Background

The hydraulic pump is a power element and a core element of the pressure system, and therefore has extremely important significance for the design and research of the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic axial plunger pump is mainly composed of a transmission shaft, a shell, a wobble plate (swash plate), a plunger, a cylinder body, a spring, a bearing, a port plate, a rear cover and the like. The angle of the wobble plate (swash plate) is related to the displacement of the pump.

When the cylinder surface of the wobble plate (the swash plate) reciprocates on the sliding or rolling matching piece, the wobble plate is influenced by the gravity of the wobble plate and the gravity of the cylinder body, the plunger piston shoe and the like superposed on the wobble plate, the friction force of the wobble plate during sliding or rolling is increased, the abrasion is intensified, and the service life and the variable precision of the wobble plate are influenced.

Therefore, how to reduce the high stress state of the wobble plate and reduce the abrasion is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a floating support device, an axial plunger pump wobble plate and an axial plunger pump.

In a first aspect, the embodiment of the application provides an axial plunger pump wobble plate, and a floating support device is characterized in that a floating support device (1) comprises a support seat (2), a spring (3) and a steel ball (4); the floating support device (1) is arranged at the bottom end of the swinging plate (5); the swinging plate (5) is provided with a first groove (6) corresponding to the supporting seat (2), and the first groove (6) is used for fixing the supporting seat (2); the floating support device (1) is abutted against the pump body through a steel ball (4).

The variable piston pump is mainly applied to a through-shaft type variable piston pump with an adjustable axial swing disc, and the variable piston pump adopts a semi-cylindrical single-side push-pull structure swing disc, so that when the cylindrical surface of the swing disc reciprocates on a sliding or rolling matching piece, the swing disc is influenced by self gravity and gravity of a cylinder body, a plunger piston shoe pair and the like superposed on the self gravity, the friction force received by the swing disc in a sliding or rolling mode is increased, the abrasion is aggravated, and the service life and the variable precision are influenced.

In an axial plunger pump balance provided in the embodiment of this application, be applied to through-shaft type axial balance adjustable variable piston pump, this kind of variable piston pump adopts half-cylinder type unilateral push-and-pull structure balance, the lower half of balance (5) is half cylinder (8), (or be called half cylinder), the bottom of half cylinder (8) is provided with second recess (9) that are used for fixed support seat (2), floating support device (1) is fixed in the bottom of half cylinder (8) through second recess (9), and it is inconsistent with the pump body through steel ball (4).

For the plunger pump adopting the semi-cylindrical single-side push-pull structure wobble plate, the cylindrical surface (semi-cylindrical surface) of the wobble plate reciprocates on a sliding or rolling matching piece to control the wobble angle and further control the displacement of the pump, and the plunger pump has the advantage of relatively small volume. Because the gravity of devices such as the wobble plate, the cylinder body, the plunger piston shoes and the like is superposed on the semi-cylindrical surface, the friction force applied to the device during sliding or rolling is increased, and the abrasion is intensified, so that the service life of the device is influenced, and the variable precision of the device is also influenced. Therefore, in the embodiment, the floating support device is arranged on the semi-cylindrical surface, and the steel ball supports the wobble plate through the elastic force of the spring, so that when the angle of the wobble plate is changed, the friction coefficient between the bottom end of the wobble plate and the pump body is reduced, the friction force of the wobble plate during swinging is reduced, the abrasion of the wobble plate is reduced, and the service life is prolonged. Meanwhile, the plunger pump to which the floating support device and the axial plunger pump wobble plate provided by the present application can be applied includes, but is not limited to, the plunger pump provided in the present embodiment that employs a wobble plate of a semi-cylindrical single-side push-pull structure.

The embodiment of the application also provides an axial plunger pump, which comprises the axial plunger pump wobble plate, and the pump can be a variable displacement piston pump.

In the axial plunger pump provided by one embodiment of the application, the floating support device (1) can be arranged on the pump body (11) and is abutted against the wobble plate (5) through the steel ball (4). Specifically, the pump body is provided with a third groove (10) for fixing the supporting seat (2), and the floating supporting device (1) is fixed on the pump body through the third groove (10). The working principle is the same as the situation that the floating support device (1) is arranged on the swinging plate.

In addition, the pump body below the swinging plate is generally a flange cover, and the floating support device (1) is arranged on the flange cover, so that the friction between the swinging plate and the flange cover (pump body) can be reduced, and the disassembly and maintenance of the floating support device are facilitated.

According to the floating support device, the axial plunger pump wobble plate and the axial plunger pump provided by the application, the friction coefficient and the friction force between the semi-cylindrical surface and the pump body can be reduced when the cylindrical surface of the wobble plate reciprocates on a sliding or rolling matching piece, so that the wear of the wobble plate is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the floating supporting device is arranged inside the swinging plate or the pump body, so that the swinging plate is more compact integrally and more flexible in swinging.
