Technical Field

Background

The conventional signal wire harness is usually prepared from materials such as PVC, PE, PP and the like, but the materials have poor temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and large loss also exists in transmission loss of some high-frequency signals.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a special-shaped pipe fitting forming method for the communication field aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the special-shaped pipe fitting prepared by the special-shaped pipe fitting forming method for the communication field has the advantages of good dimensional stability, difficult deformation of a pipe wall, no defects of air holes, cracking and the like.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the special-shaped pipe fitting is produced by utilizing the characteristics of PTFE and adopting dispersive extrusion as a signal transmission wire harness.

The defects that products made of PTFE in the prior art are large in size change and easy to deform are overcome by dispersing and extruding PTFE dispersion resin which can be fiberized, adding extrusion deformation prevention powder into the PTFE dispersion resin and guiding and drawing. Through sieving PTFE dispersion resin and sieving the cured mixture, large-particle materials are removed: preliminarily compressing the cured mixture by using hydraulic equipment, and extruding the mixture by using PTFE dispersion extrusion equipment, wherein the molding pressure is uniform; the defects of pores, cracking and the like in the later-period product are avoided. The special-shaped pipe fitting prepared by the invention has good dimensional stability, the pipe wall is not easy to deform, and the defects of air holes, cracking and the like do not exist.

Detailed Description

The following embodiments of the invention are further illustrated:

example 1:

(1) cleaning the screen, placing the empty special barrel in a discharge port of the vibrating screen, opening the vibrating screen, pouring PTFE dispersion resin, and separating large impurities and agglomerates.

(2) Weighing an empty special barrel by an electronic scale, peeling, pouring 50% of PTFE dispersion resin into the barrel, taking out an extrusion aid and extrusion deformation prevention powder with specified weight by a measuring cup, wherein the weight proportion of the extrusion aid is 40%, the weight proportion of the extrusion deformation prevention powder is 10%, pouring into the barrel added with the main resin, screwing a barrel cover, fixing the barrel after mixing on a mixer, and opening the mixer for mixing to obtain a mixture. Wherein the extrusion aid comprises petroleum ether, aviation kerosene or isoparaffin, preferably isoparaffin. Wherein the anti-extrusion deformation powder comprises ceramic powder and light calcium carbonate, and the ceramic powder is titanic acid ceramic powder and/or silicon dioxide ceramic powder. The addition of the ceramic powder of titanium acids and silicon dioxide can also improve and adjust the dielectric constant, ensure the stability of dielectric property and can be applied to the transmission of 5G signals.

(5) As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a PTFE dispersion extrusion device 1 (or a plunger extrusion device) is used for compressing and extruding the pre-pressed blank from a die a1 to obtain a special-shaped product 3, and the special-shaped product 3 is pulled by a pulling device 2 at a pulling speed of 0.5 m/min; if the special-shaped product 3 is in a symmetrical style, when the special-shaped product 3 is directionally pulled, the pulling guide of the pulling device 2 needs to be over against the symmetrical axis of the product; wherein the extrusion pressure of the PTFE dispersion extrusion equipment 1 is 30MPa, the extrusion speed is 0.45m/min, the temperature of a material cavity is 40 ℃, and the temperature of a neck ring die A1 is 40 ℃.

(6) As shown in fig. 1, the traction device 2 drives the special-shaped product 3 to vertically enter the sintering section 5, the extrusion aid is removed at a high temperature and the special-shaped product is sintered, the sintering section 5 comprises three sections of temperatures, and the temperatures are respectively as follows from top to bottom: 290 ℃, 390 ℃ and 490 ℃; the sintering section 5 adopts a vertical furnace or a tunnel furnace.

As shown in fig. 2, in which the taper angles of the die a1 and the mandrel a2 on the PTFE dispersion extrusion apparatus 1 both ranged from 20 °, the material compression force was increased to make the extrusion denser, the mating length of the straight section of the die a1 and the straight section of the mandrel a2 was 10mm, the mandrel a2 was flush with the die a1, and the distance between the pulling device 2 and the die a1 was 10 cm. The distance between the mouth die A1 and the core die A2 of the PTFE dispersion extrusion equipment 1 can be adjusted, the distance between the mouth die A1 and the core die A2 can be adjusted through the adjusting bolt A3, so that the extrusion distortion can be eliminated, and the uniform wall thickness of a product is ensured.

A static removing device 4 is further arranged between the PTFE dispersion extrusion device 1 and the sintering section 5, and the static removing device 4 is used for removing static on the special-shaped product 3, so that static electricity is prevented from making the special-shaped product adhere to the wall of the sintering section 5.

Example 2:

(6) As shown in fig. 1, the traction device 2 drives the special-shaped product 3 to vertically enter the sintering section 5, the extrusion aid is removed at a high temperature and the special-shaped product is sintered, the sintering section 5 comprises three sections of temperatures, and the temperatures are respectively as follows from top to bottom: 300 ℃, 400 ℃ and 400 ℃; the sintering section 5 adopts a vertical furnace or a tunnel furnace.

The distance between the mouth die A1 and the core die A2 of the PTFE dispersion extrusion equipment 1 can be adjusted, the distance between the mouth die A1 and the core die A2 can be adjusted through the adjusting bolt A3, so that the extrusion distortion can be eliminated, and the uniform wall thickness of a product is ensured.

(6) As shown in fig. 1, the traction device 2 drives the special-shaped product 3 to vertically enter the sintering section 5, the extrusion aid is removed at a high temperature and the special-shaped product is sintered, the sintering section 5 comprises three sections of temperatures, and the temperatures are respectively as follows from top to bottom: 310 ℃, 410 ℃ and 410 ℃; the sintering section 5 adopts a vertical furnace or a tunnel furnace.

As shown in fig. 2, in which the taper angles of the die a1 and the mandrel a2 of the PTFE dispersion extrusion apparatus 1 both ranged from 40 °, the material compression force was increased to make the extrusion denser, the combined length of the straight section of the die a1 and the straight section of the mandrel a2 was 12cm, the length of the protrusion of the mandrel a2 from the die a1 was 5cm, and the distance between the pulling device 2 and the die a1 was 12 cm. The distance between the mouth die A1 and the core die A2 of the PTFE dispersion extrusion equipment 1 can be adjusted, the distance between the mouth die A1 and the core die A2 can be adjusted through the adjusting bolt A3, so that the extrusion distortion can be eliminated, and the uniform wall thickness of a product is ensured.

The products prepared in the above examples were tested to obtain the following data:

in summary, the defects of large size change and easy deformation of products made of PTFE in the prior art are overcome by performing dispersion extrusion by using a PTFE dispersion resin which can be fiberized, adding extrusion deformation prevention powder into the PTFE dispersion resin and guiding traction. Through sieving PTFE dispersion resin and sieving the cured mixture, large-particle materials are removed: preliminarily compressing the cured mixture by using hydraulic equipment, and extruding the mixture by using PTFE dispersion extrusion equipment 1; the defects of pores, cracking and the like in the later-period product are avoided.
