Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of pet food, and particularly relates to dog food capable of improving the digestibility and the health level of puppies, a preparation method and application.

Background

Along with the pleasure and physical and psychological health brought to people by the pet and the improvement of consciousness of people on the healthy growth of the pet, the feeding of the pet is gradually changed from ever 'dining table food' to feeding by using special pet food. The pet food is roughly divided into three types according to different water contents in the market, and the dry pet food, the semi-wet pet food and the wet pet food are different in terms of which type of pet food is most suitable for the three types of pet food. At present, people mainly focus on palatability and nutritional value of dog food, but have little focus on digestibility and health level. Therefore, increasing the digestibility of dog food and the health level of dogs should be paid more and more attention and attention.

Through a search, no patent publication related to the present patent application has been found.

Healthy Chinese field puppies with similar body types are selected, the treatment groups are divided into 4 treatment groups according to the complete random block principle test design, each group is 2 in repetition, and each group is 4 in total and is housed in different cages. The 4 treatment groups T1, T2, T3 and T4 correspond to example 1, example 2, example 3 and example 4, and are fed puppy diets with water contents of 67.40%, 53.20%, 41.75% and 31.20%, respectively, at a pre-test period of 7 days and a positive test period of 28 days.

1.3 Breeding management

9 parts per day: 00. 16: 00 feeding at regular time and freely drinking water. The cage is cleaned every day. The whole pen was flushed with a high pressure water gun every week and all the puppies were immunized according to the conventional immunization program. During the official test period, the food intake of the puppies of each group was recorded every day. The weight of each puppy was weighed and recorded at 0d, 14d, 28d at 9:00 am on the official test. Immediately storing collected feces in a refrigerator at-20 deg.C, collecting for five days, mixing feces of each group, oven drying at 65 deg.C, and pulverizing. At 28d of the test, puppies were bled by forelimb vein, 5mL (fasting for 12 hours before bleeding) was bled, and serum was separated.
