Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery diaphragm production and processing, in particular to a stretching device for a lithium battery diaphragm.

Background

The lithium battery diaphragm is a layer of diaphragm material between the anode and the cathode, the quality of the diaphragm performance determines the interface structure, internal resistance and the like of the battery, and further directly influences the capacity, cycle number, safety performance and other characteristics of the battery, the diaphragm with excellent performance plays an important role in improving the comprehensive performance of the battery, and the diaphragm needs to be stretched in the production and processing process of the lithium battery diaphragm to improve the smoothness of the diaphragm, but most of the existing stretching devices are simple in structure and single in function, and particularly have the following problems;

1. most of the existing stretching devices can only stretch in one direction, and the stretching comprehensiveness is insufficient;

2. the distance between the extrusion rollers of the existing stretching device is large, so that the adjustment is not facilitated, the extrusion of diaphragms with different thicknesses is not facilitated, and the diaphragms are easy to deviate and shift during conveying;

3. the existing stretching device does not have the preheating function when stretching the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is easy to tear.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a stretching device for a lithium battery diaphragm, which aims to solve the problems that the stretching in the background art is not comprehensive enough, is not suitable for diaphragms with different thicknesses and does not have a preheating function.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a stretching device for a lithium battery diaphragm comprises a base, a second guide roller, a preheating box and a clamp, wherein a cover body is fixed at the top of the base, a second guide roller is arranged at the central position of one side in the cover body, first guide rollers are arranged in the cover body at two sides of the second guide roller, fixing grooves are uniformly arranged at two sides of one end, away from the second guide roller, of the top of the base, threaded lead screws are arranged in the fixing grooves, driving blocks are sleeved on the threaded lead screws, hydraulic telescopic rods are fixed at the top ends of the driving blocks, cylinders are fixed at the top ends of the hydraulic telescopic rods, adjusting arms are hinged at two sides of the cylinders, the clamp is arranged on each adjusting arm, the preheating box is fixed at the top end of the cover body, a heating resistance wire is arranged at the bottom end in the preheating box, and fans are uniformly arranged at the top end in the preheating box, and a temperature sensor is arranged between the fans.

Preferably, four corners of base bottom all are provided with the stabilizer blade, and the inside of stabilizer blade all is provided with the moving part through rigid spring, the top of moving part all with the bottom fixed connection of base, carry the stability of device.

Preferably, the top end inside the cover body is provided with an air diffusing cover, and the top end of the air diffusing cover is communicated with the bottom of the preheating box, so that the membrane conveyed in the cover body can be preheated.

Preferably, the output of cylinder all is provided with flexible post, and the both sides of flexible post all are articulated mutually with the regulating arm through the trace, do benefit to and drive anchor clamps and press from both sides tight diaphragm.

Preferably, all be fixed with electric putter on the cover body of first guide roll top and the base of second guide roll below, and electric putter's output all is provided with the movable roller through the support, the both ends of movable roller, first guide roll and second guide roll all are equipped with the spacing ring, do benefit to and flatten the diaphragm.

Preferably, one side of fixed slot all is provided with micro motor, and micro motor's output all is connected with the screw thread lead screw, the inside of driving block all be provided with screw thread lead screw external screw thread assorted screw hole, do benefit to and transversely stretch the diaphragm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the stretching device of the lithium battery diaphragm is provided with a base, a cover body, a first guide roller, a second guide roller, a fixed groove, a threaded lead screw, a driving block, a hydraulic telescopic rod, a cylinder, a telescopic column, a connecting rod, an adjusting arm and a clamp, wherein the diaphragm is conveyed into the cover body through a discharging roller, firstly, the diaphragm sequentially passes through the first guide roller and the second guide roller, is longitudinally stretched through height difference, the diaphragm is horizontally stretched and straightened, then, the diaphragm passes through the clamp, the cylinder drives the telescopic column to shrink, the adjusting arm is pulled through the connecting rod to drive the clamp to shrink inwards, so that two sides of the diaphragm are clamped tightly, then, a micro motor drives the threaded lead screw to rotate, a threaded hole matched with the threaded lead screw is arranged inside the driving block, the driving block drives the clamp to horizontally move, and then, the diaphragm is transversely stretched, so that the stretching of the diaphragm is more, the tensile quality of the membrane is improved.

(2) This stretching device of lithium battery diaphragm is through installing electric putter and activity roller, make electric putter drive the direction removal of activity roller to first guide roll and second guide roll, do benefit to the adjustment of carrying out activity roller and first guide roll and second guide roll interval according to the thickness difference of diaphragm, make the diaphragm pass through the activity roller and flatten by the extrusion when between first guide roll and the second guide roll, simultaneously at the activity roller, the both ends of first guide roll and second guide roll all overlap and are equipped with the spacing ring, make and play spacing effect when the diaphragm is carried, avoid the diaphragm to take place the aversion off tracking.

(3) This stretching device of lithium battery diaphragm is through installing preheating cabinet, heating resistor, fan, temperature sensor and the fan housing that looses, and the heating resistor produces the heat after circular telegram, and the fan operation will be hot-blast downwards to be blown, and cover internal portion is gone into through the fan housing steam drum, does benefit to and preheats the diaphragm at first when the diaphragm is tensile, improves its temperature, promotes the tension and the elasticity of diaphragm, avoids the diaphragm damaged when tensile.

if vibration is generated during stretching of the diaphragm, the vibration force enables the moving part 23 to extrude the rigid spring 24 in the supporting leg 1, and the vibration force is absorbed and buffered through elastic expansion of the rigid spring 24, so that the stability is improved;

a second guide roller 5 is arranged at the central position of one side in the cover body 3, first guide rollers 15 are arranged in the cover body 3 at two sides of each second guide roller 5, electric push rods 4 are fixed on the cover body 3 above the first guide rollers 15 and the base 2 below the second guide rollers 5, the output ends of the electric push rods 4 are provided with movable rollers 6 through supports, and two ends of each movable roller 6, the first guide rollers 15 and the second guide rollers 5 are sleeved with limiting rings 12;

the diaphragm sequentially passes through the first guide roller 15 and the second guide roller 5, is longitudinally stretched through height drop, is supported and straightened, and meanwhile, the electric push rod 4 drives the movable roller 6 to move towards the first guide roller 15 and the second guide roller 5, so that the diaphragm is extruded and flattened when passing through, and meanwhile, the limiting ring 12 plays a role in limiting during conveying of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is prevented from shifting and deviating;

fixing grooves 21 are uniformly formed in two sides of the top of the base 2, which are far away from one end of the second guide roller 5, threaded lead screws 19 are arranged inside the fixing grooves 21, driving blocks 18 are sleeved on the threaded lead screws 19, hydraulic telescopic rods 17 are fixed at the top ends of the driving blocks 18, air cylinders 14 are fixed at the tops of the hydraulic telescopic rods 17, adjusting arms 22 are hinged to two sides of the air cylinders 14, clamps 13 are arranged on the adjusting arms 22, telescopic columns 16 are arranged at output ends of the air cylinders 14, and two sides of each telescopic column 16 are hinged to the corresponding adjusting arm 22 through a linkage rod;

the cylinder 14 drives the telescopic column 16 to contract, and the adjusting arm 22 is pulled by the linkage rod to drive the clamp 13 to contract inwards, so that the two sides of the diaphragm are clamped;

one side of the fixed groove 21 is provided with a micro motor 20, the output end of the micro motor 20 is connected with a threaded screw rod 19, and the inside of the driving block 18 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the external thread of the threaded screw rod 19;

the micro motor 20 drives the threaded screw rod 19 to rotate, and a threaded hole matched with the threaded screw rod 19 is formed in the driving block 18, so that the driving block 18 drives the clamp 13 to horizontally move, and further, the diaphragm is transversely stretched, the diaphragm is stretched more comprehensively and thoroughly, the smoothness of the diaphragm is improved, and the stretching quality of the diaphragm is improved;

a preheating box 8 is fixed at the top end of the cover body 3, a heating resistance wire 7 is arranged at the bottom end inside the preheating box 8, fans 10 are uniformly arranged at the top end inside the preheating box 8, a temperature sensor 9 is arranged between the fans 10, an air diffusing cover 11 is arranged at the top end inside the cover body 3, and the top end of the air diffusing cover 11 is communicated with the bottom of the preheating box 8;

the heating resistance wire 7 generates heat after being electrified, the fan 10 operates to blow hot air downwards, and hot air is blown into the cover body 3 through the air diffusing cover 11, so that the diaphragm is preheated firstly when stretched, the temperature of the diaphragm is improved, the tension and the elasticity of the diaphragm are improved, and the diaphragm is prevented from being damaged when stretched;

the specific model specifications of the micro motor 20, the temperature sensor 9, the heating resistance wire 7, the air cylinder 14, the electric push rod 4 and the hydraulic telescopic rod 17 need to be determined by model selection calculation according to specification parameters and the like of the device, and the model selection calculation method is the prior art, so detailed description is omitted.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a diaphragm is conveyed into a cover body 3 through a discharging roller, heat is generated after a heating resistance wire 7 is electrified, hot air is blown downwards by the operation of a fan 10, the hot air is blown into the cover body 3 through a wind diffusing cover 11, the diaphragm is favorably preheated firstly when stretched, the temperature of the diaphragm is improved, the tension and the elasticity of the diaphragm are improved, the damage of the diaphragm is avoided when the diaphragm is stretched, the diaphragm sequentially passes through a first guide roller 15 and a second guide roller 5 and is longitudinally stretched through height difference, the diaphragm is stretched and straightened, meanwhile, an electric push rod 4 drives a movable roller 6 to move towards the directions of the first guide roller 15 and the second guide roller 5, the diaphragm is extruded and flattened when passing through, meanwhile, limiting rings 12 are sleeved at two ends of the movable roller 6, the first guide roller 15 and the second guide roller 5, the limiting effect is achieved when the diaphragm is conveyed, and the displacement and deviation of the diaphragm are avoided, then hydraulic telescoping rod 17 drives cylinder 14 and risees, the high position of regulation anchor clamps 13 makes it be in same water flat line with the diaphragm, later the diaphragm passes between anchor clamps 13, cylinder 14 drives flexible post 16 and contracts, drive anchor clamps 13 through trace pulling regulating arm 22 and inwards contract, and then press from both sides tightly the diaphragm, later micro motor 20 drives screw rod 19 and rotates, drive block 18 inside be provided with 19 assorted screw holes of screw rod, make drive block 18 drive anchor clamps 13 and carry out horizontal migration, and then carry out transverse stretching with the diaphragm, make the drawing to the diaphragm comprehensive more thoroughly, increase its planarization, improve the tensile quality of diaphragm.
