Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lock body back locking, in particular to a back locking device. The invention also relates to an intelligent lock comprising the counter-locking device.

Background

Along with the user constantly raises the demand of security performance, people are more and more high to the requirement of lock body, especially intelligent lock, and traditional lock body passes through the motor and drives square shaft gear revolve, and square shaft gear drives the rack motion, and then the rack drives the lock core locking or opens.

However, for families with children, if the children curiously and carelessly open the door lock due to the age of the children, the children may go out of the door alone or lawless persons may enter the house while the door is still in the machine, and the consequences are serious, so that the use safety of the lock body is reduced.

Therefore, how to improve the use safety of the lock body is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a back locking device to improve the use safety of a lock body. Another object of the present invention is to provide an intelligent lock including the above-mentioned counter-locking device.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an anti-lock apparatus, comprising:

the anti-locking switch assembly comprises an anti-locking panel, an anti-locking piece and a connecting arm, wherein two ends of the connecting arm are respectively and rotatably connected with the anti-locking panel and the anti-locking piece, the anti-locking piece comprises a limiting column, and a shifting button is arranged on the anti-locking panel;

the panel bracket is provided with a sliding groove for the shifting button to slide, and the sliding end of the shifting button extends to the outer side of the panel bracket;

the rack connecting plate is provided with a limiting hole, and when the limiting column extends into the limiting hole to limit the movement of the rack connecting plate, the shifting button is positioned in the locking position; when the limiting column is positioned on the outer side of the limiting hole, the toggle button is positioned in an open position.

Detailed Description

The key point of the invention is to provide a back locking device to improve the use safety of the lock body. The other core of the invention is to provide an intelligent lock comprising the anti-locking device.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

In a specific embodiment, the counter-locking device provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a counter-locking switch assembly 3, a panel bracket 1 and a rack connecting plate 5, the counter-locking switch assembly 3 includes a counter-locking panel 30, a counter-locking member 34 and a connecting arm 31, two ends of the connecting arm 31 are rotatably connected to the counter-locking panel 30 and the counter-locking member 34, the counter-locking member 34 includes a limiting column 342, and the counter-locking panel 30 is provided with a toggle button 301. Be equipped with on panel support 1 and supply to dial gliding spout 103 of button 301, the sliding end of dialling button 301 extends the panel support 1 outside outward, and the user drives the anti-panel 30 of locking and slides through dialling button 301, dials button 301 and slides in spout 103. Preferably, the guide sliding groove is two semi-cylindrical guide grooves 104 arranged oppositely, two ends of the guide post 343 are provided with a first rotating shaft extending to the outside of the guide sliding groove and used for being hinged with the connecting arm 31, and the guide post 343 and the limit post 342 are coaxially arranged in a cylindrical structure.

In order to facilitate arrangement of the components and reduce occupied volume, preferably, the movement direction of the limiting column 342 is approximately perpendicular to the movement direction of the toggle 301, and the movement direction of the toggle 301 is parallel to the movement direction of the rack connecting plate 5. Specifically, the movement direction of the limiting column 342 is perpendicular to the movement direction of the toggle button 301, and the back locking panel 30, the connecting arm 31 and the back locking member 34 form a three-bar linkage.

In order to improve the connection stability, it is preferable that both ends of the connection arm 31 are mounted on the back lock panel 30 and the stopper by means of a snap spring. Specifically, the first opening 321 of the first latch spring 32 is engaged with the second latch slot 304 of the back lock panel 30. The second opening 331 of the second latch spring 33 is engaged with the first latch groove 344 of the latch member 34 to prevent the connecting arm 31 from falling off.

On the basis of the above scheme, preferably, the counter lock device further includes an elastic limiting member 7 installed on the panel bracket 1, a V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 is arranged on the elastic limiting member 7, a V-shaped limiting protrusion 302 matched with the elastic limiting member 7 is arranged on the counter lock panel 30, when the toggle button 301 is located at the open position, a first outer side surface of the V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 abuts against a first outer side surface of the V-shaped limiting protrusion 302; when the knob 301 is located at the locking position, the second outer side surface of the V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 abuts against the second outer side surface of the V-shaped limiting protrusion 302. Wherein the first outer side face and the second outer side face are two side faces which are arranged oppositely. The V-shaped elastic clamp 703 and the V-shaped limiting protrusion 302 may be both protrusion structures. The elastic limiting member 7 may be an elastic steel sheet structure. The V-shaped limiting protrusion 302 can deform under the extrusion, so that the V-shaped limiting protrusion 302 crosses different side surfaces of the V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 and the V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 to abut against each other, and the position limitation of a locking position and an opening position is realized.

As shown in fig. 2, the first mounting hole 701 and the second mounting hole 702 at two ends of the elastic limiting member 7 are respectively mounted on the first positioning column 101 and the second positioning column 102 of the panel bracket 1. The specific working principle is as follows:

the back locking state: as shown in fig. 6, one side of the V-shaped limiting protrusion 302 of the back locking panel 30 contacts one side of the V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 of the elastic limiting piece 7, the back locking piece 34 is in the ejection state, and the limiting column 342 of the back locking piece 34 is inserted into the limiting hole 502 of the rack connecting plate 5. In this state, the vertical translational motion of the rack is limited, so that the square shaft gear cannot rotate, and the state of locking is achieved.

Unlocking state: as shown in fig. 6, the unlocking state shown in fig. 7 can be achieved by dialing the dial button 301 of the back-locking panel 30 according to the arrow direction, at this time, the other side of the V-shaped limiting protrusion 302 of the back-locking panel 30 contacts with the other side of the V-shaped elastic clamping piece 703 of the elastic limiting piece 7, at this time, the back-locking piece 34 is in the contracted state, and the limiting column 342 of the back-locking piece 34 is disengaged from the limiting hole 502 of the rack connecting plate 5. In this state, the rack can move up and down, so that the square-axis toothed gear 6 can also rotate, and an unlocked state is achieved. The unlocking state of fig. 6 can be achieved by waving the knob 301 of the unlocking switch assembly 3 in the direction of the arrow in the unlocking state of fig. 7.

In one embodiment, the panel bracket 1 has an outer surface and the side of the sliding groove 103 is provided with an open position and a locking position. The specific locking position and the specific unlocking position can be respectively a child lock locking position and a child lock unlocking position, and through setting the locking position mark, a user can know whether the child lock is in the locking position or not according to the position of the toggle 301.

In order to reduce the overall thickness of the door lock, it is preferable that the panel bracket 1 is provided with a relief hole for the movement of the connecting arm 31.

In view of stability of the driving connection, it is preferable that the connecting arms 31 are two, and the two connecting arms 31 are symmetrically distributed on opposite sides of the back-locking panel 30.

The application provides a pair of intelligence lock, including the rack, drive rack pivoted square shaft gear and anti-locking device, wherein anti-locking device is any kind of above-mentioned anti-locking device. The first teeth 501 of the rack 5 are matched with the second teeth 601 of the square shaft gear 6, the rack translates, and the gear rotates. And a rack connecting plate 5 of the back locking device is fixedly connected with the rack. The above description relates to a specific structure of the back locking device, and the present application includes the above back locking device, and also has the above technical effects.

For the convenience of assembly, the rack connecting plate 5 and the rack are preferably in an integrally formed structure.
