specifically, as shown in fig. 2, when the mechanism is used, first, the second placing groove 1302 is started to lift the clamp plate 1304, at this time, the object is placed above the workbench 12, then the electric push rod 1303 is operated in the direction, at this time, the clamp plate 1304 clamps the object, and meanwhile, in the clamping process of the clamp plate 1304, the object is protected by the soft rubber block 1305, so that the phenomenon that the object is damaged due to too large clamping force can be avoided, the effect that the anti-solidification automatic dispensing equipment clamps and fixes the object when in use is achieved, and the input ends of the heating plate 401, the second servo motor 402, the heating wire 405, the electric push rod 1303, the driving motor 1401, the third servo motor 1406 and the first servo motor 19 are all electrically connected with the button above the control box 11.

The working principle is as follows: when the automatic glue dispensing device is used, an external power supply is adopted, the automatic glue dispensing device is placed at a target position, the cover body 8 is rotated and taken down, glue is placed into the liquid storage box 6 through the feed inlet 7, the power supply is started at the moment, the glue in the liquid storage box 6 is preheated and heated by the heating plate 401, then the electric push rod 1303 is started to push the clamping plate 1304 upwards, objects needing glue dispensing are placed above the workbench 12 and below the clamping plate 1304, the objects needing glue dispensing are clamped and fixed by the clamping plate 1304 at the moment, and the objects are clamped by the clamping plate 1304;

then, the third servo motor 1406 is started, the third roller 1404 is driven to rotate by the third servo motor 1406, the two third rollers 1404 are driven to rotate simultaneously by the second conveyor belt 1405, the screw 1407 is driven to rotate by the third roller 1404, and the second roller 1403 is driven to rotate by the screw 1407, similarly, under the action of the second conveyor belt 1405, the two second rollers 1403 are driven to rotate simultaneously, so that the two screws 1407 are driven to rotate simultaneously, and the second moving block 1408 drives the fixed block 1402 to drive the working table 12 to move below the dispensing head 23 under the cooperation of the second sliding groove 1411;

finally, the first servo motor 19 is started, the first roller 20 is driven to rotate by the operation of the first servo motor 19, the threaded rod 17 is driven to rotate under the action of the first transmission belt 21, the first moving block 18 is driven to move by the rotation of the threaded rod 17, the mounting plate 2 moves under the action of the first sliding groove 9, the second servo motor 402 is started to drive the gear 403 and the rotating shaft 404 to rotate simultaneously during dispensing, the glue solution in the liquid storage box 6 is stirred and heated through the stirring plate 407, the dispensing head 23 is driven to move downwards by the screw rod 22 during the rotation of the gear 403, the glue solution in the liquid storage box 6 flows into the dispensing head 23 through the connecting pipe 3, the object is dispensed through the dispensing head 23, the screw rod 22 is driven to move upwards and downwards by the gear 403 during the forward and reverse rotation of the second servo motor 402, and the dispensing head 23 is driven to dispense repeatedly, when dispensing is needed to the round object, the mounting plate 2 is moved to the central position of the transverse plate 5 by the action of the first servo motor 19, the threaded rod 17 and the first moving block 18, the first servo motor 19 stops, the screw rod 22 is repeatedly operated up and down by the same steps, the driving motor 1401 is started, the driving motor 1401 drives the workbench 12 to rotate under the action of the chute 1409 and the sliding rod 1410, the workbench 12 stops rotating, the screw rod 22 dispenses the object above the workbench 12, the workbench 12 is driven to continue rotating by the driving motor 1401 after one dispensing is finished, the object can be dispensed circularly in the process that the workbench 12 is indirectly driven to rotate by the driving motor 1401, when dispensing is finished, the third servo motor 1406 is started again to rotate in the direction, the fixing block 1402 is moved back to the initial position, and then the electric push rod is operated reversely, 1303 the dispensed object is taken out, and finally, completing the use process of the automatic dispensing equipment.
