The invention relates to the field of melamine resin tableware, in particular to a preparation method of melamine resin tableware added with barium sulfate.

Background

Melamine tableware, also known as porcelain-like tableware, is formed by heating, pressurizing and pressing melamine resin powder. Melamine tableware is used in catering industry, children's diet industry, etc. because of its light weight, beautiful appearance, low temperature resistance, and non-fragility. The melamine resin has the characteristics of no odor, no toxicity, bright color and the like, and the tableware manufactured by the melamine resin can be safely used for a long time within the range of 30-120 ℃. The tableware has the advantages of smooth, light and attractive surface, low temperature resistance (the tableware can be directly placed in a refrigerator), boiling resistance (boiling water boiling), pollution resistance, difficult breaking and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of fast food industry, worker canteens, children food industry and the like.

However, as the amount of melamine tableware is gradually increased, the defects of easy breakage, wear resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, surface hardness and poor impact resistance of melamine resin become more and more prominent, and the defects become short plates which restrict the development of the melamine resin, so the invention provides a preparation method of melamine resin tableware added with barium sulfate to solve the problems.
