Referring to fig. 1-6, a modular scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a top cover 50, a scroll portion 1, an adapter portion 2, a driving portion 3, and a controller module 4; a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the circumferential projection at the bottom of the top cover 50; the controller module 4 is installed at the bottom of the driving part 3, and is used for controlling the operation of the scroll compressor.

The vortex part 1 is arranged in the top cover 50, the vortex part 1 comprises a movable vortex thrust plate 11, and a sliding groove 12 is formed in the movable vortex thrust plate 11; an inner cross slip ring 13 which can be arranged in a sliding manner is arranged in the sliding groove 12; the inner cross slip ring 13 is provided with a movable vortex 14 which is connected with the inner cross slip ring in a matching way; a fixed scroll 15 is arranged above the movable scroll 14 in a matched mode, and a fixed scroll fixing ring 19 is arranged outside the fixed scroll 15; fastening holes are formed in the periphery of the static vortex fixing ring 19; the top of the non-orbiting scroll 15 is fitted with a sealing plate 16; the bottom of the movable vortex thrust plate 11 is provided with four guide posts 17, the four guide posts 17 penetrate through fastening holes in the fixed ring 19 of the fixed vortex and then are fixedly connected with the fixed ring 19 of the fixed vortex through screws 18, and when different vortex types are needed, all the vortex types in an interval can be suitable only by adjusting the height of the movable vortex thrust plate 11, so that the whole movable vortex thrust plate can be prevented from being replaced.

The adapter part 2 is a transition part for connecting the top cover vortex part 1 and the driving part 3, the adapter part 2 comprises an adapter block 20, and a first mounting hole 21 corresponding to a threaded hole is formed in the circumferential direction of the adapter block 20; in actual use, the adapter part 2 can be used in a scroll compressor with interval discharge capacity without replacing any part.

The driving part 3 comprises a shell 30, and a second mounting hole 31 which is arranged corresponding to the first mounting hole 21 is arranged at the top of the shell 30 along the circumferential direction; a driving assembly is arranged in the shell and connected with the vortex part 1; the drive assembly includes a main bearing housing 22, a bearing 23, a stator 32, a rotor 34, and a crankshaft 33 within a housing 30; a bearing 23 is adapted in the main bearing seat 22, and the main bearing seat 22 is assembled at the upper end inside the shell 30; the rotor 34 is arranged in a central hole of the stator 32, the rotor 34 is matched with the crankshaft 33, and the crankshaft 33 passes through a bearing 23 to be connected with a vortex part; during practical use, the driving part 3 can be replaced as a whole, and is used for adapting to models of different stators, so that the universality is improved.

Because the movable vortex thrust surface and the main bearing seat are separately designed, the driving part and the vortex part can be pre-installed into a whole; during actual installation, firstly, the vortex part 1, the switching part 2 and the driving part 3 are respectively pre-installed, then the vortex part 1 is placed in the top cover 50, then the top cover 50, the switching part 2 and the driving part 3 are sequentially and vertically fixedly connected after the locking bolt sequentially penetrates through the second installation hole 31, the first installation hole 21 and the threaded hole, and then the controller module is installed at the bottom of the driving part 3, so that the whole scroll compressor is installed, wherein a rotor penetrates through a bearing and is connected with a movable vortex in the vortex part; in the use, when the compressor of displacement in certain interval need be changed, only need carry out the change of vortex portion and drive division can.
