1. A method of preparing an antimicrobial material, the method comprising:

selecting ABS-TR as a base material;

adding the silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent, 1010 and 168 composite antioxidant systems and the liquid paraffin dispersant system into the base material according to a preset ratio, and then uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;

and putting the mixture into a material preparation device, and controlling the feeding frequency, the granulating temperature and the screw rotation speed of the material preparation device to granulate so as to obtain the corresponding antibacterial material.

The preparation method of the antibacterial material according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the base material in the preset mixture ratio is 98.96-99.18 wt%, the ratio of the 1010 and 168 composite antioxidant system is 0.010-0.020 wt%, the ratio of the silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent is 0.8-1.0 wt%, and the ratio of the liquid paraffin dispersant system is 0.010-0.02 wt%.

3. The method for preparing the antibacterial material according to claim 2, wherein the preparation equipment adopts a twin-screw extruder.

4. The method for preparing an antibacterial material according to claim 3, wherein the feeding frequency is 15-25 rad/min; the granulation temperature is 175-210 ℃, and the screw rotation speed is 280-370 rad/min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a preparation method of an antibacterial material, the antibacterial material, an antibacterial water tank and an air conditioner.

Background

Currently, with the transformation of consumer concepts of users, health gradually becomes a great development trend of household appliances, air conditioners are used as main household electrical products, and a plurality of current air conditioner products are added with a self-cleaning function, namely, dust, hair, fibers and the like on an air conditioner filter screen or a cross-flow fan blade are cleaned by a specific brush, so that dirt adhesion is reduced, and the effect of cleaning the inside of the air conditioner is achieved.

The technology has great limitation, on one hand: the brush is not thoroughly cleaned, and dirt is easily left in the equipment; on the other hand: the brush cleaned with dirt can be directly placed in a water tank for cleaning, the water tank is a wading environment and is not subjected to any antibacterial treatment, the brush is used for cleaning a brush part, dirt residues can exist and become a hotbed for microorganism propagation, peculiar smell is generated, a consumer is required to clean the water tank regularly in a short time, time and energy are consumed, common sterilization technologies of the current air conditioner, such as ultraviolet sterilization, chemical reagent sterilization, various ion sterilization, high-temperature sterilization and the like, only kill bacteria in the air, namely, the brush only plays a role in the internal gas environment of the air conditioner, the bacteria in the air conditioner part (such as the water tank) cannot be inhibited, once the sterilization reaches less than 100 percent (the bacteria are not completely killed), the residual bacteria have high possibility to enter the water tank, and then the bacteria can easily grow and proliferate in the wading environment of the box body. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a water tank capable of suppressing the proliferation of microorganisms to be equipped with an air conditioner.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a preparation method of an antibacterial material, an antibacterial water tank and an air conditioner, which are at least used for solving the technical problem in the prior art that bacteria are easy to breed in the water tank when the air conditioner is used for a long time, specifically:

selecting ABS-TR as a base material;

adding the silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent, 1010 and 168 composite antioxidant systems and the liquid paraffin dispersant system into the base material according to a preset ratio, and then uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;

and putting the mixture into a material preparation device, and controlling the feeding frequency, the granulating temperature and the screw rotation speed of the material preparation device to granulate so as to obtain the corresponding antibacterial material.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. When the air conditioner is in use, dust and other dirt cannot be completely filtered by a filtering system (a filter screen, an HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) net and the like) of the air conditioner, and the dust and other dirt are gradually accumulated on the filter screen and the cross-flow fan blade of the air conditioner, so that bacteria are easy to breed. In view of this, it is desirable to provide a self-cleaning air conditioner, which can clean the dust and dirt accumulated on the cross-flow fan blade and the filter screen to clean the interior of the air conditioner; meanwhile, the water tank with an antibacterial function is assembled in the water tank, so that the growth and proliferation of microorganisms in a wading environment can be inhibited, the problems of dirt blockage and peculiar smell generation of the water tank are solved, and the frequency of self-cleaning of the water tank by a consumer is reduced.

To further illustrate the solution of the present invention, the following specific examples are provided as shown in fig. 1 to 5.

Example 1

According to the invention, by a material modification technology, a silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent and an antioxidant are added into an ABS-TR material (namely a transparent ABS material, wherein ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene, A represents acrylonitrile, B represents butadiene, and S represents styrene), so that the antibacterial ABS-TR material is prepared and used for producing an antibacterial water tank by injection molding; the antibacterial water tank has the function of collecting condensed water, and as a water storage component of a water washing system of the air conditioner, the antibacterial function inhibits the growth of microorganisms in the water tank, so that the water tank can be kept clean for a long time.

Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: a method of preparing an antimicrobial material, the method comprising:

selecting ABS-TR as a base material;

adding the silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent, 1010 and 168 composite antioxidant systems and the liquid paraffin dispersant system into the base material according to a preset ratio, and then uniformly stirring the mixture by a mixer to obtain a mixture;

and putting the mixture into a material preparation device, and controlling the feeding frequency, the granulating temperature and the screw rotating speed of the material preparation device to granulate so as to obtain the corresponding antibacterial material.

In the present example, the silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent was carried with Ag using silicate as a carrier+And Zn2+The silicate has small particle size, large comprehensive specific surface area, more metal ion loading amount and high binding capacity with the ions, so that the ABS-TR material has the characteristics of high stability and high ion loading amount, and the silicate has little influence on the appearance of the material and can ensure the transparency of the ABS-TR material and Ag+And Zn2+Compared with other metal ions, the antibacterial and mildewproof agent has more excellent antibacterial and mildewproof performance, the liquid paraffin can improve the dispersion effect of the powder auxiliary agent on the base material, and the influence of the liquid dispersing agent on the appearance effect of the antibacterial material is small. Preferably: the ratio of the base material in the preset proportion is 98.96-99.18 wt%, the ratio of the 1010 and 168 composite antioxidant system is 0.010-0.020 wt%, the ratio of the silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent is 0.8-1.0 wt%, and the ratio of the liquid paraffin dispersant system is 0.010-0.02 wt%.

Further, the components are mixed together according to the mass ratio, uniformly stirred by a high-speed mixer and then added into a material preparation device for material preparation. The material preparing equipment can adopt a single-screw extruder or a double-screw extruder and the like. Preferably: the double-screw extruder is adopted, the shearing effect of the double-screw extruder is remarkable, and the antibacterial agent, the dispersing agent and the antioxidant are mixed more uniformly in the matrix material after the components are sheared by the double screws.

Preferably: in the granulation process of the control equipment, the feeding frequency is 15-25 rad/min; the granulation temperature is 175-210 ℃, and the screw rotation speed is 280-370 rad/min. Further, in combination with the above granulation temperature, the temperature of the material preparation device may be set as: 175℃ + -2 ℃, 185℃ + -2 ℃, 195℃ + -2 ℃, 200℃ + -2 ℃, 205℃ + -2 ℃ and 210℃ + -2 ℃.

In the present invention, a material having an antibacterial function can be obtained based on the processing process in the above-described embodiment.

The test result of the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial material is as follows:

the obtained antibacterial material can be combined to be made into parts such as an antibacterial water tank and the like. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the antibacterial water tank of the self-cleaning air conditioner is used as a water collecting part of an air conditioner washing system, has the function of collecting condensed water, and is used for inhibiting the propagation of microorganisms in the water tank because the water tank is made of antibacterial ABS-TR.

Example 2

Based on the antibacterial material in the embodiment 1, the embodiment provides a self-cleaning air conditioner 1, which comprises a brush cleaning system, wherein the brush cleaning system can clean the cross-flow fan blade 3 periodically to clean the fan blade; the water tank water collecting system is used for collecting condensed water generated during air conditioner refrigeration; the air conditioner washing system utilizes the high-pressure spray head 6 to wash the air conditioner filter screen, utilizes high-speed water flow to wash dirt on the filter screen to a water channel, and then discharges the dirt to the external environment, so that the air conditioner keeps clean and clean for a long time. The self-cleaning system of the self-cleaning air conditioner 1 is composed of a water tank water collecting system, an air conditioner water washing system and the like.

step one, starting a water collecting device, collecting condensed water generated by a filter screen from a condensed water collecting port 14, and collecting the condensed water in a main water tank 12;

step two, starting a cleaning brush 4, cleaning dirt 5 such as dust on an air conditioner filter screen, then discharging the dirt into a water channel, finally flushing the dirt into a transit water tank 10 by using the high-speed water flow generated in the step three, and discharging the dirt into the external environment through a water outlet 11;

and step three, starting the air conditioner washing system, firstly enabling the collected condensed water of the main water tank 12 to pass through a booster water pump, spraying high-pressure water vapor on the high-pressure spray head 6, washing the air conditioner filter screen by using the high-pressure spray head, flushing dirt on the filter screen to a water channel by using high-speed water flow, and finally discharging the dirt together with the dirt in the step two to the external environment.
