1. A preparation method of a porous quartz ceramic filter material comprises the following specific steps:

Background

The porous ceramic is used as a novel ceramic functional material, combines the excellent properties of the porous material and the ceramic material, and has the advantages of stable chemical property, high-temperature corrosion resistance, long continuous working time, high porosity, good filtering efficiency and the like when being applied to a water treatment process. At present, the forming mode of porous ceramics for water purification treatment in China is mainly slip casting, and various pore-forming agents, clay and other bonding agents are added to increase the water passing amount and improve the strength. The porous ceramic for water treatment prepared by slip casting has the aperture of 0.2-10 mu m and the porosity of approximately 30-65 percent, and although the porous ceramic can efficiently intercept particulate matters and most microorganisms, the water flux is lower, thereby further influencing the service performance.

The porous quartz ceramic filter material prepared by the compression molding process has high structural strength and high open pore rate, and can entrap particulate matters and most microorganisms while improving water flux.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of porous quartz ceramic, and solves the problem of controlling the pore structure and distribution of the porous quartz ceramic.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme, and the invention relates to a preparation method of a porous quartz ceramic filter material, which comprises the following steps:

(3) and (3) granulation: taking silica sol as a binder, wherein the concentration of the silica sol aqueous solution is 15-30%, uniformly stirring the surface-modified quartz sand and the silica sol aqueous solution, and granulating to obtain granules with the size of 0.3-0.5 mm;

(4) molding and calcining: and pressing the granulated material under a certain pressure to prepare a porous quartz ceramic blank, and drying the blank at 80 ℃ and calcining at 1300 ℃ for 120-180 min to obtain the porous quartz ceramic filter material.

(4) molding and calcining: and pressing the granulated material under certain pressure to prepare a porous quartz ceramic blank, drying the blank at 80 ℃, heating to 1100 ℃ at a heating rate of 2 ℃/min, calcining, and preserving heat for 120 min to obtain the porous quartz ceramic filter material.
