the running condition of the engine under the running condition commonly used by the whole vehicle is adopted for testing:

1) starting the engine, and continuously operating for 5min at the cold start idle speed; (simulating a heat engine after the automobile is started in winter);

2) the engine is continuously operated at the engine speed of the normal working condition of the whole vehicle until the temperature of engine oil of the engine reaches 40 ℃, and then the vehicle is stopped. (simulating the car to stop after short-distance running in winter);

the method specifically comprises the following steps:

mounting an engine on a rack of a low-temperature environment cabin;

soaking and cooling the engine until the temperature of engine oil reaches a preset temperature A;

starting the engine, accelerating to 1200r/min within 10s, and keeping the rotating speed for running for 5 minutes;

accelerating the engine speed from 1200r/min to 2000r/min within 10 s;

continuously operating at 2000r/min until the temperature of engine oil reaches a preset temperature B, and stopping the engine;

judging whether the test times reach a preset time 30, if so, ending the test, collecting engine oil, and analyzing for later use; if the test times are not reached, repeating the steps until the test times are reached;

when the test times are singular, the load is 20%; when the test times are double, the load is 30 percent;
