Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to fig. 1-12 are exemplary and intended to be used to illustrate embodiments of the invention, and should not be construed as limiting the invention.

In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "length", "width", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the embodiments of the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, a cushion packaging box for spherical products is provided, which includes a box body 10, a box bottom 20 and a box top 30 integrally formed by folding corrugated paper.

Further, the tank bottom 20 is formed with a first bottom curved cushioning member 20a and a second bottom curved cushioning member 20b located at both bottom sides in the tank portion 10, and a round bottom supporting member 20c located between the first bottom curved cushioning member 20a and the second bottom curved cushioning member 20 b.

Further, the tank top 30 is formed with a first top arc cushion 30a and a second top arc cushion 30b which are located on both top sides in the tank body 10 and respectively correspond to the first bottom arc cushion 20a and the second bottom arc cushion 20b, and a top supporter 30c located between the first top arc cushion 30a and the second top arc cushion 30 b.

Further, the first bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20a, the second bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20b, the first top arc-shaped buffer member 30a and the second top arc-shaped buffer member 30b jointly enclose to form a spherical positioning cavity 40, the round bottom supporting member 20c is used for supporting a spherical product in the spherical positioning cavity 40, and the top supporting member 30c is used for preventing a top external force from directly acting on the spherical product in the spherical positioning cavity 40.

The spherical product buffering packaging box can be formed by integrally folding a piece of corrugated paper, and comprises a box body part 10, a box bottom part 20 and a box top part 30, wherein a spherical positioning cavity 40 formed by enclosing a first bottom arc-shaped buffering part 20a, a second bottom arc-shaped buffering part 20b, a first top arc-shaped buffering part 30a and a second top arc-shaped buffering part 30b which are formed by folding is used for accommodating and positioning a spherical product, when the spherical product is accommodated in the spherical positioning cavity 40, the bottom part of the spherical product is supported by a round bottom supporting part 20c, the peripheral side of the spherical product is limited by the first bottom arc-shaped buffering part 20a, the second bottom arc-shaped buffering part 20b, the first top arc-shaped buffering part 30a and the second top arc-shaped buffering part 30b, and the top part of the spherical product is protected by a top supporting part 30c to prevent external force from directly acting on the spherical product, so that the all. According to the buffering packaging box for the spherical products, through ingenious structural processing and matching design, the buffering piece and the supporting piece are subjected to one-piece die cutting, folding and molding, after the spherical products are packaged, the protection performance and the fixation performance of the spherical products are more stable and reliable, and the display effect after the box is opened and molded is more attractive and practical; the flat storage and transportation can be realized before use, and the transportation and storage cost can be saved. Green and environment-friendly, low-carbon and economical, and reduces the material and cost.

In summary, the spherical product buffer packaging box provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following advantages:

firstly, the material is environment-friendly, the carbon is low, the cost is reduced, the unique structure at the upper end plays a good role in fixing and protecting the spherical product, and the brand image of the product can be improved;

secondly, simple structure, a slice paper folding shaping, stable in structure, support intensity is high.

Thirdly, the production is easy, the assembly molding is easy, and the structure is safe and reliable.

Fourthly, the flat storage and transportation can be realized before the use, and the cost is saved.

Fifthly, the spherical product can be arranged according to the appearance of the spherical product, products with different sizes can be placed in the spherical product, and sharing capacity is high.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the box portion 10 includes a first side plate 11, a second side plate 12, a third side plate 13 and a fourth side plate 14 which are enclosed to form a square frame, crease lines for bending are formed between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, between the second side plate 12 and the third side plate 13 and between the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14, and the end of the first side plate 11 and the end of the second side plate 12 are connected and fixed by bending the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14. First curb plate 11, second curb plate 12, third curb plate 13 and fourth curb plate 14 are conveniently arranged along a length, and during folding, fold according to returning the font direction, be connected first curb plate 11 and the fourth curb plate 14 of head and the tail, connect and can adopt nail or glue to connect. The connection of the tank bottom 20 and the tank portion 10 is ensured to form a whole by the connection with the first bottom plate 21, the second bottom plate 22, the third bottom plate 23 and the fourth bottom plate 24.

Further, the first bottom plate 21 is bent along the crease line between the first side plate 11 to form a bottom sealing plate 211, and a pin block (not shown) may be disposed at an end of the bottom sealing plate 211, so as to facilitate covering the bottom sealing plate and inserting the bottom sealing plate onto an adjacent plate. The second bottom plate 22 is folded to form the first bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20a after being bent by the crease line between the second side plate 12, the cross section of the first bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20a is in a square frame structure shape, and can also be folded in a zigzag manner, the third bottom plate 23 is folded to form the round bottom supporting member 20c after being bent by the crease line between the third side plate 13, and the round bottom supporting member 20c can play a role in positioning and supporting the bottom of the spherical product. The fourth bottom plate 24 is folded after being bent by a crease line between the fourth bottom plate and the fourth side plate 14 to form the second bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20b, and the second bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20b and the first bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20a are identical in structure and symmetrical. The bottom sealing plate 211 covers the first bottom arc-shaped cushion 20a, the round bottom supporting element 20c and the second bottom arc-shaped cushion 20 b. The bottom sealing plate 211 serves to contact the outer plane and protect the first bottom arc-shaped buffer 20a, the round bottom support 20c and the second bottom arc-shaped buffer 20 b.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the second bottom panel 22 includes a first bottom transverse block 221, a first bottom inner vertical block 222, a first bottom transverse block 223 and a first bottom outer vertical block 224 extending outwards along the bottom of the first side panel 11 and forming crease lines therebetween. The crease lines are formed to allow folding of adjacent block structures.

Further, after the first bottom transverse block 221, the first bottom inner vertical block 222, the first bottom transverse block 223 and the first bottom outer vertical block 224 are folded along the folding lines between them, the end of the first bottom outer vertical block 224 is butted with the end of the first bottom transverse block 221 and the first bottom outer vertical block 224 is jointed with the second side plate 12, and the first bottom arc-shaped buffer 20a is formed. Thus, the first bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20a has a hollow structure inside, and after being stressed, the hollow structure can disperse external force, thereby having good buffering effect.

Further, two first arc-shaped broken lines 2221 are cut at intervals on the first bottom inner vertical block 222, a first lower folding block 2222 is formed between the two first arc-shaped broken lines 2221, two first straight broken lines 2231 are cut at intervals on the first bottom transverse block 223, a first vertical folding block 2232 is formed between the two first straight broken lines 2231, and a first straight groove is formed between the first lower folding block 2222 and the first vertical folding block 2232 by bending the first lower folding block 2222 and the first vertical folding block 2232. The first right-angle groove is formed to form a space on the first bottom arc-shaped buffer 20a, so that a spherical product can be accommodated well, and the first arc-shaped broken line 2221 and the first right-angle broken line 2231 are arranged to facilitate folding of the block structures on two adjacent sides of the first arc-shaped broken line 2221 and the first right-angle broken line 2231, so that the shape of the space can be matched with that of the spherical product.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the fourth bottom panel 24 includes a second bottom transverse block 241, a second bottom inner vertical block 242, a second bottom transverse block 243 and a second bottom outer vertical block 244 extending outwardly along the bottom of the fourth side panel 14 and forming crease lines therebetween. The crease lines are formed to allow folding of adjacent block structures.

Further, after the second bottom transverse block 241, the second bottom inner vertical block 242, the second bottom transverse block 243 and the second bottom outer vertical block 244 are folded, the end of the second bottom outer vertical block 244 is butted with the end of the second bottom transverse block 241 and the second bottom outer vertical block 244 is attached to the fourth side plate 14, and the second bottom arc-shaped cushion 20b is formed. Thus, the second bottom arc-shaped buffer member 20b has a hollow structure inside, and after being stressed, the hollow structure can disperse external force, thereby having a good buffering effect.

Further, two second arc-shaped broken lines 2421 are cut on the second bottom inner vertical block 242 at intervals, a second lower folding block 2422 is formed between the two second arc-shaped broken lines 2421, two second right-angle broken lines 2431 are cut on the second bottom transverse block 243 at intervals, a second vertical folding block 2432 is formed between the two second right-angle broken lines 2431, and a second right-angle groove is formed between the second lower folding block 2422 and the second vertical folding block 2432 by bending the second lower folding block 2422 and the second vertical folding block 2432, and the second right-angle groove and the first right-angle groove are symmetrical to each other. The second right-angle groove may form a space on the second bottom arc-shaped buffer 20b, so as to accommodate the spherical product well, and the second arc-shaped broken line 2421 and the second right-angle broken line 2431 may be disposed to facilitate folding of the block structures on two adjacent sides of the second arc-shaped broken line 2421 and the second right-angle broken line 2431, so that the shape of the space may match with the spherical product.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the third bottom panel 23 includes a bottom connecting block 231, a first bottom vertical block 232, a bottom supporting transverse block 233, a second bottom vertical block 234 and a bottom supporting extension block 235 extending outwards along the bottom of the third side panel 13 and forming crease lines therebetween.

Further, after the bottom connecting block 231, the first bottom vertical block 232, the bottom supporting transverse block 233, the second bottom vertical block 234 and the bottom supporting extension block 235 are bent by the folding lines, the first bottom vertical block 232 and the second bottom vertical block 234 are respectively located at two sides of the bottom supporting transverse block 233 and both form a right angle with the bottom supporting transverse block 233, and form the round bottom supporting member 20 c. The first bottom vertical block 232 and the second bottom vertical block 234 are vertically arranged and together support a horizontally arranged bottom support horizontal block 233, so that the bottom support horizontal block 233 can be used for supporting spherical products.

Further, the two sides of the first bottom vertical block 232 and the second bottom vertical block 234 are respectively provided with a first clamping block 2321 and a second clamping block 2341 which are clamped with each other, the bottom support transverse block 233 is located between the first right-angle groove and the second right-angle groove, and the top of the bottom support transverse block 233 is provided with a round hole 2331 for accommodating a spherical product. The connection of the first clamping block 2321 and the second clamping block 2341 can position the first bottom vertical block 232 and the second bottom vertical block 234 in a vertical arrangement without easy displacement, and the round hole 2331 arranged on the bottom support transverse block 233 for positioning the spherical product can ensure that the spherical product cannot easily displace on the bottom support transverse block 233.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the box top 30 includes a first top panel 31, a second top panel 32, a third top panel 33 and a fourth top panel 34, which are sequentially arranged and disconnected from each other, and the first top panel 31, the second top panel 32, the third top panel 33 and the fourth top panel 34 are respectively connected to the tops of the first side panel 11, the second side panel 12, the third side panel 13 and the fourth side panel 14 and are formed with crease lines.

Further, the first top plate 31 is bent along the crease line between the first side plate 11 to form a top sealing plate 311, the second top plate 32 is bent along the crease line between the second side plate 12 and then folded to form the first top arc-shaped cushioning member 30a, the third top plate 33 is bent along the crease line between the third side plate 13 and then folded to form the top supporting member 30c, the fourth top plate 34 is bent along the crease line between the fourth side plate 14 and then folded to form the second top arc-shaped cushioning member 30b, and the top sealing plate 311 is covered outside the first top arc-shaped cushioning member 30a, the top supporting member 30c and the second top arc-shaped cushioning member 30 b. The top closing plate 311 protects the first top arc-shaped cushion 30a, the top supporting member 30c, and the second top arc-shaped cushion 30b in the top direction, and prevents an external force from directly acting on the first top arc-shaped cushion 30a, the top supporting member 30c, and the second top arc-shaped cushion 30 b.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1-2, the second top panel 32 includes a first top transverse block 321, a first top outer vertical block 322, a first top lower transverse block 323, a first top inner vertical block 324, and a first top middle transverse block 325 extending outwardly from the top of the first side panel 11.

Further, after the first top transverse block 321, the first top outer vertical block 322, the first top lower transverse block 323, the first top inner vertical block 324 and the first top middle transverse block 325 are folded, the first top middle transverse block 321 is attached to the first top transverse block 321, and the first top inner vertical block 324 is attached to the second side plate 12, so as to form the first top arc buffer 30 a. Similarly, the first top arc-shaped cushion member 30a also has a hollow structure for cushioning.

Further, a first side arc-shaped folding line 3221 and a first lower arc-shaped folding line 3231, which have arcs facing opposite directions respectively, are arranged on the first top outer vertical block 322 and the first top lower horizontal block 323 respectively near to a joint of each other, and the first top outer vertical block 322 and the first top lower horizontal block 323 are bent by the first side arc-shaped folding line 3221 and the first lower arc-shaped folding line 3231, so that a first inner concave arc-shaped block 326 for abutting against a limiting spherical product is formed between the first side arc-shaped folding line 3221 and the first lower arc-shaped folding line 3231. Specifically, the first inner concave arc-shaped block 326 is arranged to match the side position contacting the upper part of the spherical product, so as to play a good role in positioning the spherical product.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1-2, the fourth top panel 34 includes a second top transverse block 341, a second top outer vertical block 342, a second top lower transverse block 343, a second top inner vertical block 344 and a second top middle transverse block 345 extending outwardly from the top of the fourth side panel 14.

Further, after the second top transverse block 341, the second top outer vertical block 342, the second top lower transverse block 343, the second top inner vertical block 344 and the second top middle transverse block 345 are folded, the second top middle transverse block 341 is attached to the second top transverse block 341 and the second top inner vertical block 344 is attached to the fourth side plate 14, and the second top arc buffer 30b is formed. Similarly, the second top arc-shaped cushion member 30b also has a hollow structure for cushioning.

Further, a second side arc-shaped folding line 3421 and a second lower arc-shaped folding line 3431, which have arcs facing opposite directions respectively, are disposed on the second top outer vertical block 342 and the second top lower horizontal block 343 near to the connection of each other, respectively, and the second top outer vertical block 342 and the second top lower horizontal block 343 are bent by the second side arc-shaped folding line 3421 and the second lower arc-shaped folding line 3431, so that a second concave arc-shaped block 346 for abutting against a spherical product is formed between the second side arc-shaped folding line 3421 and the second lower arc-shaped folding line 3431, and the second concave arc-shaped block 346 and the first concave arc-shaped block 326 are symmetrical to each other. Specifically, the second concave arc-shaped block 346 is provided to match the side position contacting the upper portion of the spherical product to play a good role in positioning the spherical product.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the third top plate 33 includes a top connection block 331 and a top support block 332 extending outward along the top of the third side plate 13 and forming a crease line therebetween, and after the third top plate is bent along the crease line between the top connection block 331 and the third side plate 13, the top support block 332 is turned over between the first top arc-shaped buffer 30a and the second top arc-shaped buffer 30 b. Finally, the top supporting block 332 seals a part of the gap between the first top arc-shaped buffering member 30a and the second top arc-shaped buffering member 30b at the top, so as to further protect the spherical product.
