The pushing portion 116 may have a plate-like structure or may be a hard brush.

In order to further improve the accuracy of the movement of the abnormally conditioned articles 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the discharging device 1 further includes: a bracket 131 and two timing belts 133;

the bracket 131 is arranged above the cross belt sorting machine body 3 in a spanning manner, the two synchronous belts 133 are arranged on the bracket 131, and the arrangement direction of the synchronous belts 133 is parallel to the movement direction of the cross belt sorting machine body 3;

the analyzing and recognizing device 2 is further configured to move the two synchronous belts 133 along a second direction X according to the real-time position of the abnormal-state article 8 and the target position, wherein the second direction X is parallel to the moving direction of the cross-belt sorter body 3 located below the discharging device 1.

Here, when the analyzing and recognizing device 2 determines that the abnormally-conditioned article 8 moves to the area corresponding to the discharging device 1 based on the tracked real-time position of the abnormally-conditioned article 8, the synchronous belt 133 is controlled to move synchronously with the sorting vehicle 5, when the speed of the synchronous belt 133 is the same as that of the sorting vehicle 5, the discharging member is controlled to start to descend, and when the discharging member descends to a specified height, the discharging member is controlled to move in the first direction X to push the abnormally-conditioned article 8 to a target position such as a closing cell 7 provided at the side of the cross-belt sorting machine body 3. Wherein, the corresponding area of the discharging device 1 can be the projection area of the discharging device 1 on the cross belt sorting machine body 3.

As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, the discharging device 1 may further include: a third connecting plate 132, a second connecting member, a second driving member, two second linear guides 134, and two driving wheels 135;

as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the first guide assembly is disposed at the back of the third connecting plate 132;

as shown in fig. 3, the bracket 131 is arranged above the cross belt sorter body 3 in a straddling manner to support the third connecting plate 132;

as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the two synchronous belts 133 are respectively connected to the front surface of the bracket 131 through the two driving wheels 135, the two second linear guide rails 134 are disposed on the back surface of the bracket 131, and the direction of the second linear guide rails 134 is parallel to the moving direction of the cross belt sorter body 3;

the third connecting plate 132 is connected to the second linear guide 134 through the second connecting member;

the second driving component is configured to drive the two synchronous belts 133 to move along the second direction X under the driving of the analysis and recognition device 2, so that the two synchronous belts 133 drive the third connecting plate 132 to move along the second direction X.

Thus, the analyzing and recognizing device 2 can operate by driving the second driving unit, so that the second driving unit drives the two driving wheels 135 to rotate, thereby driving the two synchronous belts 133 to transmit, and thus the third connecting plate 132 moves linearly in the second direction X under the guidance of the second linear guide 134.

In order to facilitate the cooperation of the components of the discharging device 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, two sliding rails 136 are disposed on the third connecting plate 132, the sliding rails 136 are disposed in a direction parallel to the first direction Y, and the two connecting rods 115 respectively penetrate through the first connecting plate 113 and the two sliding rails 136.

Through two connecting rods 115 respectively running through the first connecting plate 113 and the two sliding rails 136, when the discharging part moves up and down, through the transmission of the first rack 123, the two connecting rods 115 can pass through the two sliding rails 136, and along with the upward movement of the discharging part, the length of the part of the connecting rod 115 penetrating through the sliding rails 136 is longer, and along with the downward movement of the discharging part, the length of the part of the connecting rod 115 penetrating through the sliding rails 136 is shortened. In addition, when the discharging member moves to the first direction Y, the two connecting rods 115 can also move to the first direction Y in the two sliding rails 136, which facilitates the linear guiding of the connecting rods 115.

In summary, in the embodiment of the invention, after the analyzing and identifying device identifies the abnormally-conditioned article on the cross-belt sorter body, the discharging device straddling the cross-belt sorter body can automatically move the abnormally-conditioned article to the target position. Therefore, the articles with abnormal states can be cleaned automatically and timely, labor can be saved compared with a mode of manually processing the articles with abnormal states, and the sorting efficiency of the cross belt sorting machine is improved.

In another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is further provided an application method of the cross belt sorting machine according to any one of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the method may include the following steps:

step S1001: acquiring images of articles transported by a cross belt sorting machine body in real time by using an analysis and recognition device, and recognizing the state of the articles on the cross belt sorting machine body according to the images of the articles;

step S1002: and when the state of the article is abnormal, moving the article with the abnormal state to a target position.

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after the analyzing and identifying device identifies the abnormal-state articles on the cross belt sorting machine body, the discharging device arranged across the cross belt sorting machine body can automatically move the abnormal-state articles to the target position. Therefore, the articles with abnormal states can be cleaned automatically and timely, labor can be saved compared with a mode of manually processing the articles with abnormal states, and the sorting efficiency of the cross belt sorting machine is improved.
