Background

Automobile leather is a main high-grade decorative material of automobiles. As a high-quality, high-performance, high-technology automotive interior material, automotive leather needs to achieve perfect unification of the aesthetic concept of appearance and the requirement of interior quality of people. in the pre-coating process, 5-10 wt% of high-performance pigment paste is added into the pre-coating paint, in the roller prime coating process, 4-6 wt% of high-performance pigment paste is added into the prime coating paint, in the color layer spraying process, 5-10 wt% of high-performance pigment paste is added into the color layer paint, and in the top layer spraying process, 3-6 wt% of high-performance pigment paste is added into the top layer paint. In the comparison test with the common leather product under the same condition, as can be seen from the data in table 2, the surface temperature of the leather is far lower than the test value of the common leather product, and through the test under the same experimental environment, temperature, time and the like, the surface temperature of the high-performance low-temperature leather is 15-20 ℃ lower than that of the common leather, and the higher the test environment temperature is, the larger the difference of the comparison data is. The prominent effect makes up the blank of the low-temperature cow leather for the automotive interior in the current market, effectively reduces the temperature in the automobile when the temperature in the automobile is higher under the outdoor high-temperature condition in summer, and improves the comfort of drivers and passengers in the automobile.

The leather products prepared by the embodiments have soft, full and elastic hand feeling, compact leather body, flat and fine grain surface and bright color, and all the properties meet the physical and chemical property indexes in the table 3.
