具体实施方式

为了使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明，下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明。

如图1-3所示，本发明的一种便于移动的大型钢结构用表面喷涂装置，喷漆箱1顶部四个角落连接有万向轮2，喷漆箱1铰接有箱门3，喷漆箱1设有安装腔4，安装腔4连接有丝杆5，丝杆5的两侧连接有轴承，轴承安装在喷漆箱1内，丝杆5连接有伺服电机6，伺服电机6安装在喷漆箱1的一侧，丝杆5连接有螺母7，螺母7连接有螺母安装套8，螺母安装套8的上下两侧连接有连杆9，连杆9连接有连接座10，连接座10连接有移动柱11，移动柱11连接有滑块12，滑块12设有滑孔，滑孔连接有导向柱13，导向柱13安装在喷漆箱1内，滑块12连接有压力座14，压力座14的输出端连接有喷头15，喷漆箱1顶部连接有原料箱16，原料箱16的输出端与压力座14相连接，喷漆箱1内部上下两侧连接有电动推杆17，电动推杆17的动力输出端连接有安装板18，安装板18设有长条形导向槽19，喷头15安装在长条形导向槽19内，安装板18的两侧连接有按压柱20，按压柱20连接有按压块21。

使用时，将需要喷涂的钢结构件放置在按压块21，通孔控制推杆17，使推杆17推动安装板18，安装板18推动按压柱20，按压柱20推动按压块21，使上下两侧的按压块21向中间移动，使得上下两侧的按压块21对钢结构件进行挤压固定，通过控制压力座14将原料箱16内的原料导入到喷头15内，通过压力座14使喷头15喷出原料，然后通过控制伺服电机6，使伺服电机6带动丝杆5转动，丝杆5带动螺母7，螺母7带动螺母安装套8，螺母安装套8带动上下两侧的连杆9，连杆9带动连接座10，连接座10带动移动柱11，移动柱11带动滑块12在导向柱13上进行移动，使得滑块12带动压力座14，压力座14带动喷头15在钢结构件上进行左右的喷涂。

优选箱门3镶嵌有观察窗22，箱门3的一侧连接有把手23。这样的结构设计便于打开箱门3，和在关上箱门3时通过观察窗22观察内部的工作情况。

优选喷漆箱1两侧连接有侧耳24，侧耳24设有螺纹孔，螺纹孔连接有螺纹杆25，螺纹杆25顶部连接有扭动块26，螺纹杆25下侧连接有站脚27。这样的结构设计使得支撑更稳定，并且出现倾斜时能够调节水平。

优选伺服电机6表面连接有散热保护套。这样的结构设计对伺服电机6起到保护作用。

优选按压块21的按压面连接有橡胶垫。这样的结构设计防止按压力过大在钢结构件上留下印痕。
