Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ring spinning frames, in particular to a drafting mechanism convenient to adjust and a ring spinning frame thereof.

Background

A ring spinning frame, which realizes twisting and winding by a spindle, a ring and a traveller; consists of feeding, drafting, twisting and winding mechanisms and the like. The roving is fed through a guide bar driven by a traversing device to a drafting mechanism consisting of several pairs of rollers, generally of the double-ring type. The roller gauge and the length of the cradle can be adjusted according to the length of the fiber; the upper leather collar pin is mostly a spring swing pin, the lower leather collar pin is a curved long pin, and the jaw spacing of the upper leather collar pin and the lower leather collar pin is positioned by a spacing block. The spring or the pneumatic cradle is adopted for pressurizing, an additional friction force field is generated for drafting strands, and the fiber movement is effectively controlled.

The drafting mechanism is mainly used for drafting rough yarns, and because the drafting force of different fiber strands is different, the ring spinning frame is also distinguished according to the difference of drafting ranges, the cost of ring spinning is increased to a certain extent, and the traditional drafting mechanism adopts a connecting structure such as a tension rod or a retainer, so that the drafting of apron drafting is difficult to adjust, and the application range of the drafting mechanism is limited. For this purpose, a new drafting mechanism is proposed to improve the existing problems.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a drafting mechanism which is easy to adjust, and the purpose of the invention is how to improve the drafting application range of the existing drafting mechanism.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a draft mechanism including a pair of middle rollers 100 is provided for a first embodiment of the present invention to facilitate adjustment.

The middle roller pair 100 is disposed in a middle main drafting zone of the drafting mechanism, that is, between the front roller and the rear roller, and performs a predetermined pressure drafting on the drafting yarn S passing through the drafting mechanism. Specifically, the middle roller 100 includes a middle upper roller 101 and a middle lower roller 102, which are respectively arranged at two sides of the drafting yarn; the draft yarn S is sandwiched and covered between the middle upper roller 101 and the middle lower roller 102, and the middle upper roller 101 and the middle lower roller 102 are relatively rotated in synchronization, so that the draft yarn S is linearly output from between the middle roller pair 100 after being pressure-drafted.

Further, the main body structures of the middle upper roller 101 and the middle lower roller 102 are the same, and the middle upper roller and the middle lower roller rotate in a matching mode; the middle upper roller 101 includes an upper draft roller set 101a and an upper draft apron 101b covering the outer roller surface of the upper draft roller set 101a, and the middle lower roller 101 includes a lower draft roller set 102a and a lower draft apron 102b covering the outer roller surface of the lower draft roller set 102 a. The middle roller pair 100 includes an upper draft roller group 101a and a lower draft roller group 102a, and the main structures of the two are similar, and the structure of the lower draft roller group 102a will not be described again by taking the structure of the upper draft roller group 101a as an example. Specifically, the upper drafting roller group 101a comprises a driving drafting roller 101a-1, a driven drafting roller 101a-2, a regulating drafting roller 101a-3 and a supporting regulating frame 101a-4 which is connected with the driving drafting roller 101a-1, the driven drafting roller 101a-2 and the regulating drafting roller 101 a-3.

The diameters of the rollers of the driving drafting roller 101a-1, the driven drafting roller 101a-2 and the adjusting drafting roller 101a-3 are reduced in sequence.

The driving drafting roller 101a-1, the driven drafting roller 101a-2 and the adjusting drafting roller 101a-3 are supported and adjusted through a supporting and adjusting frame 101a-4 in the middle, the diameters of the rollers of the three drafting rollers are different, and the rollers are supported through the supporting and adjusting frame 101a-4 and distributed in a triangular shape. The connection side of the driving draft roller 101a-1 and the driven draft roller 101a-2 is a draft side, and the side having the adjusting draft roller 101a-3 is an adjusting side.

The supporting and adjusting frame 101d-4 comprises a supporting sleeve 101d-41, a tensioning spring 101d-42, a first supporting rod 101d-43 and a second supporting rod 101 d-44; one end of a supporting sleeve 101d-41 is rotatably sleeved in the middle of a roll shaft of the driving drafting roll 101a-1, the inner cavity of the supporting sleeve is hollow and is provided with a limiting cavity M, and a tensioning spring 101d-42 is arranged in the limiting cavity M; one end of the first supporting rod 101d-43 extends into the limit cavity M and is contacted with the end part of the tension spring 101d-42, and the other end extends outside the supporting sleeve 101d-41 and is rotatably sleeved in the middle of a roller shaft of the driven drafting roller 101 a-2; one end of the second support rod 101d-44 is hinged on the outer side wall of the support sleeve 101d-41, and the other end is rotatably sleeved in the middle of the roller shaft of the adjustable draft roller 101 a-3.

The outer side wall of the support sleeve 101d-41 is provided with a limiting groove K, and clamping grooves K1 are uniformly distributed in the limiting groove K.

The side wall of the second support rod 101d-44 is hinged with an adjusting support rod T, and the free end of the adjusting support rod T can be matched and clamped in the clamping groove K1.

The supporting and adjusting frame 101d-4 is a connecting part of three drafting rollers, one end of a supporting sleeve 101d-41 is sleeved in the middle of a roller shaft of the driving drafting roller 101a-1, the other end of the supporting sleeve is connected with a first supporting rod 101d-43, specifically, the inner cavity of the supporting sleeve 101d-41 is hollow to form a limiting cavity M, one end of the first supporting rod 101d-43 extends into the limiting cavity M and is contacted with the end part of a tensioning spring 101d-42 arranged in the limiting cavity M, and the other end of the first supporting rod is used for connecting a driven drafting roller 101 a-2; the tension springs 101d-42 are used for adjusting the length of the other ends of the first supporting rods 101d-43 extending out of the supporting sleeves 101d-41 and further used for adjusting the length of the drafting apron on the drafting side. The second support rods 101d-44 are hinged on the side walls of the tube bodies of the support sleeves 101d-31 and are used for connecting the adjustable drafting rollers 101 a-3.

The angle control of the second supporting rod 101d-44 is realized by an adjusting supporting rod T hinged on the side wall of the second supporting rod, and the free end of the adjusting supporting rod T is matched and inserted in a clamping groove K1 in a limiting groove K on the outer side wall of the supporting sleeve 101d-41, so that the angle control device is used for supporting the rod body of the second supporting rod 101d-44 and adjusting the supporting angle of the supporting rod 101 d-44. It should be noted that, the card slot K1 evenly distributed has the multiunit, and the free end of adjusting branch T can the joint in arbitrary card slot K1. Specifically, in the draft mechanism, generally, the middle top roller 101, the front top roller 201, and the rear top roller 301, which are the upper half portions of the middle roller pair 100, the front roller pair 200, and the rear roller pair 300, are integrally connected to each other by a pressurizing rocker arm, and the middle bottom roller 102, the front bottom roller 202, and the rear bottom roller 302 are connected to a driving device by a pressurizing rocker arm, and the pressurizing rocker arm is connected to the upper side of the driven bottom roller in a matching manner, thereby realizing the entire draft driving.

Before use, the draft force of the draft mechanism is adjusted according to the draft requirement of the draft yarn S. Specifically, during adjustment, (the adjustment change of the middle upper drafting roller 101 is taken as an example for explanation) the free end of the adjusting support rod T is shifted to be clamped in the corresponding clamping groove K1 in the limiting groove K, so that the second support rods 101d-44 are kept supported (or put down). The overall length of the upper drafting apron 101b is kept unchanged, so when the adjustable drafting rollers 101a-3 are supported up (or down) by the second supporting rods 101d-44, the radial triangular shape of the upper drafting roller 101 changes, the height thereof increases, the bottom edge thereof decreases (or the height thereof decreases, the bottom edge thereof increases), that is, the connecting end of the first supporting rod 101d-43 is pressed by the upper drafting apron 101b to contract towards the limiting cavity M, and the tension spring 101d-42 is pressed (or the connecting end of the first supporting rod 101d-43 extends towards the supporting sleeve 101d-41 under the elastic force of the tension spring 101d-42), so as to adjust the drawable length of the middle roller pair 100. Example 3

Referring to fig. 7, a ring spinning frame is provided as a third embodiment of the present invention, and the ring spinning frame is provided with the adjustable drafting mechanism of the above embodiments 1 and 2.

Compared with the embodiment 2, further, the drafting mechanism is arranged and adjusted according to the structure of the above embodiment to adapt to the drafting requirement of the yarn to be drafted. The roving C is wound on a roving roller, the free end of the roving C is led out through a yarn guide rod and led in from a bell mouth at the input end of a drafting mechanism, the roving C is conveyed to a drafting area at the middle part in the drafting mechanism by a rear roller pair 300, the middle roller pair 100 is guided by the drafting of an upper drafting leather collar 101b and a lower drafting leather collar 102b and then output through a front roller pair 200 to be a drafting yarn S with a certain width, the drafting yarn S is contracted in width by a collector in a triangular area, and under the action of a yarn guide D, the spindle, a steel collar and a steel wire ring realize twisting to form spun yarn and wind the spun yarn on a winding roller.
