According to the valve disclosed by the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the valve rod moves upwards, the first valve plate is far away from the first annular sealing gasket, and the second valve plate is far away from the second annular sealing gasket, so that the inlet and the outlet of the valve body are communicated; when the valve rod moves downwards to the position shown in figure 2, the first through hole and the second through hole are closed, so that the inlet and the outlet of the valve are not communicated. And the upward acting force of the compression spring and the downward acting force of the valve rod have better matching and sealing effects of the first valve plate, the second valve plate, the first annular sealing gasket and the annular sealing gasket under the opposite action of the upper movable plate and the lower movable plate.
