A cup cutting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the table includes a base on which the cup-forming sponge to be cut is placed and a moving table provided on the base, the pressure applying mechanism being fixed on the base and located above the moving table, wherein the moving table is arranged to be horizontally movable between a proximal end and a distal end under the influence of an external force.

A cup cutting device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pressure applying mechanism includes a supporting frame fixedly connected with the base and a first telescopic mechanism vertically arranged on the supporting frame, one end of the first telescopic mechanism facing the workbench is fixedly connected with a horizontal pressure applying plate, and the horizontal pressure applying plate can apply pressure to and separate from the cutter assembly under the driving of the first telescopic mechanism.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the purpose, structure and function of the invention, a cup cutting device according to the invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 to 6 illustrate a structure of a cup cutting apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the cup cutting apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic view of the structure of the cup cutting device 100 shown in fig. 1 without the cutting knife assembly 3; fig. 3 is a front view of the cup cutting apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1; FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of the cup cutting apparatus 100 shown in FIG. 3; fig. 5 is a schematic view of the internal structure of the cup cutting apparatus 100 shown in fig. 3; fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the cutting blade assembly 3 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a cup cutting apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a workbench 1 arranged on a fixed base, wherein the workbench 1 is used for placing cup molding sponge (not shown in the figure) to be cut; the pressing mechanism 2 is arranged above the workbench 1, and a pressing end of the pressing mechanism 2 can move up and down in the vertical direction under the driving of the first driving device; and the cutting knife assembly 3 can be detachably placed on the workbench 1, the cutting knife assembly 3 at least comprises an annular cutter 31, and the cutting edge of the annular cutter 31 is arranged downwards. Wherein, the annular cutter 31 can be constructed into a vertical plate annular structure, and the cutting profile surrounded by the annular cutter 31 is constructed to be the same as the cup profile to be cut.

When the cup cutting device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is used, the annular cutter 31 of the cutter assembly 3 is placed at a corresponding cup position on the cup-shaped sponge to be cut, the cutting edge of the annular cutter 31 contacts with the sponge, and the cutting contour surrounded by the annular cutter 31 matches with the shape of the cup. The cup molding sponge to be cut, on which the annular cutter 31 is placed, is integrally placed on the workbench 1, the first driving device is started, and the pressing end of the pressing mechanism 2 moves downwards under the driving of the first driving device until certain pressure is applied to the annular cutter 31, so that the annular cutter 31 cuts the sponge. After the cutting is completed, the first driving device drives the pressing end of the pressing mechanism 2 to move upwards, so that the pressing mechanism 2 is separated from the annular cutter 31, the cup molding sponge after the cutting is completed is taken out, the cut cup is taken out for standby, and then the annular cutter 31 is placed at the position of the next cup to be cut to enter the cutting operation of the next cup.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the cutter assembly 3 may include two ring cutters 31 symmetrically disposed at left and right sides and connected to each other, and the distance between the centers of the two ring cutters 31 is set to be equal to the distance between the centers of the left and right cups on the cup-shaped sponge.
