The self-closing valve is installed on a gas system pipeline, and when the gas supply pressure of the pipeline is under-pressure, overpressure and abnormal flow, the self-closing valve can be automatically closed to ensure the safe use of gas without electricity or other external power.

referring to fig. 1-10, a gas self-closing valve includes a valve body 1 and a valve cover 11, a sealing film 13 is clamped between the valve body 1 and the valve cover 11, an air inlet 2 and an air outlet 3 are respectively disposed at two ends of the valve body 1, a guide post 23 is slidably connected in the air inlet 2, an air inlet cover plate 21 is fixed at one end of the guide post 23, a first tensioning spring 231 is fixed at the other end of the guide post 23, a plurality of air inlets 22 are equally and angularly disposed at the air inlet 2, an air inlet pull rod 24 is slidably sleeved at one end of the guide post 23 away from the guide post 23, a first return spring 243 is fixed between the air inlet pull rod 24 and one side of the guide post 23 opposite to the air inlet pull rod 24, a first self-closing plug 241 is fixed at one end of the air inlet pull rod 24 away from the guide post 23, an air outlet pull rod 31 is slidably connected in the air outlet 3, an air outlet cover plate 32 is fixed at one end of the air outlet pull rod 31 away from the air outlet cover plate 32, a second tensioning spring 33 is fixed at one end of the air outlet pull rod 31, a button 4 is slidably connected on the valve cover 11, a spline guide rod 41 is fixed at the bottom end of the button 4, a base 14 is arranged at the inner bottom of the valve body 1, the bottom end of the spline guide rod 41 penetrates through the sealing film 13 and extends into the base 14, a rotary table 42 is sleeved on the spline guide rod 41, a spline groove 421 matched with the spline guide rod 41 is arranged on the rotary table 42, two arc-shaped pull rods 44 which are rotationally symmetrical are arranged on the circumferential side of the rotary table 42, one end of each arc-shaped pull rod 44 is rotationally connected with the rotary table 42 through a rotating shaft, the other end of each arc-shaped pull rod 44 is rotationally connected with the air inlet pull rod 24/air outlet pull rod 31 through a rotating shaft, and a locking device which enables the spline guide rod 41 to move downwards, lock/move upwards and reset is arranged in the base 14.

Referring to fig. 4, 7 and 10, the locking device includes a stopper 411 equally disposed at the bottom of the spline guide rod 41 at equal angles, the bottom of the spline guide rod 41 is a cylindrical structure, a groove corresponding to the cylindrical structure is disposed on the base 14, a stopper groove 141 matching with the stopper 411 is disposed in the groove, the stopper groove 141 is an L-shaped groove structure, a second return spring 43 is fixed between the spline guide rod 41 and the groove, the second return spring 43 has an elastic force for driving the spline guide rod 41 to move away from the base 14, the spline guide rod 41 is driven by the rotation of the turntable 42 in a locking state through the structural design of the stopper groove 141 of the L-shaped groove structure and the stopper 411 at the bottom of the spline guide rod 41, the stopper 411 is driven to move from the horizontal groove of the stopper groove 141 to the vertical groove, at this time, the spline guide rod 41 moves up along the vertical groove under the elastic force of the second return spring 43 to drive the protrusion of the button 4, for the user suggestion valve self-imposed information, when needing to reset, only need overcome second reset spring 43's elasticity and press button 4, make stopper 411 move down along vertical groove, rotary button 4 this moment makes stopper 411 advance along the horizontal groove, reaches the purpose of locking, and in rotary button 4, carousel 42 follows the rotation, utilizes arc pull rod 44 to make air inlet pull rod 24 and the pull rod 31 of giving vent to anger keep away from the displacement mutually, reaches the purpose of opening the valve.

Referring to fig. 2 and 8, a plurality of rubber blocks 211 are arranged on one side of the air intake cover plate 21 opposite to the air intake hole 22, the rubber blocks 211 are matched with the air intake hole 22 one by one, and when the air intake cover plate 21 is attached to the air intake hole 22 through the arrangement of the rubber blocks 211, the rubber blocks 211 are plugged into the air intake hole 22, so that the sealing performance is improved.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the outer diameter of the air inlet cover plate 21 is smaller than the inner diameter of the air inlet 2, the outer diameter of the first self-closing plug 241 is smaller than the inner diameter of the valve body 1, an air inlet channel 15 is arranged between the cavity of the valve cover 11 and the air inlet 2, an air channel 12 is arranged on the air inlet channel 15, the air channel 12 is an L-shaped air channel, a plurality of air channels 12 are equally distributed at equal angles, a second self-closing plug 242 is arranged in the air inlet channel 15, through the structural design of the first self-closing plug 241 and the second self-closing plug 242, under the normal air pressure condition, the gas can flow into the air inlet channel 15 or the air channel 12 from the circumferential side of the first self-closing plug 241, so that the gas has a multi-channel inflow path and avoids blockage, referring to fig. 3 and 6, one end of the first self-closing plug 241 and the air inlet channel 15 is a spherical concave structure matched with the first self-closing plug 241, through the structural design of the first self-closing plug 241 with the spherical convex surface structure and the air inlet channel 15 with the spherical concave surface structure, the first self-closing plug 241 can be closed more smoothly, and meanwhile, the sealing performance is improved.

Referring to fig. 2, the outer diameter of one end of the second self-closing plug 242 is equal to the inner diameter of the air inlet channel 15, the outer diameter of the other end of the second self-closing plug 242 is smaller than the inner diameter of the air inlet channel 15, when the first self-closing plug 241 abuts against the end surface of the air inlet channel 15, the outer wall of the second self-closing plug 242 with the large outer diameter coincides with the output end of the air channel 12, through the structural design of the second self-closing plug 242, under the normal air pressure condition, the gas can flow into the air inlet channel 15 or the air channel 12 from the circumferential side of the first self-closing plug 241 and flow out from the small radius side of the second self-closing plug 242, when the air pressure is overloaded, the first self-closing plug 241 and the second self-closing plug 242 synchronously displace to close the air inlet channel 15 and the air channel 12 simultaneously, thereby improving the safety performance in use, referring to fig. 2, the air outlet channel 16 is provided between the chamber of the valve cover 11 and the air outlet 3, a plurality of through holes 321 are provided at equal angles on the air outlet cover 32, and when the air outlet cover 32 is attached to the air outlet channel 16, the air outlet channel 16 is not communicated with the through holes 321, namely, the radius of the circumference formed by the through holes 321 is larger than the inner diameter of the air outlet channel 16, through the structural design of the air outlet cover plate 32 with the through holes 321, when the air outlet 3 generates air backflow, and the backflow air pressure is larger than the elastic force of the second tensioning spring 33 (namely, the designed safe backflow air pressure), the backflow air pressure drives the air outlet cover plate 32 to overcome the elastic force displacement of the second tensioning spring 33, so that the air outlet cover plate 32 is attached to the air outlet channel 16, at the moment, the air outlet pull rod 31 displaces, the self-closing function is triggered, and the safety performance is further improved.

Please refer to fig. 1, air inlet 2 is equipped with the internal thread, gas outlet 3 is equipped with the external screw thread, through having the internal thread, the structural design of external screw thread, make gas self-closing valve install the dismantlement fast, the use convenience has been promoted, please refer to fig. 3, be equipped with anti-skidding line on the button 4, valve gap 11 top is equipped with and accomodates the groove with button 4 assorted, it has the bright-colored coating of colour to accomodate the inslot coating, under the gas steady voltage condition, the up end and the 11 up end parallel and level of valve gap of button 4 set up, through the groove structural design of accomodating that has the bright-colored coating of colour, make button 4 when popping out, can show the bright-colored coating of colour of accomodating the inslot, warning function has been promoted.

According to the scheme, through the structural design of the valve body 1 with the locking device, the air inlet cover plate 21, the guide post 23, the air inlet pull rod 24, the air outlet pull rod 31, the air outlet cover plate 32 and the spline guide rod 41, when the air pressure of gas at the air inlet 2 or the air outlet 3 is smaller than the designed air pressure, the air inlet cover plate 21 and the air outlet cover plate 32 respectively comprise an opening state under the action of the first tensioning spring 231 and the second tensioning spring 33, so that the gas can normally pass through, when the gas pressure is too high, the air pressure can push the air inlet cover plate 21 to overcome the elastic force of the first tensioning spring 231 to move, so that the air inlet cover plate 21 is involutory with the air inlet 22, at the moment, the air inlet pull rod 24 is driven by the guide post 23 to close the first self-closing plug 241, and simultaneously, under the simultaneous pushing of the air inlet pull rod 24 and the arc pull rod 44, the rotary disc 42 rotates, at the moment, the spline guide rod 41 rotates synchronously under the action of the spline groove 421 to unlock the locking device, the spline guide rod 41 moves upwards to reset, so that the button 4 protrudes, and similarly, the air pressure of the backflow of the air outlet 3 is too large, the air outlet pull rod 31 can be used for pushing the spline guide rod 41 to move upwards to reset, and when the valve structure needs to be opened, the button 4 can be pressed down and rotated to enable the locking device to complete the downward movement locking function.
