A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:

amniotic fluid of non-human animals and/or extracts thereof, and

optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier;

wherein the amniotic fluid is derived from an egg with an embryo age of 5-12 days, preferably an egg with an embryo age of 6-11 days, more preferably an egg with an embryo age of 7-9 days, more preferably an egg with an embryo age of 7-8 days, or an egg from a bird other than a chicken whose development period corresponds to the development period in which the embryo-aged egg is present; or an embryo from a rodent with a gestational age of 8-20 days, preferably 8-14 days, or an embryo from a non-human mammal other than a rodent whose developmental stage corresponds to that of a rodent with a gestational age of 8-20 days, preferably 8-14 days.

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a cryopreserved amniotic fluid and/or an extract thereof, or is a lyophilized reagent of the amniotic fluid and/or the extract thereof.

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is an infusion solution.

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is free of or contains normal saline for injection, water for injection, or glucose injection solution.

The pharmaceutical composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the amniotic fluid is from hen eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs or a combination thereof; or

The amniotic fluid is from a rodent that is pregnant for 10-14 days.

The pharmaceutical composition of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the extract is not bound to an ion exchange column at a pH of between 5.8 and 8.0 and comprises components having molecular weights in the range of 500 and 1200 daltons.

Application of amniotic fluid and/or its extract in preparing medicine for treating tissue necrosis caused by ischemia and anoxia, or in preparing medicine for improving cardiac function;

wherein the amniotic fluid is derived from an egg with an embryo age of 5-12 days, preferably an egg with an embryo age of 6-11 days, more preferably an egg with an embryo age of 7-9 days, more preferably an egg with an embryo age of 7-8 days, or an egg from a bird other than a chicken whose development period corresponds to the development period in which the embryo-aged egg is present; or an embryo from a rodent with a gestational age of 8-20 days, preferably 8-14 days, or an embryo from a non-human mammal other than a rodent whose developmental stage corresponds to that of a rodent with a gestational age of 8-20 days, preferably 8-14 days.

The use according to claim 7, wherein the medicament is for the treatment of myocardial ischemic necrosis, such as myocardial infarction; or the medicament is used for improving heart failure such as senile cardiac hypofunction or cardiac insufficiency.

The use according to any one of claims 7 to 8,

the amniotic fluid is from hen eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs or a combination thereof; or

The amniotic fluid is from a rodent that is pregnant for 10-14 days.

The use according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the extract is not bound to an ion exchange column at a ph between 5.8 and 8.0 and comprises components having molecular weights in the range of 500 and 1200 daltons.
