Specifically, the painting assembly 16 includes a painting frame 161, a seventh lead screw sliding table 162, a third cylinder 163, a U-shaped frame 164, a plurality of painting cylinders 165 and a plurality of painting heads 166, the painting frame 161 is vertically disposed on the top of the workbench 10, the seventh lead screw sliding table 162 is horizontally disposed on the top end of the painting frame 161, the third cylinder 163 is vertically disposed on the moving end of the seventh lead screw sliding table 162, the U-shaped frame 164 is fixedly connected with the output end of the third cylinder 163, the plurality of painting cylinders 165 are equidistantly disposed in the U-shaped frame 164, and the plurality of painting heads 166 are respectively disposed at the bottoms of the plurality of painting cylinders 165; work through third cylinder 163 drives U type frame 164 and moves down, and U type frame 164 drives a plurality of point lacquer head 166 and moves down, and seventh lead screw slip table 162 work drives a plurality of point lacquer head 166 horizontal migration simultaneously, makes things convenient for a plurality of point lacquer heads 166 to the different colours of work piece and the automatic point lacquer of fibre.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the invention works, the driving gear 5 is driven to rotate by the operation of the first driving motor 4, the driving gear 5 drives the driven gear 6 to rotate, the driven gear 6 drives the rotating shaft 2 and the rotating disk 3 to rotate, the rotating disk 3 drives one of the workpiece positioning assemblies 18 to sequentially pass through the feeding assembly 7, the drilling assembly 8 and the fiber installation assembly 9, when the workpiece positioning assembly 7 passes through the feeding assembly 7, the feeding assembly 7 works to clamp the workpiece between the first arc-shaped clamping plate 182 and the second arc-shaped clamping plate 185 in the workpiece positioning assembly 18, then the first electric push rod 186 works to drive the second arc-shaped clamping plate 185 to move close to the first arc-shaped clamping plate 182, the first arc-shaped clamping plate 182 and the second arc-shaped clamping plate 185 clamp and limit the workpiece, when the workpiece positioning assembly 8 passes through, the drilling assembly 8 works to automatically drill the workpiece, when the fiber installation assembly 9 works to install fibers into a hole, then the rotating disc 3 continues to rotate, the rotating disc 3 drives the workpiece positioning assembly 18 to rotate to the position of a first manipulator 12, then the first manipulator 12 works to clamp a workpiece and places the workpiece in the workpiece moving assembly 14, then the workpiece moving assembly 14 works to drive the workpiece to sequentially pass through the polishing assembly 15 and the painting assembly 16, when the workpiece passes through the polishing assembly 15, one rotating assembly 17 works to drive the workpiece to rotate, the polishing assembly 15 polishes the workpiece while the workpiece rotates, the workpiece is polished into an ellipsoid, when the workpiece passes through the painting assembly 16, the other rotating assembly 17 works to drive the workpiece to rotate, the painting assembly 16 automatically paints with different colors while the workpiece rotates, finally, the workpiece moving assembly 14 continues to work to drive the machined workpiece to move to the position of a second manipulator 13, and the second manipulator 13 works to clamp the machined finished product into a finished product box 11, through the steps, the full-automatic production of the buoy is realized, the manual processing of the buoy is not needed, and the production efficiency is improved.
