The rock core of a rock physical research oil and gas target layer is a shale sample, the samples have loose characteristics, the common rock core preparation is realized by adding water through a drill bit, the shale sample is very easy to crush, the finished product rate is extremely low, the diamond sand wire cutting is a better method, but the diamond sand wire is overturned through a turntable, the wire length reaches 300 meters, the wire is frequently broken due to the fact that the torsion on a cutting wire cannot be released in the cutting process, and a large amount of manpower and time are consumed for replacing the wire, so that the problem of torsion release in the process of preparing the rock core by the diamond sand wire can be solved, the processing efficiency is improved, and the manpower and the wire cost are saved.

The invention aims to solve the problem that the torsion cannot be released in the preparation of the diamond sand wire cutting core.

The rock core preparation device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the torsion generated by the diamond wire in the process of cutting the rock core is released through the torsion releasing device, the service cycle of the diamond wire is prolonged, the manpower and wire consumption are reduced, and a support is provided for preparing a loose rock core sample in petrophysics, so that a rock sample is more complete, thereby promoting the research of a rock target layer of oil-gas exploration and providing reference for oil-gas detection, reserve calculation and oil reservoir monitoring.
