Technical Field

Background

With the improvement of the drug resistance of weeds, the use of a single herbicide cannot achieve ideal weeding effect, and the development of reasonable binary compound and ternary compound preparations is beneficial to reducing the use of pesticides and improving the drug effect.

Topramezone, an English name, a chemical name of [3- (4, 5-dihydro-3-isoxazolyl) -2-methyl-4- (methylsulfonyl) phenyl ] (5-hydroxy-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) ketone (shown in the following formula) is a contact-killing type selective herbicide, under the condition of light, in the chlorophyll biosynthesis process, topramezone can inhibit protoporphyrinogen oxidase to cause the accumulation of toxic intermediates, so that the cell membranes of weeds are damaged, the leaves are rapidly dried and dead, carfentrazone is easily absorbed and is slightly influenced by severe weather, and the weeds die after 2-4 days of application.

Isoxaflutole, having the english name isoxaflutole and the chemical name 5-cyclopropyl-1, 2-oxazol-4-yl-a, a, a-trifluoro-2-methylhydrazinesulfonyl-p-toluenone (formula below). The isoxaflutole belongs to a p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase inhibitor, namely an HPPD inhibitor, and the synthesis of the p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase is inhibited, so that the accumulation of tyrosine is caused, the biosynthesis of plastoquinone and tocopherol is hindered, the biosynthesis of carotene is further influenced, and the weed is whitened and died. The isoxaflutole has wide herbicidal spectrum and can be used before and after seedling. Amicarbazone, the english name is amicarbazone, the chemical name is: 4-amino-5-oxo-3-isopropyl-N-tert-butyl-1, 2, 4-triazole-1-carboxamide (see formula below) is a triazolinone herbicide. The action mechanism is that protoporphyrinogen oxidase in the chlorophyll biosynthesis process is inhibited to cause cell membrane damage, so that leaves are rapidly dried and dead. The amicarbazone can be used for soil treatment, stem leaf spraying, root system and leaf surface absorption, and can be used for preventing and treating corn field, sugarcane field and lawn

The reasonable mixing of the herbicides is an effective measure for improving the field weeding effect of the herbicides and delaying the occurrence and development of the drug resistance of the herbicides, and the applicant finds that no composite patent of the combination of topramezone, isoxaflutole and amicarbazone exists at present through search. Meanwhile, tests prove that the three components have obvious synergistic effect, the control effect on weeds in corn and sugarcane fields is obviously improved, the weed control spectrum is expanded, the dosage is reduced, the control and medication cost is reduced, and the safety on crops is improved.

Preferably, the dispersing agent is formed by mixing sodium polycarboxylate and calcium lignosulfonate according to the mass ratio of 1.5: 1; emulsifier Tween-60 #; the wetting agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate; the thickening agent is formed by mixing bentonite and xanthan gum according to the mass ratio of 1.2: 1; the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol; the dispersion medium is methyl esterified vegetable oil.

The dispersible oil suspension agent containing topramezone, isoxaflutole and amicarbazone is prepared by uniformly shearing and mixing the dispersing agent, the emulsifying agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the antifreezing agent and the methyl esterified vegetable oil in the formula at a high speed, adding topramezone, isoxaflutole and amicarbazone, shearing and dispersing at a high speed, and sanding by using a sand mill.

Example 2

A weeding composition containing topramezone, isoxaflutole and amicarbazone comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of topramezone, 10% of isoxaflutole, 15% of amicarbazone, 4% of sodium polycarboxylate, 3% of calcium lignosulfonate, 10% of tween-60 #, 2% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2% of bentonite, 1% of xanthan gum, 4% of propylene glycol and the balance of methyl esterified vegetable oil.

Example 3

A weeding composition containing topramezone, isoxaflutole and amicarbazone comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of topramezone, 14% of isoxaflutole, 24% of amicarbazone, 2% of sodium polycarboxylate, 2% of calcium lignosulfonate, 15% of tween-60 #, 4% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2% of bentonite, 1% of xanthan gum, 8% of propylene glycol and the balance of methyl esterified vegetable oil.

The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Example 4

A weeding composition containing topramezone, isoxaflutole and amicarbazone comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% of topramezone, 22% of isoxaflutole, 14% of amicarbazone, 3% of sodium polycarboxylate, 2% of calcium lignosulfonate, 5% of tween-60 #, 2% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2% of bentonite, 2% of xanthan gum, 3% of propylene glycol and the balance of methyl esterified vegetable oil.

The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Example 5

A topramezone-containing weeding composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2% of topramezone, 16% of isoxaflutole, 30% of amicarbazone, 3% of sodium polycarboxylate, 2% of calcium lignosulfonate, 7% of tween-60 #, 3% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1% of bentonite, 1% of xanthan gum, 4% of propylene glycol and the balance of methyl esterified vegetable oil.

The preparation method is the same as example 1.

Comparative example 1

A weeding composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10% of isoxaflutole, 15% of topramezone, 3% of sodium polycarboxylate, 2% of calcium lignosulfonate, 10% of tween-60 #, 1% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2% of bentonite, 1% of xanthan gum, 5% of propylene glycol and the balance of methyl esterified vegetable oil.

Uniformly shearing and mixing the dispersing agent, the emulsifying agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the antifreezing agent and the methyl esterified vegetable oil in the formula at a high speed, adding isoxaflutole and amicarbazone, shearing and dispersing at a high speed, and sanding by using a sand mill to prepare the dispersible oil suspending agent containing isoxaflutole and topramezone.

Comparative example 2

A weeding composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15% of amicarbazone, 3% of topramezone, 3% of sodium polycarboxylate, 2% of calcium lignosulfonate, 10% of tween-60 #, 1% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2% of bentonite, 1% of xanthan gum, 5% of propylene glycol and the balance of methyl-esterified vegetable oil.

Uniformly shearing and mixing the dispersing agent, the emulsifying agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the antifreezing agent and the methyl esterified vegetable oil in the formula at a high speed, adding isoxaflutole and amicarbazone, shearing and dispersing at a high speed, and sanding by using a sand mill to prepare the dispersible oil suspending agent containing isoxaflutole and topramezone.

Test examples

Example of field efficacy test: and (4) field efficacy test for preventing and removing annual weeds in the corn field.

Test agents and application doses: the dispersible oil suspending agent prepared in the examples 1-5 and the herbicide prepared in the comparative examples 1-2 are selected, and 4% of topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent, 26% of isoxaflutole dispersible oil suspending agent and 30% of amicarbazone dispersible oil suspending agent are independently used, and the dosage of active ingredients per mu is 4 g.

Test site: binzhou city, Boxing county, Shandong province.

The main grass phases in the field are as follows: green bristlegrass herb, siberian cocklebur fruit, purslane, large crabgrass herb and chenopodium glaucum. In the 3-5 leaf stage of corn and the 3-4 leaf stage of weed, the weeding composition is mixed with 30 liters of water per mu according to the dosage of the preparation per mu, and the mixture is sprayed on the stem leaves of the whole field uniformly. According to the investigation result, the fresh weight control effect of the weeds is calculated, and the specific result is shown in table 1.

Tests show that the average control effect of the three effective component weeding compositions on annual weeds in corn fields reaches above 87.27%, the three effective component weeding compositions are obviously better than that of a comparative example and a single agent, the synergistic effect is obvious, the weeding spectrum is expanded, adverse phenomena such as yellowing, curling and whitening of the corn are not caused during the test, and the fact that the three agents are mixed has certain safety on the corn is demonstrated.

Compared with the single use of the topramezone, the isoxaflutole and the amicarbazone, the mixed topramezone, the isoxaflutole and the amicarbazone have very good control effect on the eleusine indica, have obvious synergistic effect and are worthy of popularization and application in production.
