With the social progress, the quality requirements of the chairs are higher and higher, and chairs with various functions or required places are derived according to the requirements, while the chairs in the early stage only require practical functions for sitting, and besides the sitting function, the chairs also need to have unique appearance, ergonomic design, use of breathable materials, recumbent comfort and the like.

The mesh chair in the prior art comprises a frame body and mesh cloth, wherein the mesh cloth is tightly wrapped on the frame body and is fixed on the frame body through a pressing strip, a buckling piece or a fastening piece, but the manufacturing process of tightly fixing the mesh cloth on the frame body is generally finished manually and is limited by the operation experience and the operation level of workers, the tightness degree and the wrapping accuracy of the mesh cloth wrapped by the frame body are difficult to control, and the processing efficiency of the workers is low and greatly different.

Disclosure of Invention

as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the auxiliary device for mounting the mesh cloth on the chair frame comprises a frame 1, wherein a table top 3 for placing the mesh cloth and a clamping mechanism for clamping and fixing the chair frame are mounted on the frame 1, the table top 3 is positioned below the clamping mechanism, and the table top 3 and/or the clamping mechanism are driven by a corresponding driving device to lift up and down, so that the table top 3 and the clamping mechanism are mutually closed or separated, the table top 3 and the clamping mechanism can horizontally rotate and have the same rotation axis.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a rotating base 4 is installed on the upper portion of the frame 1 through a vertical rotating shaft, the rotating base 4 includes an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate and a plurality of guide pillars fixed therebetween, and the clamping mechanism is installed below the rotating base 4. Correspondingly, the table top 3 is mounted on a lower rotary base comprising an upper and a lower mounting plate and a plurality of fixing columns fixed therebetween, the lower rotary base being mounted on the machine frame 1 by means of a vertical rotary shaft. Thus, the rotating seat 4 and the table board 3 rotate coaxially and horizontally, and workers can rotate the chair frame body to implement the installation and nailing operation of the reticular cloth. In the preferred embodiment, the rotating shaft of the rotating seat 4 and the rotating shaft of the table-board 3 are respectively in transmission connection with the same transmission shaft 44, so as to realize synchronous rotation to avoid displacement between the chair frame and the mesh cloth during horizontal rotation, and the rotating seat and the table-board are generally rotated manually or driven by a motor.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the table top 3 is driven to move up and down by the lifting driving device 2, and the lifting driving device 2 is a cylinder. The lifting driving device 2 is fixed on the lower rotating seat, the moving end of the lifting driving device 2 is fixedly connected with the table top 3, a plurality of guide posts are arranged at the bottom of the table top 3, and correspondingly, guide sleeves which correspond to the guide posts one by one are arranged on the lower rotating seat.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clamping mechanism is installed on the clamping seat 8, the clamping seat 8 is installed at the lower end of the turning arm 6, and the turning arm 6 is installed below the rotating seat 4 through the horizontal rotating shaft 61 and is driven by the turning driving mechanism to turn vertically. In the preferred embodiment, the guide sleeve is sleeved on the guide post of the rotating seat 4 and fixed on the sliding seat 41, so that the sliding seat 41 and the rotating seat 4 are connected in a vertical sliding manner.

In other embodiments, the invert arm and/or the swivel base may also be vertically movable to allow the tabletop 3 and the clamping mechanism to be moved toward or away from each other. Alternatively, in other embodiments, both the table 3 and the fixture may be raised and lowered to move toward and away from each other.

In other embodiments, the rotary base 4 may be driven to rotate horizontally by a motor or an air cylinder, or may be rotated by manual operation without providing a rotation driving device. The turnover arm 6 is driven by a motor or a cylinder to turn over vertically.

In order to facilitate the placing of the mesh cloth on the table top at the exact position, a light strip 11 is preferably arranged in the center of the table top 3; wherein, the center of the table-board 3 is provided with a cross-shaped through groove, and a lamp strip 11 is arranged in the through groove. And a standard frame line which is matched with the accurate placing position of the reticular cloth can be arranged on the table top.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, a clamping driving device 7 and two clamping portions opposite to each other on the left and right are disposed on the clamping base 8, each clamping portion includes a first clamping jaw 9 and a second clamping jaw 10, the first clamping jaw 9 is located on the outer side of the second clamping jaw 10, the upper portion of the first clamping jaw 9 is hinged to the clamping base 8, the upper portions of the first clamping jaws 9 extend inward to form inward extending ends, the inward extending ends of the two first clamping jaws 9 are movably connected to the moving end 71 of the clamping driving device 7, so that the clamping driving device 7 can drive the lower ends of the two first clamping jaws 9 to inwardly close or outwardly separate, the second clamping jaw 10 is located on the inner side of the first clamping jaw 9, and the upper end of the second clamping jaw 10 is hinged to the first clamping jaw 9 and gives the second clamping jaw 10 a tendency to clamp the first clamping jaw 9 through an elastic. In order to position the chair frame and control the elastic deformation, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the holder 8 has a plate-like structure, two holding portions are respectively located at the left and right sides of the bottom of the holder 8, a first positioning member 84 and a second positioning member 85 for positioning the chair frame are respectively provided at the front and rear sides of the bottom of the holder 8, the first positioning member 84 and the second positioning member 85 may be in the form of a column, a block, a rod, a bar, or a bar, and in a preferred embodiment, a plurality of first positioning members 84 and second positioning members 85 may be provided.

When the auxiliary device is used, the reticular cloth is laid on the table top 3, the chair frame body is clamped and fixed on the clamping mechanism, the chair frame body is slightly compressed, after the positions of the table top and the clamping seat are positioned, the table top and the clamping seat are mutually closed, so that the relative position of the reticular cloth and the chair frame body is fixed, the reticular cloth is wrapped and tightened by manpower and fixed on the chair frame body, then the clamping mechanism and the chair frame body are turned out, the frame body is detached, and the reticular cloth at the position of the clamping mechanism clamping frame body is fixed by manpower. The machine combines manual operation like this, can improve the production quality and the production efficiency of the netted cloth of chair framework package system greatly, is more convenient for improve new staff's machining efficiency and quality. In the prior art, generally, the mesh cloth is nailed and fixed on the chair frame body at the edge of the mesh cloth, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate nailing and fixing, a steel wire rope is penetrated through the edge of the mesh cloth, and the mesh cloth is wrapped and tightened on the chair frame body by tightening the steel wire rope, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, therefore, a fixed pulley 82 for steering the steel wire rope, a pull head 81 for pulling the end part of the steel wire rope and a pull rope cylinder 83 are arranged below the clamping seat 8, a T-shaped groove for clamping a positioning block at the end part of the steel wire rope is arranged on the pull head 81, and the pull head 81 is fixed.

A method for installing netted cloth to the frame of chair, adopt the above-mentioned auxiliary device, this auxiliary device includes a mesa 3 used for putting netted cloth and a fixture used for holding and fixing the frame 20 of chair, the mesa 3 locates under fixture, mesa 3 and/or fixture go up and down to realize the mutual close or mutual separation of the two, mesa 3 and fixture can both rotate horizontally and both have the same axis of rotation; the step of installing and fixing the mesh cloth on the chair frame 20 comprises the following steps:

6) the clamping mechanism and the table top 3 are mutually closed and the chair frame body 20 and the reticular cloth are pressed up and down so as to fix the relative positions of the two;

7) the reticular cloth is wrapped and tightened on the chair frame body 20; a horizontal rotation table 3 and a chair frame 20, wherein the peripheral edge part of the reticular cloth is fixed on the chair frame 20 by nailing;

8) the holding mechanism is opened, and the chair frame 20 to which the mesh cloth is fixed is detached.

In a preferred embodiment, in the step 3), the mesh cloth is wrapped and tightened on the chair frame 20 by tightening the wire rope inserted into the edge of the mesh cloth.

In a preferred embodiment, in step 4), after the chair frame 20 is removed, the mesh cloth at the position where the frame is clamped by the clamping mechanism is nailed and fixed manually.
