The dried noodles are made up by using wheat flour, adding salt, alkali and water, hanging and drying, and cutting into dried noodles with a certain length. The existing dried noodle drying device mostly adopts hot water to dry the dried noodles by dissipating heat through a pipeline, and the drying mode can lead the dried noodles to be non-uniform and influence the quality of dried noodle processing.

In view of this, the present invention provides a drying device for producing dried noodles, which is used for making the dried noodles heated more uniformly in the drying process.

a first drying barrel, a second drying barrel, an air supply part and a loading part, wherein,

the first drying barrel is provided with a first cavity which is communicated with a first vent hole;

the second drying barrel is provided with a second cavity, the second cavity is communicated with a second ventilation hole, the human drying barrel is positioned in the first drying barrel, and an annular drying area is formed between the first drying barrel and the second drying barrel;

the air supply part comprises an air blower, the air blower is communicated with a heating box, the heating box is communicated with a main pipeline, the main pipeline is communicated with two first branch pipes and two second branch pipes, one ends of the two first branch pipes are respectively arranged at two sides of the outer part of the first drying barrel, and one ends of the two second branch pipes are respectively arranged at two sides of the inner part of the second drying barrel;

When the device is used, fine dried noodles to be dried are hung on the object carrying part, the air blower 41 works, generated air flow enters the heating box 42 to be heated to form hot air flow, the hot air flow passes through the main pipeline 43 and then reaches the first branch pipe 44 and the second branch pipe 45, the hot air flow reaches the first cavity 11 through the first branch pipe 44 and is sprayed out of the first vent hole 12 into the annular drying area 3, the hot air flow reaches the second cavity 21 through the second branch pipe 45 and is sprayed out of the second vent hole 22 into the annular drying area 3, and therefore fine dried noodles in the annular drying area 3 are dried.

By the above, when the fine dried noodles are dried, the hot air flow can be sprayed out from two sides of the fine dried noodles simultaneously, so that the fine dried noodles are heated more uniformly in the drying process, and the drying quality of the fine dried noodles is improved.
