The pipeline cannot be as long as dozens of meters or hundreds of meters as a cable, so the length of the pipeline is limited by engineering environment, the length of the pipeline cannot be very long, the length of the pipeline is not more than 10 meters generally at present, and the pipeline needs to be connected through a specific device so as to form an integral pipeline, so the connection of the pipeline is an important link in a pipeline system, but is also a weak link in engineering application.

Pipe joints are of many types, such as: welded pipe joints, ferrule pipe joints, flared pipe joints, swaged pipe joints, socket pipe joints, screw-on pipe joints, butt pipe joints, bonded pipe joints, and the like, each having advantages and disadvantages. The axial section of the inner corrugated ring is arc or trapezoid which protrudes towards the axis of the connecting pipe.

The outer corrugated ring and the inner corrugated ring of the second part lining part of the connecting pipe lining part are axially symmetrically arranged.

The outer corrugated rings and the inner corrugated rings of the second part lining part of the connecting pipe lining part are axially arranged in a staggered and asymmetric mode.

The connecting pipe lining component and the second component lining part are respectively provided with a hollow cavity body which is arranged in an annular mode, and the hollow cavity body is filled with gas.

The connecting pipe lining component second component also comprises a connecting pipe lining component second component inner blocking part, the connecting pipe lining component second component inner blocking part is a pipe body, and the connecting pipe lining component second component inner blocking part is arranged on the inner wall of the second end part of the connecting pipe lining component second component lining part and is connected with the end part of the external pipeline.

The connecting tube lining member second member lining portion, the connecting tube lining member second member outer barrier and the connecting tube lining member second member inner barrier are made of an elastic material.

The thickness of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion is the same as or different from the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion.

When the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion is different from the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member second member pad portion, a reinforcing member, which is a rigid member that rigidly reinforces the connecting pipe lining member first member inner wall portion or the connecting pipe lining member second member inner wall portion, is provided in the connecting pipe lining member first member inner wall portion or the connecting pipe lining member second member inner wall portion, which is the relatively thick one of the connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion and the connecting pipe lining member second member pad portion.

The reinforcing member has an axial cross-section that is a + -or I-shaped rigid member extending from the second end of the connecting tube lining component first component pad portion to the connecting tube lining component first component indent or from the second end of the connecting tube lining component second component pad portion to the connecting tube lining component second component indent.

The reinforcing parts are uniformly distributed on the same radial plane in the inner blocking part of the first part of the lining part of the connecting pipe or the inner blocking part of the second part of the lining part of the connecting pipe.

The inner blocking part of the first part of the connecting pipe lining part is connected with the inner blocking part of the second part of the connecting pipe lining part.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

In the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3.

A pipe connector 100 comprises a connecting pipe 130 and a connecting pipe lining part, wherein the connecting pipe 130 is a pipe body, the connecting pipe lining part is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting pipe 130, and the connecting pipe lining part is a lining part which is arranged between the outer wall of two external pipelines 200 which are connected in series and the inner wall of the connecting pipe so that solid, liquid and gas cannot enter the two external pipelines 200 which are connected in series from the connecting part of the two external pipelines 200 which are connected in series.

The connection pipe lining member includes a connection pipe lining member first member 110 and a connection pipe lining member second member 120, the connection pipe lining member first member 110 and the connection pipe lining member second member 120 are provided on an inner wall of the connection pipe, and the connection pipe lining member first member and the connection pipe lining member second member are connected in series.

The connection pipe lining member first member 110 has a connection pipe lining member first member lining part 111 and a connection pipe lining member first member outer stopper 114, the connection pipe lining member first member lining part 111 is a pipe body, the connection pipe lining member first member outer stopper 114 is a pipe body provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe lining member first member lining part 111, the connection pipe lining member first member lining part 111 is located on an inner wall of the connection pipe 130, and the connection pipe lining member first member lining part 111 prevents solids, liquids, and gases from entering the lining member inside the external pipe 200 from a connection portion of the external pipe and the connection pipe 130.

The connecting tube lining member first member outer stops 114 and the connecting tube lining member second member outer stops 124 are the same thickness as the connecting tube 130.

The connecting tube lining member first member lining section 111 has a connecting tube lining member first member lining section first end 112 and a connecting tube lining member first member lining section second end 113, and a connecting tube lining member first member outer stop 114 is provided on the outer wall of the connecting tube lining member first member lining section first end 112.

The connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is a pipe body having a wall body with a uniform thickness.

The connecting tube lining member first member lining part 111 and the connecting tube lining member first member outer barrier 114 are made of an elastic material.

The connection pipe lining member second member 120 has a connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 and a connection pipe lining member second member outer stopper 124, the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is a pipe body, the connection pipe lining member second member outer stopper 124 is a pipe body provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121, the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is located on an inner wall of the connection pipe 130, and the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 prevents solids, liquids, and gases from entering the lining member inside the external pipe from a connection portion of the external pipe and the connection pipe 130.

The connection pipe lining member second member lining part 121 has a connection pipe lining member second member lining part first end 122 and a connection pipe lining member first member lining part second end 123, and the connection pipe lining member second member blocking part 124 is provided on the outer wall of the connection pipe lining member second member lining part first end 122.

The connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is a pipe body having a wall body with a uniform thickness.

The connecting tube lining member second member lining part 121 and the connecting tube lining member second member outer barrier 124 are made of an elastic material.

The thickness of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is the same as the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 121.

In the second embodiment, please refer to fig. 4, which is based on the first embodiment and is different in that: two lining parts of the connecting pipe are both provided with inner blocking parts.

The connection pipe lining member first member 110 further has a connection pipe lining member first member inner stopper 115, the connection pipe lining member first member inner stopper 115 is a pipe body, and the connection pipe lining member first member inner stopper 115 is disposed on an inner wall of the second end portion of the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion and connected to a port of an external connection pipe.

The connector tube lining member first member lining portion, the connector tube lining member first member outer stop 114 and the connector tube lining member first member inner stop 115 are made of an elastic material.

The connection pipe lining member second member 120 further has a connection pipe lining member second member inner stopper 125, the connection pipe lining member second member inner stopper 125 is a pipe body, and the connection pipe lining member second member inner stopper 125 is disposed on an inner wall of the second end portion of the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion and connected to an end portion of the external connection pipe.

The connecting tube lining member second member lining portion, the connecting tube lining member second member outer barrier 124 and the connecting tube lining member second member inner barrier 125 are made of an elastic material.

The connecting tube inner liner member first member internal stop 115 is coupled to the connecting tube inner liner member second member internal stop 125.

The thickness of the inner blocking part 115 of the first connecting pipe lining part and the inner blocking part of the second connecting pipe lining part can be set to be 3-20 mm, the specific thickness is determined according to the thickness of the wall of an external pipeline, the general principle is that the thickness of the inner blocking part 115 of the first connecting pipe lining part and the inner blocking part of the second connecting pipe lining part is less than or equal to the thickness of the wall of the external pipeline, preferably, the thickness of the inner blocking part 115 of the first connecting pipe lining part and the inner blocking part of the second connecting pipe lining part is equal to the thickness of the wall of the external pipeline, so that the inner connection part of the two external pipelines can be smoothly transited, and liquid and cables can smoothly circulate or pass through the connecting pipe.

See fig. 5 for a third embodiment.

Based on the second embodiment, the improvement of the second embodiment is that corrugated rings are arranged inside and outside the lining part of the connecting pipe, the thickness of the lining part of the connecting pipe is uneven, the axial cross section of the lining part of the connecting pipe is trapezoidal, and a hollow cavity is arranged in the lining part of the connecting pipe, and the specific technical scheme is described as follows:

a pipe connector 100 comprises a connecting pipe 130 and a connecting pipe lining part, wherein the connecting pipe 130 is a pipe body, the connecting pipe lining part is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting pipe 130, and the connecting pipe lining part is a lining part which is arranged between the outer wall of two external pipes connected in series and the inner wall of the connecting pipe so that solid, liquid and gas can not enter the inside of the two external pipes connected in series from the connecting part of the two external pipes connected in series.

The connection pipe lining member includes a connection pipe lining member first member 110 and a connection pipe lining member second member 120, and the connection pipe lining member first member 110 and the connection pipe lining member second member 120 are disposed on an inner wall of the connection pipe.

The connection pipe lining member first member 110 has a connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 and a connection pipe lining member first member outer stopper 114, the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is a pipe body, the connection pipe lining member first member outer stopper 114 is a pipe body provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111, the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is located on an inner wall of the connection pipe 130, and the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 prevents solids, liquids, and gases from entering the lining member inside the external pipe from a connection portion of the external pipe and the connection pipe 130.

The connecting tube lining member first member lining section 111 has a connecting tube lining member first member lining section first end 112 and a connecting tube lining member first member lining section second end 113, and a connecting tube lining member first member outer stop 114 is provided on the outer wall of the connecting tube lining member first member lining section first end 112.

The connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is a pipe body having a wall body with a non-uniform thickness.

The connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion 111 is a pipe body having a straight body inside a trapezoidal cylinder and outside a straight body, and the wall thickness of the first end portion 112 of the connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion is smaller than the wall thickness of the second end portion 113 of the connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion.

The outer wall of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 has a plurality of outer corrugated rings 116 arranged in a ring shape. The outer wall of the axial section of the outer corrugated ring is an arc shape protruding outwards and can also be in a trapezoid shape.

The inner wall of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 has a plurality of inner corrugated rings 117 arranged in a ring shape.

The axial section of the inner corrugated ring 117 is an arc shape protruding towards the axis of the connecting pipe, and can also be trapezoidal. The outer and inner corrugated rings 116, 117 of the connecting tube lining member first member lining portion are arranged axially symmetrically.

The connecting pipe lining member first member lining part 110 further has a plurality of hollow cavities 118 inside, and the hollow cavities 118 are filled with gas.

The connecting tube lining member first member lining part 111, the connecting tube lining member first member outer barrier 114 and the connecting tube lining member first member inner barrier are made of an elastic material.

The connection pipe lining member second member 120 has a connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 and a connection pipe lining member second member outer stopper 124, the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is a pipe body, the connection pipe lining member second member outer stopper 124 is a pipe body provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121, the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is located on an inner wall of the connection pipe 130, and the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 prevents solids, liquids, and gases from entering the lining member inside the external pipe from a connection portion of the external pipe and the connection pipe 130.

The connection pipe lining member second member lining part 121 has a connection pipe lining member second member lining part first end 122 and a connection pipe lining member first member lining part second end 123, and the connection pipe lining member second member blocking part 124 is provided on the outer wall of the connection pipe lining member second member lining part first end 122.

The connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 is a pipe body having a wall body with a non-uniform thickness.

The connecting pipe lining member second member lining part 120 is a pipe body in which the wall thickness of the first end 122 of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining part is smaller than that of the second end 123 of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining part and which is a trapezoidal cylindrical body inside and a straight cylindrical body outside.

The outer wall of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 has a plurality of outer corrugated rings 116 arranged in a ring shape. The outer wall of the axial section of the outer corrugated ring 116 is an arc shape protruding outwards, and may be configured as a trapezoid.

The inner wall of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 has a plurality of inner corrugated rings 117 arranged in a ring shape. The axial section of the inner corrugated ring 117 is an arc shape protruding towards the axis of the connecting pipe, and can also be trapezoidal.

The outer corrugated rings 116 and the inner corrugated rings 117 of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 110 and the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 are disposed axially symmetrically. The outer corrugated ring and the inner corrugated ring are axially and symmetrically arranged, so that a plurality of connection structures which are locally and tightly extruded and contacted are formed by the external pipeline, the first part lining part 110 of the connecting pipe lining part and the second part lining part 120 of the connecting pipe lining part, and the better sealing performance is ensured.

As for the alternative arrangement of the outer and inner beads, the outer beads 116 and the inner beads 117 of the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 110 and the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 are axially staggered and asymmetrically arranged. The outer corrugated ring and the inner corrugated ring are axially arranged in a staggered and asymmetric mode, when the outer connecting pipe penetrates into the connecting pipe, a plurality of connecting structures which are locally extruded and contacted more tightly can be formed, and the protruding parts of the outer corrugated ring or the inner corrugated ring move in the opposite direction of the protruding parts under the extrusion action of the connecting pipe or the outer connecting pipe, so that the connecting operation of the outer connecting pipe is facilitated, the labor is saved, and the connecting pipe is easier to connect.

The interior of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 is also provided with a hollow cavity 118 arranged annularly, and the hollow cavity 118 is filled with gas. The volume of all the hollow cavities is smaller than the total volume of the outer corrugated ring and the inner corrugated ring. The radial dimension of any hollow cavity is smaller than the thickness of the outer corrugated ring or the inner corrugated ring.

The inflatable hollow cavities formed inside the connecting tube lining member first member lining part 110 and the connecting tube lining member second member lining part 120 may be annular, or a plurality of inflatable capsules may be uniformly distributed inside the connecting tube lining member first member lining part 110 and the connecting tube lining member second member lining part 120. When the outer corrugated ring and the inner corrugated ring can be extruded by the inflated hollow cavity, the space is towards the activity, so that the connection operation of an external pipeline is more facilitated, and meanwhile, after the outer corrugated ring and the inner corrugated ring are extruded to deform, better elasticity is kept due to the gas expansion effect in the inflated hollow cavity, so that the external pipeline is connected more tightly, and the sealing performance is better.

The connecting tube lining member second member lining part 121, the connecting tube lining member second member outer barrier 124 and the connecting tube lining member second member inner barrier 125 are made of an elastic material.

In the fourth embodiment, please refer to fig. 6 and fig. 7, based on the third embodiment, the difference is that: the lining part of the connecting pipe is a pipe body with uniform wall thickness.

A pipe connector 100 comprises a connecting pipe 130 and a connecting pipe lining part, wherein the connecting pipe 130 is a pipe body, the connecting pipe lining part is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting pipe 130, and the connecting pipe lining part is a lining part which is arranged between the outer wall of two external pipes connected in series and the inner wall of the connecting pipe so that solid, liquid and gas can not enter the inside of the two external pipes connected in series from the connecting part of the two external pipes connected in series.

The connection pipe lining member includes a connection pipe lining member first member 110 and a connection pipe lining member second member 120, and the connection pipe lining member first member 110 and the connection pipe lining member second member 120 are disposed on an inner wall of the connection pipe.

The connection pipe lining member first member 110 has a connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 and a connection pipe lining member first member outer stopper 114, the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is a pipe body, the connection pipe lining member first member outer stopper 114 is a pipe body provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111, the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is located on an inner wall of the connection pipe 130, and the connection pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 prevents solids, liquids, and gases from entering the lining member inside the external pipe from a connection portion of the external pipe and the connection pipe 130.

The connecting tube lining member first member lining section 111 has a connecting tube lining member first member lining section first end 112 and a connecting tube lining member first member lining section second end 113, and a connecting tube lining member first member outer stop 114 is provided on the outer wall of the connecting tube lining member first member lining section first end 112.

The connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is a pipe body having a wall body with a uniform thickness.

The outer wall of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 has a plurality of outer corrugated rings 116 arranged in a ring shape.

The outer wall of the axial section of the outer corrugated ring is an arc shape protruding outwards and can also be in a trapezoid shape.

The inner wall of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 has a plurality of inner corrugated rings 117 arranged in a ring shape.

The axial section of the inner corrugated ring 117 is an arc shape protruding towards the axis of the connecting pipe, and can also be trapezoidal.

The outer and inner corrugated rings 116, 117 of the connecting tube lining member first member lining portion are arranged axially symmetrically.

The connecting pipe lining member first member lining part 110 further has a plurality of hollow cavities 118 inside, and the hollow cavities 118 are filled with gas.

The connecting tube lining member first member lining part 111, the connecting tube lining member first member outer barrier 114 and the connecting tube lining member first member inner barrier are made of an elastic material.

The connection pipe lining member second member 120 has a connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 and a connection pipe lining member second member outer stopper 124, the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is a pipe body, the connection pipe lining member second member outer stopper 124 is a pipe body provided on an outer wall of the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121, the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is located on an inner wall of the connection pipe 130, and the connection pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 prevents solids, liquids, and gases from entering the lining member inside the external pipe from a connection portion of the external pipe and the connection pipe 130.

The connection pipe lining member second member lining part 121 has a connection pipe lining member second member lining part first end 122 and a connection pipe lining member first member lining part second end 123, and the connection pipe lining member second member blocking part 124 is provided on the outer wall of the connection pipe lining member second member lining part first end 122.

The connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is a pipe body having a wall body with a uniform thickness.

The outer wall of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 has a plurality of outer corrugated rings 116 arranged in a ring shape.

The outer wall of the axial section of the outer corrugated ring 116 is an arc shape protruding outwards, and may be configured as a trapezoid.

The inner wall of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 has a plurality of inner corrugated rings 117 arranged in a ring shape.

The axial section of the inner corrugated ring 117 is an arc shape protruding towards the axis of the connecting pipe, and can also be trapezoidal.

The outer and inner corrugated rings 116 and 117 of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 are arranged axially symmetrically.

The outer and inner corrugated rings 116, 117 of the connecting tube lining member second member lining portion 120 are disposed axially staggered asymmetrically.

The interior of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 120 is also provided with a hollow cavity 118 arranged annularly, and the hollow cavity 118 is filled with gas.

The connecting tube lining member second member lining part 121, the connecting tube lining member second member outer barrier 124 and the connecting tube lining member second member inner barrier 125 are made of an elastic material.

The thickness of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is the same as the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 121.

In a fifth embodiment, please refer to fig. 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, which are based on the fourth embodiment and have the following differences:

the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is a pipe body having a uniform wall thickness, and the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 121 is a pipe body having a uniform wall thickness, but the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member first member lining portion 111 is different from the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member second member lining portion 121. The reinforcing member is provided at a part of the lining member of the connection pipe having a relatively small diameter of the external pipe 200 to prevent the small-diameter pipe from slipping off due to axial sliding.

When the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion is different from the thickness of the connecting pipe lining member second member pad portion, a reinforcing member 126 is provided in the connecting pipe lining member second member inner barrier portion, which is the relatively thick one of the connecting pipe lining member first member pad portion and the connecting pipe lining member second member pad portion, the reinforcing member 126 being a rigid member that rigidly reinforces the connecting pipe lining member second member inner barrier portion 125. The reinforcing member may be made of a hard material, and more particularly, may be made of a hard material having a better affinity or adhesion with the lining member of the connection pipe, including but not limited to hard rubber.

The reinforcing member 126 is a rigid member having a shape of a rectangle or a rectangle extending from the second end of the connecting tube lining part second part lining part pad portion to the connecting tube lining part second part inner stop 125 in axial cross section.

The number of the reinforcing members is 8, and a plurality of reinforcing members 126 are uniformly distributed on the same radial plane in the inner baffle part 125 of the second part of the lining part of the connecting pipe.

The reinforcing fastener can effectively prevent the external pipeline 200 with a relatively small caliber from penetrating the inner blocking part under the action of external force and sliding into the external pipeline with a relatively large caliber. Besides, the sealing connection function is achieved, and meanwhile the function of connecting external pipelines with different calibers can be achieved.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
