embodiment, the lifting mechanism includes a separating lifting cylinder 201 extending and contracting vertically, a separating arm 202 connected to a piston rod 202 of the separating lifting cylinder 201, and the separating component 2026 is fixed to the separating arm 202, so that the lifting movement of the separating component 2026 can be realized, specifically, the separating lifting cylinder 201 extends out, and the separating component 2026 on the separating arm 202 clamps the backlight module to ascend; the separation lifting cylinder 201 retracts, and the separation part 2026 on the separation arm 202 descends and is at the same height as the clamping groove of the backlight module. In another embodiment, the vertical central axis of the separation lifting cylinder 201 is taken as a symmetry axis, at least two separation cylinders 203 are symmetrically arranged below the separation arm 202, and the separation cylinders 203 are used for assisting the separation arm 202 to drive the separation component 2026 to pull up the backlight module when the force of the separation lifting cylinder 201 is not enough to drive the separation component 2026 to pull up the backlight module. It should be understood that the number of the separation cylinders 203 is not limited to two, and if one separation cylinder 203 is enough to cooperate with the separation lifting cylinder 201 to separate the panel 101 and the backlight module, the additional separation cylinder 203 is not required; the actual number of separation cylinders 203 should be configured reasonably for production needs.

Chinese patent publication No. CN104385221B (hereinafter referred to as "patent No. 21B"), which discloses a jig for disassembling a display module, and discloses a fixing module and an adsorbing module, wherein the fixing module is used for fixing a backlight module in the display module, the adsorbing module is used for adsorbing a display panel in the display module, and the edge fixing parts of the fixing module are provided with grooves for inserting the edges of the backlight module. It should be understood that in the patent No. 21B, the backlight module of the display module faces downward, the groove of the backlight module just catches on the frame 1021 of the backlight module, and the panel 101 facing upward is attracted by the attraction module, so as to separate the panel 101 and the display module. In contrast, in the present invention, the panel 101 is fixed on the absorption platform 302, the separation component 2026 clamps the side edge of the backlight module, and then the lifting mechanism drives the separation component 2026 and the backlight module to move upward, thereby separating the panel 101 from the display module. In addition, the suction module in the patent 21B is a suction cup in a shape of a "japanese" even though they are uniformly distributed on the panel 101, but the suction force at the position where the suction cup directly sucks is large, and if a corner of the panel 101 is sucked first, the portion between the sucked panel 101 and the panel 101 which is not sucked is easily broken. As shown in fig. 4, the surface of the suction platform 302 of the present invention has regularly distributed slots 306, only the slot 306 in the middle area is shown in the figure, and does not represent that there is no slot 306 in other areas, the display module panel 101 is placed on the suction platform 302 downwards, the air suction component sucks the air in the panel 101 and the suction platform 302, because the slots 306 in each area on the suction platform 302 are uniform, the suction force of the suction platform 302 to the panel 101 is uniform, and thus the panel 101 is not easily broken.

In further embodiments, the sorption deck 302 may be heated and its temperature may be adjusted. The difference between the currently commonly used glue and the glue that will be widely used in the future is explained in the background art, and is not described herein again, so that it is more reasonable to perform the pretreatment by heating for the latter. Due to the special nature of the glue, if the temperature drops during the separation process, the glue viscosity may gradually return to a very viscous state, and therefore the suction platform 302 may be heated to maintain the product temperature at a certain temperature to prevent the product temperature from running away too quickly. Of course, the display module subjected to the freezing pretreatment may be separated from the carrier (the adsorption platform 302 in the present invention) by heating to prevent the adhesive from recovering. It should be appreciated that the adsorption platform 302 is not generally configured to be freezable for common glue, because separation is generally performed in an open environment, and moisture in the air is likely to condense into water droplets in the display panel 101, which requires an additional drying process. In another embodiment, the surface of the suction platform 302 has partitions adapted to different sizes of display modules, and the edge of each partition has a sealing strip 305, the sealing strip 305 facilitates the formation of a vacuum area between the suction platform 302 and the panel 101, otherwise the panel 101 cannot be fixed, which results in the failure to successfully separate the panel 101 from the backlight module. In addition, when separating the display module with a larger size, the adsorption force required by the adsorption platform 302 to fix the panel 101 is also larger, so that the adsorption force of different areas of the adsorption platform 302 can be adjusted to better meet the actual production requirement.

In another embodiment, the suction platform 302 is provided with moving mechanisms 303 at two sides in the longitudinal direction, and the cutting knife 304 is fixed on the moving mechanisms 303. For example, the moving mechanism 303 is a linear module, a sliding rail is longitudinally arranged below the adsorption platform 302, sliding blocks are arranged at two ends of the sliding rail, and a cutter 304 is fixed on the sliding blocks; alternatively, the moving mechanism 303 moves the cutter 304 by extending and contracting the air cylinder. When the gap between the backlight module and the panel 101 is expanded from the initial width (<0.5mm) state to the required width, but the two are not completely separated, the cutter 304 can assist the separation to cut off the adhered glue 1013. It should be noted that the cutting knife 304 should cut when the gap between the backlight module and the panel 101 expands greatly, so as to prevent the cutting knife 304 from damaging the sensor layer under the ink layer. In another embodiment, a platform lifting cylinder 301 is disposed below the suction platform 302, and the platform lifting cylinder 301 is used for adjusting the suction platform 302 to a predetermined separation position.

In another embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a positioner 401, and the positioner 401 is used for assisting the display module to position. For example, the positioner 401 has a reference component at a right angle, and when the positioner 401 moves to an area matched with the size of the display module and the display module is placed on the adsorption platform 302, the corner of the display module is placed against the reference component, so as to prevent the display module from being placed at an inaccurate position and incapable of performing subsequent separation operations.

In other embodiments, the lateral position of the separating component 2026 is adjustable, so that the separating component 2026 can accommodate more display modules. In one embodiment, the separating arm 202 includes a first mounting plate 2024, a second mounting plate 2022, a top plate 2021, and a separating telescopic cylinder 2023, the first mounting plate 2024 and the top plate 2021 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped adjusting fixing position 2025 along the transverse direction, the separating component 2026 is fixed in the adjusting fixing position 2025 of the first mounting plate 2024, the separating telescopic cylinder 2023 is fixed in the second mounting plate 2022, the second mounting plate 2022 is fixed in the adjusting fixing position 2025 of the top plate 2021, and the separating telescopic cylinder 2023 is used for adjusting the transverse movement of the separating component 2026. As shown in fig. 1, the second mounting plate 2022 is shielded by the first mounting plate 2024, and as shown in fig. 2, the second mounting plate 2022 is shielded by the separation telescopic cylinder 2023. It should be understood that the illustration is only one type of mounting arrangement and that other similar arrangements for achieving positional adjustment of the separating element 2026 are within the scope of the invention. In a further embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a drive motor 501, the drive motor 501 being adapted to drive the separating means 2026, the movement of the positioner 401 in the longitudinal direction. Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of the method for separating the display module according to the present invention, which includes step S1, adjusting the position of the separating member in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively by the separating telescopic cylinder and the driving motor to match the size of the display module to be operated; s2, placing the panel of the display module downwards in the corresponding area of the adsorption platform, and simultaneously opening the positioner and moving the positioner to a preset position to assist the display module in positioning; s3, after the display module is positioned, the adsorption platform adsorbs and fixes the display module; s4, the adsorption platform is lowered to a preset separation position, and the separation lifting cylinder retracts to drive the separation component to descend until the separation component and the side edge of the backlight module are at the same height; s5, adjusting the position of the separating component in the transverse direction by the separating telescopic cylinder to enable the separating component to just clamp the side edge of the backlight module, and enabling the separating lifting cylinder to extend out and drive the backlight module to move in the direction far away from the panel; s6, separating the panel from the back light module successfully, stopping the adsorption platform and the separation component, taking out the panel and the back light module, resetting the device and preparing to separate the next display module. In another embodiment, if the force of the separation lifting cylinder is not enough to drive the separation component to pull up the backlight module, the separation cylinder can assist the separation component to pull up the backlight module, so that the panel and the backlight module are separated. Secondly, even after the panel and the backlight module are separated, the panel and the backlight module still have adhesive glue and can be cut off by a cutter.

In summary, the panel is fixed by the adsorption platform, the separation component clamps the side edge or the clamping groove, and then the lifting mechanism drives the separation component and the backlight module to move in the direction away from the panel, so that the panel and the backlight module are separated. Compared with the separation mode in the prior art, the instant adhesive has very large adhesive force, and still can efficiently and stably separate the backlight module from the display module, thereby facilitating subsequent reprocessing.
