The material suction device 3 is used for adding materials into the hopper 2; the material sensor 5 positioned above is used for detecting whether the hopper 2 is filled with materials or not; the material sensor 5 positioned below is used for detecting whether materials exist in the hopper 2 or not; the inserting plate 6 is controlled by an electric driving mechanism or a pneumatic mechanism and is used for controlling whether the materials flow out from the discharge port 2-6 of the hopper or not; the upper cover 2-5 can clean the hopper 2 after being opened and can seal the hopper 2 after being closed.

The control device 7 can automatically control the material suction device 3 and the inserting plate 6. For example, when the lower material sensor 5 detects that the hopper 2 has no material, the control device 7 controls the inserting plate 6 to close the hopper discharge port 2-6, and controls the material suction device 3 to add the material into the hopper 2; when the upper material sensor 5 detects that the hopper 2 is filled with materials, the control device 7 controls the material suction device 3 to stop adding the materials into the hopper 2; after the weighing sensor 4 finishes weighing the hopper 2 and the materials in the hopper, the control device 7 controls the inserting plate 6 to open the discharge port 2-6 of the hopper, and the materials are unloaded.
