Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of rotary kiln equipment, in particular to a rotary kiln spray gun gas supply device.

Background

The rotary kiln is a rotary calcining kiln (commonly called rotary kiln), the shape of which is similar to that of a rotary bed, also called rotary bed kiln, and belongs to the building material equipment. Rotary kilns can be divided into cement kilns, metallurgical chemical kilns and lime kilns according to the different materials to be treated. The cement kiln is mainly used for calcining cement clinker and comprises a dry-process cement kiln and a wet-process cement kiln. The metallurgical chemical kiln is mainly used for magnetizing and roasting lean iron ore in steel plants in the metallurgical industry; oxidizing and roasting chromium and nickel iron ores; roasting bauxite in a refractory material plant, roasting clinker in an aluminum plant and aluminum hydroxide; roasting chromium ore sand, chromium ore powder and other minerals in a chemical plant. Lime kilns (i.e., active lime kilns) are used for roasting active lime and lightly calcined dolomite used in steel plants and iron and alloy plants.

The existing rotary kiln needs to use a rotary kiln spray gun for supplying air when in use, the air injection range and the air injection angle of the existing rotary kiln spray gun are fixed, the air in the rotary kiln has certain rotation circulation, local gas components in the air are different when the rotary kiln spray gun is used, the problem is not too big in common calcination, but the calcination defect of a finished product is easily caused when in fine calcination.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the air supply device of the rotary kiln spray gun, which can improve the air composition in the rotary kiln and improve the air injection range and distance.

The air guide strip 6 is provided with a plurality of strips. The extending directions of the plurality of air guide strips 6 are in the same circumferential direction.
