Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of labeling machines, in particular to a label pressing device.

Background

In the existing pop-top can beverage, the can opening is mostly sealed by adopting an aluminum sealing cover, and in the transportation and storage processes of the pop-top can beverage, the aluminum sealing cover at the can opening is easily polluted by dust, bacteria and the like, so that the beverage cannot be directly drunk.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a label pressing device.

In one aspect of the implementation of the invention, a label pressing device is provided, which comprises a bottle supporting turntable, and a bottle pressing component and a bottle supporting component are oppositely arranged along the periphery of the bottle supporting turntable from top to bottom, wherein,

the bottle pressing assembly comprises a label pressing unit and a first driving unit; the label pressing unit comprises a cylindrical mounting seat, a label pressing die, a heating ring, a sucker shaft and a flat sucker, wherein the label pressing die is fixedly connected with the cylindrical mounting seat below the cylindrical mounting seat; the first driving unit is in transmission connection with the top end of the sucker shaft and is used for driving the sucker shaft to vertically lift;

the bottle supporting assembly comprises a bottle supporting plate pressing plate and a second driving unit, the bottle supporting plate pressing plate is located below the flat sucking disc at a preset distance, and the second driving unit is used for driving the bottle supporting plate pressing plate to vertically lift.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the bottle supporting rotary disc firstly rotates to a label taking position in the process of driving the bottle pressing assembly and the bottle supporting assembly to rotate, at the moment, the first driving unit in the bottle pressing assembly drives the sucker to axially suck a label downwards, then, the bottle supporting rotary disc continuously rotates to a feeding position of a pop-top can beverage, the pop-top can beverage is placed on a bottle supporting disc pressing plate of the bottle supporting assembly, the bottle supporting pressing plate moves upwards under the driving of the second driving unit, the pop-top can beverage is driven to move upwards, the top of the pop-top can beverage is pushed into the label pressing mold after being contacted with the label, the label is adhered to a can opening of the pop-top can under the action of the heating ring, the label can opening can be adhered, the label can prevent dust, bacteria and the like from polluting the can opening of the pop-top can beverage, and therefore, the label can be torn and directly drunk after being opened when being drunk.

Optionally, a mounting plate is arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical mounting seat, a fixing plate fixedly connected with the mounting plate is arranged below the mounting plate, a heat insulation plate is arranged between the fixing plate and the mounting plate, a bottle pressing head is arranged on the outer portion of the label pressing die in a sleeved mode, the top surface of the bottle pressing head is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the fixing plate, and the periphery of the bottle pressing head is sleeved with the heating ring.

The first driving unit comprises a groove-shaped mounting seat, a bottle pressing shaft vertically penetrates through the groove-shaped mounting seat, a driving air cylinder vertically installed in the groove-shaped mounting seat is connected with the output end of the driving air cylinder through clamping plate transmission, a clamping element is installed at the bottom end of the bottle pressing shaft, and the bottom end of the bottle pressing shaft is fixedly connected with the top end of the sucker shaft through the clamping element.

Optionally, the first driving unit further comprises a vertical shaft located on one side, far away from the driving cylinder, of the bottle pressing shaft and vertically penetrating through the groove-shaped mounting seat, a backing plate is installed on the lower portion of the vertical shaft, a flange bearing is installed on the lower portion of the bottle pressing shaft, the bottom surface of the backing plate is in lap joint with the top surface of the flange bearing, a cushion cover in sliding sleeve connection with the vertical shaft is installed on the inner wall of the top surface of the groove-shaped mounting seat, a shaft sleeve is installed on a shaft body, located in the groove-shaped mounting seat, of the vertical shaft, a spring is sleeved on a shaft body, located between the shaft sleeve and the cushion cover, two ends of the spring are fixedly connected with the cushion cover and the shaft sleeve, a long circular hole is formed in the position, opposite to the shaft sleeve, of the side wall of the groove-shaped mounting seat, a roller shaft is installed on the shaft sleeve, one end of the roller shaft penetrates out of the long circular hole, and a bottle pressing roller is installed on the roller shaft.

Optionally, the bottle pressing shaft and the sucker shaft are of hollow structures and are communicated with each other, and the top end of the bottle pressing shaft is provided with a toggle joint.

Optionally, a temperature measuring probe is arranged on the heating ring.

The bottle pressing device comprises a bottle supporting rotary table 1, a bottle pressing component 2, a bottle supporting component 3, a label pressing unit 4, a first driving unit 5, a cylindrical mounting seat 6, a label pressing die 7, a heating ring 8, a sucker shaft 9, a flat sucker 10, a bottle supporting plate pressing plate 11, a second driving unit 12, a mounting plate 13, a fixing plate 14, a heat insulation plate 15, a bottle pressing head 16, a groove-shaped mounting seat 17, a bottle pressing shaft 18, a driving cylinder 19, a clamping plate 20, a clamping piece 21, a vertical shaft 22, a backing plate 23, a flange bearing 24, a cushion cover 25, a shaft sleeve 26, a spring 27, a roller shaft 28, a bottle pressing roller 29, a toggle joint 30 and a temperature measuring probe 31.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a label pressing apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes a bottle supporting turntable 1, and a bottle pressing assembly 2 and a bottle supporting assembly 3 are oppositely disposed along an outer circumference of the bottle supporting turntable 1, wherein,

the bottle pressing assembly 2 comprises a pressing mark unit 4 and a first driving unit 5; the label pressing unit 4 comprises a cylindrical mounting seat 6, a label pressing die 7 which is positioned below the cylindrical mounting seat 6 and fixedly connected with the cylindrical mounting seat 6, a heating ring 8 which is sleeved on the periphery of the label pressing die 7, a sucker shaft 9 which penetrates through the cylindrical mounting seat 6 and the label pressing die 7 and the bottom end of which is arranged in the label pressing die 7, and a flat sucker 10 which is arranged at the bottom end of the sucker shaft 9; the first driving unit 5 is in transmission connection with the top end of the sucker shaft 9 and is used for driving the sucker shaft 9 to vertically lift;

the bottle supporting assembly 3 comprises a bottle supporting plate pressing plate 11 which is positioned below the flat sucking disc 10 by a preset distance, and a second driving unit 12 which is used for driving the bottle supporting plate pressing plate 11 to vertically lift.

In implementation, the label pressing die 7 is provided with a containing cavity matched with the top of the pop can in shape, and the pop can enters the containing cavity under the driving of the bottle supporting plate pressing plate 11 and the second driving unit 12; the second driving unit 12 may employ a cylinder, an electric cylinder, or the like.

In implementation, the bottom of the cylindrical mounting seat 6 is provided with the mounting plate 13, the fixing plate 14 fixedly connected with the mounting plate 13 is arranged below the mounting plate 13, the heat insulation plate 15 is arranged between the fixing plate 14 and the mounting plate 13, the external part of the label pressing die 7 is sleeved with the pressure bottle head 16, the top surface of the pressure bottle head 16 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the fixing plate 14, the heating ring 8 is sleeved on the periphery of the pressure bottle head 16, the pressure bottle head 16 is arranged between the heating ring 8 and the label pressing die 7 and used for heat transfer, and the phenomenon that the temperature is too high due to the fact that the heating ring 8 directly heats the label pressing die 7 is avoided.

The first driving unit 5 comprises a groove-shaped mounting seat 17, a bottle pressing shaft 18 vertically penetrating through the groove-shaped mounting seat 17, and a driving air cylinder 19 vertically mounted in the groove-shaped mounting seat 17, wherein the output end of the driving air cylinder 19 is in transmission connection with the bottle pressing shaft 18 through a clamping plate 20, a clamping member 21 is mounted at the bottom end of the bottle pressing shaft 18, and the bottom end of the bottle pressing shaft 18 is fixedly connected with the top end of the sucking disc shaft 9 through the clamping member 21; the driving air cylinder 19 is used for driving the bottle pressing shaft 18 to vertically lift.

In implementation, the first driving unit 12 further includes a vertical shaft 22 located on one side of the bottle pressing shaft 18 far from the driving cylinder 19 and vertically penetrating through the groove-shaped mounting seat 17, a backing plate 23 is installed on the lower portion of the vertical shaft 22, a flange bearing 24 is installed on the lower portion of the bottle pressing shaft 18, the bottom surface of the backing plate 23 is in lap joint with the top surface of the flange bearing 24, a cushion cover 25 slidably sleeved with the vertical shaft 22 is installed on the inner wall of the top surface of the groove-shaped mounting seat 17, a shaft sleeve 26 is installed on a shaft body of the vertical shaft 22 located in the groove-shaped mounting seat 17, a spring 27 is sleeved on the shaft body of the vertical shaft 22 located between the shaft sleeve 26 and the cushion cover 25, two ends of the spring 27 are fixedly connected with the cushion cover 25 and the shaft sleeve 26, a long circular hole is formed in the side wall of the groove-shaped mounting seat 17 opposite to the shaft sleeve 26, a roller shaft 28 is installed on the shaft sleeve 26, one end of the roller shaft 28 penetrates through the long circular hole, and a pressing roller 29 is installed on the roller shaft 28.

The two-section downward operation of the flat sucker 10 is realized through a combined driving structure of a vertical shaft 22 and a driving cylinder 19, specifically, in the rotation process of the bottle supporting turntable 1, a bottle pressing cam can be arranged on the rotation track of a bottle pressing roller 29, the bottle pressing roller 29 is pressed downward under the action of the bottle pressing cam when rotating to the position of the bottle pressing cam, a bottle pressing shaft 18 is driven to move downward through the vertical shaft 22, the first section of the flat sucker 10 moves downward and is flush with the mouth of a label pressing mold 7, then the driving cylinder 19 is connected with an air source to start to act, the bottle pressing shaft 18 is driven to continue to move downward, the second section of the flat sucker 10 moves downward and contacts with a label to finish suction, the driving cylinder 19 resets after the label is sucked, the flat sucker 10 and the label are flush with the mouth of the label pressing mold 7, the easy open can is pushed into the label pressing mold 7 by the bottle supporting component 3, the driving cylinder 19 is disconnected from the air source, under the action of the tension of the spring 27, the bottle pressing shaft 18 is driven by the vertical shaft 22 to move upwards, and the flat sucking disc 10 is reset.

In implementation, a plurality of vertical shafts 22 can be arranged in parallel, and the vertical shafts 22 are fixedly connected through a connecting plate.

In the implementation, the bottle pressing shaft 18 and the suction cup shaft 9 are hollow structures and are communicated with each other, a toggle joint 30 is mounted at the top end of the bottle pressing shaft 18, and a vacuum source is connected through the toggle joint 30 for providing negative pressure to the flat suction cup 10 to improve the suction force of the flat suction cup 10.

In the implementation, the heating ring 8 is provided with a temperature probe 31 for detecting the heating temperature.
