The high-temperature cooperative reinforcement recycled aggregate equipment can realize factory large-scale production, has wide application prospect in the technical field of recycling of building wastes, and has the following advantages:

After integration, a complete set of process steps covering heating of waste concrete, strengthening and screening is obtained, and the equipment use flow is shown in fig. 5 and is specifically implemented as follows:

(1) unreinforced aggregate is put into the reinforced roller through the material outlet/storage port, the sealing cover is covered, and the motor 1 drives the reinforced roller 2 to rotate at a low speed. Meanwhile, the aggregate is heated by the infrared heating plate 3, and is uniformly and fully heated in the process of driving the baffle 10 to rotate and heat, so that later-stage reinforcement is facilitated.

(2) When the infrared temperature detector 4 detects that the temperature reaches the set temperature, the strengthening roller 2 is started to rotate at a high speed to strengthen the mode, the roller performs rotation strengthening according to the preset rotating speed and the number of turns, aggregate effectively removes mortar on the surface of the aggregate through impact with the roller wall, impact between the aggregate and abrasion of the aggregate and the grinding steel ball 9, and when the number of turns reaches the preset number of turns, the roller stops rotating. The roller achieves the effects of heat preservation and noise reduction through the heat-insulation noise-reduction outer wall 5, reduces energy consumption and simultaneously reduces noise pollution.

(3) The roller is opened to enable the discharge hole to face downwards, reinforced aggregate reaches the grading material sieve 6 through the material receiving funnel 7, and the base vibrator 8 enables the aggregate to be finally sieved through vibration to obtain recycled aggregate with different particle sizes.
