Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of photoelectricity, in particular to a method for preventing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) base film from sliding left and right in an unreeling machine.

Background

Brightness enhancement film refers to a thin film or sheet that is applied to a TFT LCD backlight module for the purpose of improving the luminous efficiency of the overall backlight system. By utilizing the special prism structure of the brightness enhancement film and through the optical principles such as refraction, total reflection and light accumulation principle, the light rays in all directions can be concentrated to the central visual angle, and then the brightness of the LCD panel is improved and the visual angle is controlled. There are four types of brightness enhancement films, including general prism (normal prism), multi-function prism, micro-lens film, and reflective polarizer (reflective polarizer), each of which has different market characteristics.

Generally, the brightness enhancement film is prepared by the processes of PET unreeling, prism grain transfer, first ultraviolet light curing, back grain transfer, second ultraviolet light curing, front and back protective film laminating and the like. The PET unreeling process is used as the first step of the whole process and is also an important step, and the quality of the brightness enhancement film is determined by the PET unreeling process from the source. And at the in-process that unreels of PET base film, because the influence of PET base film self reason and external equipment, environment takes place the PET base film easily and unreels the in-process about synovial membrane phenomenon, and this kind of phenomenon leads to the product to appear the broad width unstability easily, the condition that the product yield descends to can make the tension of board unstable, cause the condition of shutting down, thereby the economic loss that should not appear, and the emergence of this phenomenon can effectually be prevented in the appearance of PET baffle, and the cost is lower, and is easy and simple to handle.

Therefore, it is a significant work to develop a method for preventing the left and right slip film of the PET base film in the unreeling machine with low cost, simple operation and good effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for preventing a PET base film from being slid left and right in an unreeling machine, comprising the steps of: (1) fixing the PET base film on a rotating shaft of an unreeling machine; (2) fixing baffles are arranged on two sides of a rotating shaft of the unreeling machine, and two sides of the base film are tightly attached to the fixing baffles; (3) and (5) starting a power supply to perform PET base film unwinding work.

Preferably, the fixed baffle is a stainless steel plate.

Preferably, the stainless steel plate comprises a fan-shaped plate, an intermediate circular ring plate and a hinge door clamp.

Preferably, the stainless steel plate comprises two fan-shaped plates.

Preferably, the sector plate is a light-weight hollow sector plate.

Example 1

Example 1 provides a method for preventing the left and right slip film of a PET base film in an unreeling machine, comprising the steps of: (1) fixing the PET base film on a rotating shaft of an unreeling machine; (2) fixing baffles are arranged on two sides of a rotating shaft of the unreeling machine, and two sides of the base film are tightly attached to the fixing baffles; (3) and (5) starting a power supply to perform PET base film unwinding work.

The stainless steel plate in the embodiment structurally comprises a sector plate 1, a middle circular plate 2 and a hinge door clamp 3; the stainless steel plate comprises two light hollow sector plates 1; the two light hollow fan-shaped plates 1 are fixedly connected with the middle circular plate 2 through welding, and are symmetrically fixed on the upper side and the lower side of the middle circular plate 2 from top to bottom, and the arc angle of each fan-shaped plate 1 is 110 degrees; the sector plate 1 also comprises three anti-folding plates 5; prevent folded plate 5 and sector plate 1 through welded fastening connection, three prevent folded plate 5 and be located the left and right side line and the middle line at sector plate 1 back respectively, three prevent folded plate 5 and middle ring board 2 through welded fastening connection, and the board plane is mutually perpendicular with sector plate 1's board plane.

The embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: the arc angle of the sector plate is 90 degrees.

Example 3

The embodiment of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: the arc angle of the sector plate is 130 degrees.

Comparative example 1

The embodiment of this comparative example is the same as example 1 except that: the arc angle of the sector plate is 20 degrees.

Comparative example 2

The embodiment of this comparative example is the same as example 1 except that: only one sector plate is fixedly connected by welding.

Comparative example 3

The embodiment of this comparative example is the same as example 1 except that: a stainless steel baffle was placed vertically on only one side.

Comparative example 4

The embodiment of this comparative example is the same as example 1 except that: the back of the sector plate of the stainless steel baffle plate does not comprise a folding-proof plate structure.

Comparative example 5

Specific embodiment of this comparative example: stainless steel baffles are not arranged on two sides of the unreeling machine, and a power supply is directly started to unreel the PET base film.

Evaluation of Performance

1. The product yield is as follows: unwinding of the PET base film was performed by the methods of all examples and comparative examples for 50 working days (400 hours), and the occurrence of slip film on the PET base film was marked as defective, and the product yield was (total production amount-total slip film)/total production amount x 100%. Each example was tested 5 times in comparison and the values were averaged and reported in Table 1.

2. The equipment protection effect is as follows: the production of the brightness enhancement film was carried out by the methods of examples and comparative examples, wherein each working day was carried out for 8 hours without stopping the machine, and the working day (400 hours) was continued for 50 working days, and the protection rate of the equipment (total production time-stop time of the slip film)/total production time x 100%, and the larger the value, the better the protection effect. Each example was tested 5 times in comparison and the values were averaged and reported in Table 1.

Through the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-5, the method for preventing the left and right sliding films of the PET base film in the unreeling machine provided by the invention effectively improves the product yield of the brightness enhancement film, effectively protects equipment, prevents the occurrence of shutdown, effectively avoids production loss, and prolongs the service life of the machine, and the applicant finds that when the arc angle of the sector plate is 110 degrees, the protection function of the baffle reaches 100 percent, when the angle is continuously increased, the protection effect of the baffle cannot be changed, but the material consumption of the baffle is increased to form unnecessary waste, so that 110 degrees is the optimal arc angle of the baffle sector plate; the prepared stainless steel baffle is suitable for popularization in the photoelectric field, and has wide development prospect. Wherein, the best performance index is obtained in the example 1 under the factors of the optimal placing method of the stainless steel plate, the arc angle of the sector plate and the like.
