An embodiment of the present application provides a connection structure, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, where the connection structure 1 includes: the device comprises a first body 11 and a second body 12 which can be connected in a bending way, wherein a connecting part 13 for bending is formed between the first body 11 and the second body 12; the second body 12 has a first catch 121 adjacent to the connection portion 13 and a second catch 122 remote from the connection portion 13, the first body 11 has a first abutment cooperating with the first catch 121 and a second abutment 112 cooperating with the second catch 122; when the second body 12 is fastened to the first body 11, a locking space for fixing the tubular member is formed between the first body 11 and the second body 12. Illustratively, the connection structure shown in FIG. 1 is in an open state and the connection structure shown in FIG. 5 is in a snap-fit state.

Here, the tubular member to be fixed may be a water pipe, a cable, etc., and the present application is not particularly limited thereto.

Here, since the first body 11 and the second body 12 are connected by the bendable connecting portion 13, the second body 12 can be locked on the first body 11 by the first buckle 121 and the first abutting portion and the second buckle 122 and the second abutting portion 112 under the external force, so as to lock the tubular member. Similarly, the second body 12 can be opened by an external force, so that the first catch 121 is disengaged from the first abutting portion and the second catch 122 is disengaged from the second abutting portion 112, thereby unlocking the connection between the second body 12 and the first body 11 to unlock the tubular member. So, can lock or the unblock through the operation of buckling, compare in the one-way locking of current rand locking or pencil ribbon, have the convenience in the operation, and convenient to detach and used repeatedly.

In practical application, because the connection portion 13 is repeatedly bent, the risk of breakage often exists, in this embodiment of the application, because a connection manner of double buckles is adopted, that is, the first buckle 121 is matched with the first abutting portion, and the second buckle 122 is matched with the second abutting portion, even if the connection portion 13 is broken, because the first body 11 and the second body 12 are matched with each other through the first buckle 121 and the first abutting portion and the second buckle 122 is matched with the second abutting portion 112, the connection is reliable, the tubular member can be effectively locked, and the locking failure of the tubular member caused by the breakage of the connection portion 13 can be effectively avoided.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, first clasp 121 includes: a first upright section 1211 and a first fastening section 1212, the first fastening section 1212 extends from the first upright section 1211 in a direction toward the connecting portion 13, and a first stepped portion 1213 is formed between a bottom end surface of the first fastening section 1212 and a side wall surface of the adjacent first upright section 1211. The first abutting portion is a first groove 111 opened in a region of the first body 11 adjacent to the connecting portion 13 for accommodating the first fastening section 1212, and a second step portion 1111 for abutting against the first step portion 1213 is formed at the first groove 111.

When the second body 12 is buckled with the first body 11 under the action of external force, as shown in fig. 7, the first buckling section 1212 extends into the first groove 111, and the first step portion 1213 abuts against the second step portion 1111, that is, when the first buckling section 1212 is tilted up in the first groove 111, the downward pressure applied to the first step portion 1213 by the second step portion 1111 may be applied, so that the effective positioning between the end portion of the first body 11 adjacent to the connection portion 13 and the end portion of the second body 12 adjacent to the connection portion 13 may be realized, the connection failure caused by the fracture of the connection portion 13 may be avoided, and the reliability of the connection may be enhanced.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, second catch 122 comprises: a second upstanding segment 1221 and a second fastening segment 1222, the second fastening segment 1222 extending from the second upstanding segment 1221 in a direction away from the connecting portion 13. The second abutment 112 includes: third upstanding segment 1121 and third fastening segment 1122, where third fastening segment 1122 extends from third upstanding segment 1121 in a direction toward connecting portion 13, and a receiving region 1123 for abutting second fastening segment 1222 is formed between a bottom end face of third fastening segment 1122 and a side wall face of adjacent third upstanding segment 1121.

When the second body 12 is buckled with the first body 11 by an external force, as shown in fig. 7, the second buckling section 1222 is locked in the containing region 1123, so that the end of the second body 12 far away from the connecting portion 13 can be locked by the end of the first body 11 far away from the connecting portion 13.

It can be understood that when the first fastening section 1212 of the second body 12 is locked in the first groove 111 and the second fastening section 1222 of the second body 12 is locked in the receiving region 1123, both ends of the second body 12 are effectively fixed on the first body 11, even if the connecting portion 13 between the first body 11 and the second body 12 is broken, since both ends of the second body 12 are effectively fixed, the locking space formed between the first body 11 and the second body 12 can still effectively lock the tubular member.

In some embodiments, the end of the second fastening segment 1222 forms a first hook 1222B; the end of the third fastening section 1122 forms a second hook 1122A which mates with the first hook 1222B. In this way, when the second fastening segment 1222 is locked in the accommodating area 1123, the connection reliability between the first body 11 and the second body 12 can be further enhanced based on the engagement of the first hook 1222B and the second hook 1122A.

It can be understood that, when the tubular member in the locking space formed between the first body 11 and the second body 12 expands outward under the action of thermal expansion stress, the biting force between the first hook 1222B and the second hook 1122A increases, so that the connection between the first body 11 and the second body 12 is more reliable, and thus, the connection structure 1 can achieve the effect of self-locking the tubular member inside, that is, the tubular member cannot be easily separated from the connection structure 1 under the action of external force or pulling, which is beneficial to ensuring effective locking of the tubular member, and can be applied to a tubular member locking scenario under the influence of external force such as a certain vibration, for example, a water inlet pipe locking scenario of a washing machine, and avoid locking failure of the water inlet pipe due to vibration of a machine case in the links such as dehydration.

In some embodiments, the outer surface of second fastening segment 1222 forms a sloped or radiused transition first guide segment 1222A; the outer surface of the second hook 1122A forms a second guide section that mates with the first guide section 1222A. It can be understood that the engagement of the first hook 1222B with the second hook 1122A is realized by the cooperation of the first guiding segment 1222A with the second guiding segment of the outer surface of the second hook 1122A, which facilitates the easy sliding of the second fastening segment 1222 into the receiving area 1123.

It can be understood that, after the first hook 1222B is engaged with the second hook 1122A, the connecting structure 1 can self-lock the tubular member in the locking space, if the tubular member needs to be unlocked, the second body 12 needs to be pressed down first, so that the first hook 1222B is separated from the second hook 1122A, and then the force is applied along the direction of opening the second body 12, that is, the second body 12 is bent outward at the connecting portion 13. Thus, the locking failure of the connection structure 1 caused by the misoperation of the external force can be avoided, and the locking reliability of the connection structure 1 is further improved.

In some embodiments, the inner wall surface of the first body 11 and the inner wall surface of the second body 12 are both substantially semicircular. Therefore, the outer wall surface of the tubular part can be tightly attached to the inner wall surface of the locking space, and the locking of the tubular part is facilitated.

In some embodiments, the inner wall surface of the first body 11 is provided with an arc-shaped and convex first rib 113 along the circumferential direction; and/or, the inner wall surface of the second body 12 is provided with an arc-shaped and convex second rib 123 along the circumferential direction. Thus, the clamping effect of the inner wall of the locking space facing the tubular part can be enhanced, and the tubular part is prevented from shaking.

Exemplarily, the tubulose piece is washing machine's drain pipe, the drain pipe is the bellows structure, the internal wall of first body 11 is equipped with arc and evagination first protruding muscle 113 along circumference, the internal wall of second body 12 is equipped with arc and evagination second protruding muscle 123 along circumference, when second body 12 lock is on first body 11, first protruding muscle 113 and the cooperation of second protruding muscle 123 have formed annular protruding muscle, this annular protruding muscle can imbed in the ripple line of drain pipe, thereby the clamping action to the drain pipe is strengthened, avoid rocking of drain pipe.

In some embodiments, the connecting portion 13 is provided with a second groove 131 and/or a third groove 132 along the first surface in the bendable direction. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the upper surface of the connecting portion 13 is provided with a second groove 131, and the lower surface of the connecting portion 13 is provided with a third groove 132, so that the thickness of the connecting portion 13 is reduced, and the connecting portion can be bent under an external force, thereby facilitating the state switching between the state that the second body 12 is buckled with the first body 11 or separated from the first body 11.

In some embodiments, the connecting portion 13 is further provided with a reinforcing rib 133 for enhancing the connecting strength, and the reinforcing rib 133 can effectively prevent the connecting portion 13 from being broken. Here, the bead 133 may be disposed at the second groove 131 and/or the third groove 132, and the number of the beads 133 may be one or more, which is not particularly limited in the present application.

In some embodiments, the connection structure 1 further comprises: a positioning seat 14 connected to the first body 11. Here, the positioning socket 14 is intended to be fixed to a mounting platform so that the tubular can be locked to the mounting platform. The positioning seat 14 may be a flat plate, a sheet, a tube, etc., which is not limited in this application.

In some embodiments, the first body 11, the second body 12 and the connecting portion 13 are integrally formed by injection molding or integrally formed by sheet metal.

Here, the first body 11, the second body 12 and the connecting portion 13 may be plastic parts or foam parts integrally formed by injection molding, and may also be sheet metal parts integrally formed by sheet metal, so that the manufacturing process may be simplified, and the reliability of connection may be enhanced. It is understood that the positioning seat 14 can also be integrally formed with the first body 11, the second body 12 and the connecting portion 13.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a washing apparatus, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, including: a base 2 and a connection structure 1 of the embodiment of the present application fixed on the base 2. Here, the base 2 may be a base of a washing machine, the first body 11 of the connection structure 1 is fixed on the base 2 through the positioning seat 14, and a locking space formed when the first body 11 is fastened with the second body 12 is used for locking the drain pipe, so that the drain pipe can be effectively fixed on the base 2.

It should be noted that: the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present application can be arbitrarily combined without conflict.

The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
