A production process of a tail sealing PE hose comprises the following processing steps:

s2, secondly, forming the head end and the tail end of the PE hose, wherein the forming operation comprises a head forming operation and a tail forming operation, and the head forming operation and the tail forming operation are carried out synchronously;

the head forming operation steps are as follows: the extrusion nozzle is molded by a left mold and a right mold which are mutually closed, and the inner wall surface of the mold is provided with an internal thread mold for extruding external threads, so that the surface of the molded extrusion nozzle is attached with corresponding external threads;

the tail part forming operation steps are as follows: the bottom of the PE hose is gradually pressed to be deformed by two pressing blocks which are mutually close to each other from left to right, the PE hose approaches to the fishtail shape but is not sealed, meanwhile, a metal sheet which vertically moves from bottom to top is plugged into the opening of the PE hose which is not completely sealed, the metal sheet is heated, after the metal sheet is placed, the two pressing blocks which are mutually close to each other press the tail end of the PE hose, so that the metal sheet and the PE hose in a heating state are properly melted and bonded together, and after the pressing blocks are removed, the tail forming operation is finished;

and S3, finally, trimming the upper end opening of the extrusion nozzle and cutting off the uneven part.

The production process of the PE hose adopts the preheated metal sheet as a heat source for sealing, so that the pressing block for flattening the tail end of the PE hose is not required to be heated, the phenomenon that the position of a melting area is too large, the tail end of the molded hose is different in shape, and the sealing is smooth and tight. The process eliminates the extrusion of the pressing block, saves a sealing mechanism, simplifies the whole structure and has novel process.
