1. A paper fetching module with adjustable driving force is characterized by comprising:

a paper feeding channel;

the paper taking wheel is arranged in the paper feeding channel to feed paper;

the actuating component is connected with the paper taking wheel so as to change the positive force between the paper taking wheel and the paper;

the paper separating wheel set is arranged in the paper feeding channel and is positioned at the downstream of the paper taking wheel; and

and the driving force measuring unit comprises a first speed measuring wheel arranged on the upstream of the separating wheel set and a second speed measuring wheel arranged on the downstream of the separating wheel set, and the driving force applied to the paper by the paper taking wheel is judged according to the paper feeding speeds measured by the first speed measuring wheel and the second speed measuring wheel.

The adjustable drive power paper-fetching module of claim 1, wherein the actuation assembly comprises: the paper taking swing arm is pivoted above the paper feeding channel and comprises a pivoting end and a free end connected with the paper taking wheel; the electromagnetic valve comprises a fixed end and an actuating end connected with the paper taking swing arm; the paper taking swing arm is close to the paper under the action of the electromagnetic valve, and the positive force between the paper taking wheel and the paper is further increased.

The adjustable driving force paper-fetching module of claim 2, wherein the actuating assembly further comprises a return spring, one end of the return spring is fixed, and the other end of the return spring is connected with the paper-fetching swing arm; through the action of the return spring, the paper taking swing arm is far away from paper, and further the positive force between the paper taking wheel and the paper is reduced.

4. A method for adjusting driving force of a paper taking module is characterized by comprising the following steps:

applying a driving force of a default magnitude to the paper by a paper taking wheel to feed the paper through a paper separating wheel set;

acquiring a default paper feeding speed V0 of the paper taking wheel;

measuring a moving speed V1 of the paper before being woven by the paper dividing wheel and a speed V2 of the paper after being woven by the paper dividing wheel;

when the speed V0 is greater than the speed V1, the driving force of the paper taking wheel to the paper is increased;

when the speed V1 is greater than the speed V2, the driving force of the pickup to the paper is reduced.

5. The method of adjusting a driving force of a paper pick-up module according to claim 4, wherein the step of increasing the driving force comprises increasing a positive force of the paper pick-up wheel on the paper; and the step of reducing the driving force comprises reducing the positive force of the pickup wheel on the paper.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to a paper-fetching module, and more particularly, to a paper-fetching module with adjustable driving force and a method for adjusting the driving force.

Background

Referring to fig. 4, in order to sequentially take out a single sheet from the paper feeding tray and feed the sheet through the paper feeding path, a general paper taking module includes a paper taking wheel 30 ' disposed at the paper feeding tray and a separating wheel set 40 ' disposed downstream of the paper taking wheel 30 '. The paper-taking wheel 30' applies a driving force to the paper to be fed, the driving force is greater than the friction force between the paper to be fed and the rest of the paper, so that the paper to be fed is separated from the rest of the paper and advances towards the downstream direction of the paper-feeding channel.

However, if the paper-taking wheel 30 ' cannot guarantee that only one sheet of paper to be fed is taken and sent at a time, a separating wheel set 40 ' is arranged downstream of the paper-taking wheel 30 ', the separating wheel set 40 ' comprises a driving wheel 41 ' and a resistance wheel 42 ', wherein the driving force applied to the paper by the driving wheel 41 ' is greater than the resistance applied to the paper by the resistance wheel 42 ', so that the normally fed paper is fed through the separating wheel set 40 ' under the driving of the driving wheel 41 ', and the repeatedly fed paper is blocked by the resistance wheel 42 '. Therefore, the paper taking module can ensure the correctness of the paper feeding process only by perfectly matching the driving force and the resistance, and paper feeding errors can occur when the driving force is too large or too small. However, it is practically difficult to feed various kinds of paper sheets with a common set value because of different kinds or thicknesses of paper sheets. If the driving force set by the paper-taking wheel 30' is too small, the paper to be fed cannot be fed smoothly and stays in the paper-feeding tray. On the contrary, if the driving force is set to be too large, when the fed paper passes through the separating wheel set 40 ', too large friction force is generated between the repeatedly fed paper and the paper to be fed, so that the repeatedly fed paper is forcibly fed through the separating wheel set 40 ' together, or the thinner paper is creased due to the pushing of the separating wheel set 40 '.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a paper-fetching module, and more particularly, to a paper-fetching module capable of automatically adjusting a driving force according to a paper state and a method for adjusting the driving force.

To achieve the above object, the paper-fetching module with adjustable driving force of the present invention comprises a paper-feeding channel, a paper-fetching wheel, an actuating assembly, a tension wheel set and a driving force measuring unit. A paper taking wheel is arranged in the paper feeding channel to feed paper; the actuating component is connected with the paper taking wheel so as to change the positive force between the paper taking wheel and the paper; a group of paper-feeding wheels is arranged in the paper-feeding channel and is positioned at the downstream of the paper-taking wheel; the driving force measuring unit comprises a first speed measuring wheel arranged on the upstream of the separating wheel set and a second speed measuring wheel arranged on the downstream of the separating wheel set, and the driving force applied to the paper by the paper taking wheel is judged according to the paper feeding speed measured by the first speed measuring wheel and the second speed measuring wheel.

In a preferred embodiment, the actuating assembly includes a paper pick-up swing arm and a solenoid valve. The paper taking swing arm is pivoted above the paper feeding channel and comprises a pivoting end and a free end connected with the paper taking wheel; the electromagnetic valve comprises a fixed end and an actuating end connected with the paper taking swing arm; the paper taking swing arm is close to the paper under the action of the electromagnetic valve, and the positive force between the paper taking wheel and the paper is further increased.

In a preferred embodiment, the actuating assembly further comprises a return spring, one end of the return spring is fixed, and the other end of the return spring is connected with the paper taking swing arm; through the action of the return spring, the paper taking swing arm is far away from paper, and further the positive force between the paper taking wheel and the paper is reduced.

A method for adjusting driving force of a paper taking module comprises the following steps: applying a driving force of a default magnitude to the paper by a paper taking wheel to feed the paper through a paper separating wheel set; acquiring a default paper feeding speed V0 of the paper taking wheel; measuring a moving speed V1 of the paper before being woven by the paper dividing wheel and a speed V2 of the paper after being woven by the paper dividing wheel; when the speed V0 is greater than the speed V1, the driving force of the paper taking wheel to the paper is increased; when the speed V1 is greater than the speed V2, the driving force of the pickup to the paper is reduced.

In a preferred embodiment, the step of increasing the driving force comprises increasing the positive force of the pickup wheel on the paper; and the step of reducing the driving force comprises reducing the positive force of the pickup wheel on the paper.

The paper taking module has the advantages that the paper taking module measures the feeding speed of the paper through the first speed measuring wheel and the second speed measuring wheel which are arranged on the upper stream and the lower stream of the separating wheel set, so that the feeding state of the paper is judged, and the driving force for the paper is automatically adjusted according to different feeding states of the paper.

Detailed Description

To explain technical contents, structural features, objects and technical effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the paper fetching module 10 with adjustable driving force of the present invention includes a paper feeding channel 11; a paper taking wheel 30 disposed in the paper feeding channel 11 for feeding paper; an actuating component 20, wherein the actuating component 20 is connected with the paper taking wheel 30 to change the positive force between the paper taking wheel 30 and the paper; a separating wheel set 40 disposed in the paper feeding path 11 and located downstream of the paper taking wheel 30; and a driving force measuring unit 50, wherein the driving force measuring unit 50 includes a first tachometer wheel 51 disposed upstream of the separating wheel set 40 and a second tachometer wheel 52 disposed downstream of the separating wheel set 40, and determines the driving force applied to the sheet by the pickup wheel 30 according to the sheet feeding speed measured by the first tachometer wheel 51 and the second tachometer wheel 52.

Referring again to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment shown in this figure, the actuating assembly 20 comprises: a paper-fetching swing arm 21, the paper-fetching swing arm 21 is pivoted above the paper feeding channel 11 and includes a pivoting end 21a and a free end 21b connected with the paper-fetching wheel 30; and an electromagnetic valve 22, the electromagnetic valve 22 includes a fixed end 22a and an actuating end 22b connected with the paper taking swing arm 21; the paper taking swing arm 21 is driven to approach the paper by the action of the electromagnetic valve 22, and the positive force between the paper taking wheel 30 and the paper is further increased. Meanwhile, the actuating assembly 20 comprises a return spring 23, one end of the return spring 23 is fixed, and the other end of the return spring is connected with the paper taking swing arm 21; by the action of the return spring 23, the paper taking swing arm 21 is far away from the paper, and the positive force between the paper taking wheel 30 and the paper is further reduced. Through the interaction of the electromagnetic valve 22 and the return spring 23, the actuating assembly 20 of the present invention can adjust the driving force of the paper taking wheel 30 to the paper according to the paper feeding state.

Referring to fig. 3, the flow of adjusting the paper-fetching driving force according to the present invention is as follows: a driving force of a predetermined magnitude is applied to the sheet by a pickup roller 30 to feed the sheet through a separation roller group. And the default paper feeding speed V0 of the paper taking wheel 30 is estimated by the rotating speed of the paper taking wheel 30, and the moving speed of the paper to be fed in the normal feeding state is equal to the default paper feeding speed V0 of the paper taking wheel 30. Then, it is confirmed by the driving force measuring unit 50 whether the sheet is normally fed, and the driving force measuring unit 50 measures a moving speed V1 of the sheet before being organized by the minute wheel by the first speed wheel 51 and a speed V2 of the sheet after being organized by the minute wheel by the second speed wheel 52. When the velocity V0 is greater than the velocity V1, it indicates that the driving force applied to the sheet is insufficient at this time, and therefore the sheet does not move at the default velocity V0 of the pickup wheel 30. In order to ensure that the paper is fed correctly, the electromagnetic valve 22 is controlled to increase the output force, and the paper taking swing arm 21 approaches the paper under the action of the electromagnetic valve 22, so that the positive force and the driving force of the paper taking wheel 30 to the paper are increased. In contrast, when the velocity V1 is greater than the velocity V2, it indicates that the sheet receives excessive driving force at this time. To avoid the paper from being pushed and crumpled, the solenoid valve 22 is controlled to reduce the force. At this time, the paper taking swing arm 21 is moved away from the paper by the return spring 23, and the forward force and the driving force of the paper taking wheel 30 to the paper are reduced.

In summary, the present invention discloses a paper fetching module 10, which measures the speed of paper feeding passing through by the first and second speed measuring wheels 52 disposed at the upstream and downstream of the separating wheel set 40, further determines the feeding state of the paper, and automatically adjusts the driving force to the paper according to the different feeding states of the paper.
