Background

The ball valve is mainly used for cutting off, distributing and changing the flowing direction of a medium, and is widely applied to industries such as petroleum refining, long-distance pipelines, chemical industry, papermaking, pharmacy, water conservancy, electric power, municipal administration, steel and the like. The ball valve is communicated or cut off by means of the ball core arranged inside, the communicating hole is arranged on the ball core in a penetrating mode, and sealing rings are arranged at the hole openings at the two ends of the communicating hole of the ball core respectively to guarantee sealing.

Traditional ball valve directly utilizes both ends and pipe connection, receives environmental restriction easily and leads to connecting inconveniently when actual operation, leads to the ball valve can't directly be connected with the pipe fitting because of the material is different moreover. Therefore, a ball valve with a loose joint function appears in the market, a common loose joint mode at present is to abut a joint against one end part of a valve body, then a nut is sleeved on the joint and then directly connected with the end part of the valve body in a threaded manner, the joint is pressed at one end part of the valve body by the nut so that the joint and the valve body cannot be separated, meanwhile, the joint and the valve body can rotate relatively due to the fact that the joint and the valve body are not directly fixed, and sealing is achieved by arranging a sealing gasket between one end part of the valve body and one end face of the joint, for example, the high-sealing single loose joint ball valve disclosed by application number 201420801819.3.

However, such a ball-cock valve also has significant disadvantages: although the nuts are all in a screwing state after connection is completed so as to ensure sealing, in the actual use process, threads at the nuts are inevitably loosened due to pipeline vibration or torsion and the like, so that sealing failure is caused, if the nuts are screwed tightly by using a tool, the rotational resistance of the water outlet joint is large, and the water outlet joint is difficult to rotate in a matching manner when the pipe fitting is twisted; in addition, the nut is exposed outside, and other people can destroy the connection only by unscrewing the nut, so that the safety is not high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, provides a loose joint ball valve and solves the problems of low safety and sealing failure caused by easy looseness of connection.

According to the loose joint ball valve, the sealing element for realizing sealing is utilized to shield the part, close to the opening part of the second part, of the third part, meanwhile, the sealing element is limited by the ball core, and other structures outside the external connection section are all positioned in the valve body, so that the loose joint ball valve is better in integrity, higher in safety and not easy to damage; and the cooperation between water connectors and the valve body is also more firm for the connection of pipe fitting also becomes more firm, can not appear because of the nut is not hard up to cause to connect to drop or sealed the inefficacy.

In the loose joint ball valve, the distance between the sealing element and the annular blocking shoulder is slightly larger than the length of the sealing section, and a third sealing ring is arranged on the periphery of the sealing section.

The distance between the sealing element and the annular blocking shoulder is slightly larger than the length of the sealing section, so that the water outlet connector can axially move in a small range to ensure that the water outlet connector is more flexible when rotating relative to the valve body. And the periphery of the sealing section is provided with a third sealing ring, so that the sealing can be realized between the water outlet joint and the water outlet joint no matter how the water outlet joint moves.

In the above-mentioned loose joint ball valve, the sealing member includes a first sealing ring and a gasket, the gasket abuts against the annular abutting surface, the first sealing ring abuts against the ball core and the gasket respectively to form a seal, and the inner diameter of the gasket is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing section.

After the water outlet joint is placed into the third part, a gasket and a first sealing ring are sequentially placed, and finally the ball core abuts against the first sealing ring to enable the gasket to be pressed on an annular abutting surface, and the first sealing ring abuts against the ball core and the gasket respectively to ensure normal sealing; and the inner diameter of the gasket is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing section, so that the gasket is partially covered on the mouth part of the third part close to the second part, and the gasket is matched with the annular retaining shoulder to axially limit the sealing section.

In the above-mentioned loose joint ball valve, the gasket is made of metal material, and a hard seal is formed between the gasket and the annular abutting surface.

The gasket is made of metal materials, has higher hardness, is not easy to be damaged by continuous impact when the water outlet joint moves, and has firmer structure. Meanwhile, the valve body is made of metal materials, and hard sealing can be formed between the gasket and the annular abutting surface, so that the sealing effect of the loose joint ball valve is further improved.

In the loose joint ball valve, as another technical scheme, the sealing element comprises an annular sealing seat, the annular sealing seat is abutted against the annular abutting surface, the ball core is abutted against the annular sealing seat to form sealing, and the inner diameter of the annular sealing seat is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing section.

In the loose joint ball valve, the outer wall of the sealing section and the outer wall of the external section are connected to form a step which can be matched with the annular retaining shoulder.

In the above-mentioned loose joint ball valve, the periphery of the external section is provided with a plurality of convex rings along the axial direction.

Compared with the prior art, this loose joint ball valve utilizes and realizes that sealed sealing member partially shelters from the oral area that the third part is close to the second portion, and the sealing member utilizes the ball core to carry on spacingly again simultaneously, and all the other structures except that the external section of water swivel all are located the valve body, therefore the wholeness is better, the security is higher, indestructible. And the cooperation between water connectors and the valve body is also more firm for the connection of pipe fitting also becomes more firm, can not appear because of the nut is not hard up to cause to connect to drop or sealed the inefficacy.

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the ball valve includes a valve body 1 with a flow passage 1a arranged along an axial direction in a penetrating manner, the flow passage 1a includes a first portion 1a1, a second portion 1a2 and a third portion 1a3, the inner diameter of the first portion 1a1 is reduced in sequence, a ball core 2 and a sealing member 5 are arranged in the second portion 1a2, a water passing hole 2a is arranged in the ball core 2 along the flow direction of the flow passage 1a in a penetrating manner, an annular abutting surface 1c is connected between the inner wall of the second portion 1a2 and the inner wall of the third portion 1a3, the sealing member 5 is arranged between the ball core 2 and the annular abutting surface 1c to form a seal, and particularly, the sealing member 5 is arranged at an end opening of the water passing hole 2 a. The lateral part of the valve body 1 is provided with a boss 1b, a valve rod 3 which is vertically arranged relative to the flow passage 1a is arranged in the boss 1b in a penetrating way, the lower end of the valve rod 3 is connected with the ball core 2, and the upper end of the valve rod 3 extends out of the valve body 1 and is connected with a handle 4. Furthermore, a second sealing ring 6 is further arranged in the second part 1a2, the second sealing ring 6 is positioned at the orifice at the other end of the water through hole 2a, a clamping ring 7 is arranged in the first part 1a1, and the clamping ring 7 abuts against the second sealing ring 6 to form sealing.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, an annular relief groove 1d is formed at the joint of the first part 1a1 and the second part 1a2, the outer diameter of the collar 7 gradually decreases along the insertion direction, a plurality of notches 7a are formed on the larger outer diameter side of the collar 7, the notches 7a are distributed along the circumferential direction of the collar 7, resilient locking flaps 7b are formed on the collar 7 between two adjacent notches 7a, and the locking flaps 7b are locked in the annular relief groove 1 d. The port part of the smaller outer diameter side of the clamping ring 7 is fixedly connected with a propping piece 8, and the second sealing ring 6 is propped against the ball core 2 and the propping piece 8 respectively to form sealing. In the present embodiment, the side of the abutting sheet 8 facing the second sealing ring 6 is provided with a convex ring 8a, and the convex ring 8a is embedded into the inner side of the second sealing ring 6 and forms a seal with the contact. The outer diameter of the convex ring 8a is gradually reduced from the direction of the second sealing ring 6. The clamping ring 7 and the abutting sheet 8 are of an integrated structure and are formed by cutting and folding a stainless steel sheet.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the loose joint ball valve further includes a water outlet joint 9, the water outlet joint 9 is sequentially placed into the third portion 1a3 through the first portion 1a1 and the second portion 1a2, an annular retaining shoulder 1a31 is disposed at a mouth portion of the third portion 1a3 away from the second portion 1a2, one end of the water outlet joint 9 protrudes out from a center of the annular retaining shoulder 1a31, the sealing member 5 partially shields the mouth portion of the third portion 1a3 close to the second portion 1a2, the water outlet joint 9 includes a sealing section 9a axially limited between the sealing member 5 and the annular retaining shoulder 1a31 and an external section 9b protruding out from a center of the annular retaining shoulder 1a31, a distance between the sealing member 5 and the annular retaining shoulder 1a31 is slightly greater than a length of the sealing section 9a, and a sealing ring three 10 is disposed on an outer periphery of the sealing section 9 a. The outer wall of the sealing section 9a and the outer wall of the external section 9b are connected to form a step 9c which can be matched with the annular retaining shoulder 1a31, and the periphery of the external section 9b is provided with a plurality of convex rings 9b1 along the axial direction.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the sealing element 5 includes a sealing ring-5 aa and a gasket 5b, the gasket 5b abuts against the annular abutting surface 1c, the sealing ring-5 aa abuts against the core 2 and the gasket 5b respectively to form a seal, and the inner diameter of the gasket 5b is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing section 9 a. In the present embodiment, the gasket 5b is made of a metal material, and a hard seal is formed between the gasket 5b and the annular abutting surface 1 c.

Specifically, during assembly, the water outlet joint 9, the gasket 5b, the first seal ring 5a, the ball core 2 and the second seal ring 6 are sequentially placed into the flow channel 1a from the opening of the first part 1a1, wherein the water outlet joint 9 is placed into the third part 1a3 to enable one end of the water outlet joint to penetrate out of the valve body 1 from the center of the annular retaining shoulder 1a31, the gasket 5b abuts against the abutting surface 1c, one side of the ball core 2 presses the first seal ring 5a against the gasket 5b, and the second seal ring 6 abuts against the other side of the ball core 2. And finally, the clamping ring 7 is plugged into the flow channel 1a, each clamping flap 7b on the larger outer diameter side of the clamping ring 7 is firstly extruded and retracted inwards on the inner wall of the flow channel 1a, so that the clamping ring 7 can enter the flow channel 1a, until each clamping flap 7b is reset outwards under the action of self elasticity and clamped into the annular abdicating groove 1d, the clamping ring 7 is fixed in the flow channel 1a, and meanwhile, the abutting piece 8 connected to the clamping ring 7 abuts against the second sealing ring 6 to form sealing. After the assembly is completed, the water outlet joint 9 can rotate 360 degrees around the axis of the water outlet joint relative to the valve body 1, so that the active connection between the pipe connected with the water outlet joint 9 and the valve body 1 is realized, and the loosening or leakage caused by the torsion and the like when the water outlet joint is limited by space or used is avoided.

Example two

The structure and principle of this embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, except that: in this embodiment, the sealing member 5 includes an annular sealing seat, the annular sealing seat abuts against the annular abutting surface 1c, the ball core 2 abuts against the annular sealing seat to form a seal, and the inner diameter of the annular sealing seat is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing section 9 a.
