A dust cover 18 is connected to the operation opening 17, a hinge portion 26 is fixed on the dust cover 18, a hinge seat 24 is fixed on the first connecting shell 4, a hinge rod 25 is fixedly connected to the hinge seat 24, and the hinge portion 26 is rotatably connected with the hinge rod 25. The hinge rod 25 is sleeved with a torsion spring 19, one end of the torsion spring 19 is connected with the dust cover 18, and the other end of the torsion spring 19 is connected with the first connecting shell 4. The dust cover 18 can cover the opening of the operation opening 17, thereby preventing dust from entering the cavity and attaching to the locking device, which would cause blockage when the locking device is operated.

Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in order to connect the first connecting shell 4 and the second connecting shell 5 more firmly, a magnetic attraction member 20 is fixed in the sleeve 7, and the magnetic attraction member 20 is a strong magnet.
