A 3D printer, also known as a three-dimensional printer (3DP), is a machine that is an additive manufacturing technique, i.e., a rapid prototyping technique. The working principle of the 3D printer is basically the same as that of a common printer, printing materials are superposed layer by layer under the control of a computer, and finally, blueprints on the computer are changed into real objects. This technique is often used in the field of mold making, industrial design, etc. for making models or for direct manufacture of some products. At present, various 3D printing technologies exist, and common technologies include three-dimensional printing of bonding materials, three-dimensional printing of photocuring, three-dimensional printing of melting materials, and the like. The technology that adopts in the 3D printing field, no matter be SLS, SLA, FDM or other technique, almost all 3D printers all print the monochromatic, can't realize the true colour outward appearance of model, and then satisfy the higher requirement of user.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a 3D printer comprises a frame 1, an X-axis guide rail 2, a Y-axis guide rail 3 and a workbench 4 which are arranged on a base of the frame 1 and are sequentially stacked from below, and a plurality of troughs 14 for containing photosensitive resin liquid and arranged on the top of the frame 1, wherein the X-axis guide rail 2 and the Y-axis guide rail 3 are both horizontally arranged and are perpendicular to each other, the workbench 4 can move along the direction of the X-axis guide rail 2 or the Y-axis guide rail 3, a lifting plate 7 which can vertically move is further arranged in the frame 1, a switching device is arranged on the lifting plate 7, a monochromatic jet device and a mixed color jet device 11 which are both communicated with the troughs 14 are arranged at the bottom of the switching device, a light curing device 12 for curing the photosensitive resin liquid jetted from the monochromatic jet device or the mixed color jet device 11 is further arranged on the lifting plate 7, the switching device enables the single-color spraying device and the mixed color spraying device 11 to be alternatively aligned with the light curing device 12; the mixed color spraying device 11 can mix and spray the photosensitive resin liquid of a plurality of colors.

The base of the frame 1 is provided with a vertical screw rod 5 and a guide post 6 which both penetrate through the lifting plate 7, and the screw rod 5 is in spiral transmission connection with the lifting plate 7. The lifting plate 7 is lifted to drive the single-color injection device and the color mixing injection device 11 to lift, so that the layer-by-layer printing is realized, and finally, the three-dimensional solid object is printed.

The switching device comprises a switching rotating shaft 8 and a switching circular truncated cone 9, the switching rotating shaft 8 is vertically rotated and connected to the bottom of the lifting plate 7 and is driven by a switching motor to rotate around the central axis of the lifting plate, and the switching circular truncated cone 9 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the switching rotating shaft 8. The switching motor drives the switching rotating shaft 8 and the switching circular truncated cone 9 to synchronously rotate, so that the single-color spray heads 10 or the mixed-color spray heads 114 alternately appear at the UV lamps 121, and the single-color spray heads 10 or the mixed-color spray heads 114 at the bottom of the switching circular truncated cone 9 can be switched to be aligned to the UV lamps 121.

The trough 14 is provided with three photosensitive resin liquids which are respectively filled with red, yellow and blue. Red, yellow and blue are used as three basic colors, and various colors can be prepared by mixing in different proportions.

The single-color spraying device comprises three single-color spray heads 10 which are fixedly connected to the bottom of the switching round table 9 and correspond to the material grooves 14 one by one, and each single-color spray head 10 is communicated with the corresponding material groove 14 through a single-color pipe 15. The single-color photosensitive resin liquid of the three colors of red, yellow and blue can be ejected from the corresponding single-color tube 15 through the single-color ejection head 10.

The mixed color injection device 11 comprises a mixing cavity 111 fixedly connected to the bottom of the switching round table 9, a stirring device arranged in the mixing cavity 111 and a mixed color nozzle 114 arranged at the bottom of the mixing cavity 111 and communicated with the mixing cavity, wherein the mixing cavity 111 is communicated with the three material troughs 14 through three mixed color pipes 16. The single-color photosensitive resin liquid of the three colors of red, yellow and blue is left in the mixing cavity 111 through the color mixing pipe 16, is uniformly stirred by the stirring device to form a new color, and is sprayed out through the color mixing nozzle 114.

Each color mixing tube 16 is provided with a flow regulating valve 17. The flow regulating valve 17 can regulate the flow in the color mixing tube 16 corresponding to the three colors of red, yellow and blue according to the demand of the color to the three colors of red, yellow and blue to be allocated.

Agitating unit includes (mixing) shaft 112 and stirring leaf 113, stirring shaft 112 vertical setting and its rotate connect in mixing chamber 111, stirring shaft 112 is rotated around its central axis by the driving of agitator motor, stirring leaf 113 is equipped with a plurality ofly and its even spaced locating on stirring shaft 112. The stirring motor drives the stirring shaft 112 to rotate, and the stirring blades 113 on the stirring shaft 112 enable the photosensitive resin liquid in the mixing cavity 111 to be uniformly stirred, so that color or gradient color cannot be formed due to non-stirring or non-uniform stirring.

The lifting plate 7 is also fixedly connected with an air pump 13, and the mixing cavity 111 is communicated with an air outlet of the air pump 13. When a new color needs to be blended in the mixing cavity 111 again, the air pump 13 can blow out the photosensitive resin liquid mixed last time, so as to avoid inaccurate color mixing caused by the last interference of the residual photosensitive resin liquid, and obviously, the color mixing nozzle 114 is not aligned with the UV lamp 121 at this time.

The light curing devices 12 are symmetrically provided in two, each light curing device 12 includes a UV lamp 121 and a light quantity adjusting device 122, the UV lamp 121 is aligned with the single color nozzle 10 or the mixed color nozzle 114, and the light quantity adjusting device 122 changes the light quantity of the ultraviolet rays of the photosensitive resin liquid irradiated by changing the light intensity of the ultraviolet rays emitted from the UV lamp 121. The photosensitive resin liquid sprayed from the single color nozzle 10 or the mixed color nozzle 114 is cured under the irradiation of the UV lamp 121, and then a three-dimensional solid object is obtained on printing. The light amount adjusting device 122 can change the light amount of the ultraviolet rays irradiated to the photosensitive resin liquid by changing the light intensity of the ultraviolet rays emitted from the UV lamp 121 to achieve optimal light amount adjustment in different temperature and humidity environments.

The fixed connection referred to in this application may be a threaded connection, a welded connection or an adhesive connection.
